The space has (6) bedrooms that can sleep 12 but there is room for more upon request. The excitement of choosing your room begins, but if I was you, I would grab the master suite which has a private deck with a panoramic view of the mountains and Los Padres Forest.

With a fully equipped kitchen, you can gather and cook a meal together or host a private chef. When you walk out to the back patio you will be dazzled by the lush landscape of palm trees and the gardens. - "We greatly enjoyed our stay at Noah's Ojai Ranch. The house is in a stunning, rustic location that looks out over beautiful mountains. The property has an incredible array of citrus trees, which had tons of fruit to take. The house itself was an interesting and practical layout - two sides to it with two bedrooms per side. The kitchen was large and capable of handling large meals. The bedrooms were minimalist, but good, and the beds were super comfortable. There was one shared bathroom per two bedrooms on each side of the house, which worked fine - great, large showers in each. Finally, the hot tub was a huge hit. Located a bit away from the house itself and overlooking a beautiful vista with mountains in the background - stunning. Had a small issue with the wifi upon arrival, but Noah was super responsive and helpful in getting it back up and running for us. Highly recommend and can't wait for our next stay."

Enjoy indoor or outdoor patio dining. The Main House chef's kitchen is well stocked, including an air fryer / toaster oven, a Vitamix blender and a Nespresso machine. The Queen Suite also has a kitchenette with a mini fridge.

All rooms have speakers to enjoy your music selection via internet. The family room has a 70" flatscreen with the option to stream your favorite channels.

All rooms have a/c & heat split units - with the exception of the queen bedroom, this room has a window fan and a split unit around the corner in the shared bathroom.

The Pool & Spa are solar heated and reach about 80-85 degrees in high summer. In winter months the pool temperature is in the 60's.

- the pool is un-gated
- the pool is 14FT deep at the center, only for those who can swim
- no unattended children in the pool area or outdoors on the property
- stay on paths and wear closed-toe shoes on walks, the ground is uneven

The excellent standards of the property are only made possible by our wonderful maintenance staff: landscapers on Monday mornings and pool guys on Monday & Thursday afternoons. The cleaning lady comes on Wednesdays.

This is a permitted rental. State and local occupancy taxes are included in your rental fee.
