- "Fantastic historic era home perfectly kept up, maintained and furnished. Minutes to beach, McConnells Ice Cream and 6-7 minutes to State Street Marina and it’s attractions are also a short walk away Even the instructions for access are personalized. Wi-Fi and cable TV were easy to figure out. Fantastic!" - "Very nice experience" - "This home and back courtyard made for a really pleasant stay. The gardens, big windows bringing in lots of sunlight, and the private yard with orange and lemon trees to enjoy were a big bonus. A very walkable neighborhood and near both the waterfront and Funk Zone. Dart Coffee and Blue Door Antiques were favorites and very nearby. We could hear the trains as the tracks are just a couple blocks away and the highway noise as well when outside but inside the house was very quiet. House was well stocked and beds were very comfortable."

- "This is a wonderful family home, with a spacious living area, kitchen, two bedrooms and two bathrooms, garage, a large rear garden with bbq and a variety of seating areas, and a pleasant front garden that gets the morning sun. The property is a couple of blocks from the beach and the so-called “funk zone” that offers many restaurants and tourist options. The property was very clean and nicely decorated. There was some minor noise from the upstairs apartment, but nothing out of the ordinary. The large, walk-in showers were good, and the kitchen was well appointed with useful cooking equipment. Overall, an extremely pleasant stay in a beautiful town. We will certainly return!"

This magnificent 1 acre estate is a fully walled private zen garden complete with a koi pond and a beautiful pool with a surrounding outdoor kitchen, barbecue, bar and fireplace. This Spanish style villa has 6 spacious bedrooms including two very large Master bedrooms, 7 spa quality bathrooms so every bedroom has it's own attached bathroom. We have a large gourmet kitchen with a butlers pantry and a separate dining area. There is a very large living room, a game room, and 4 indoor fireplaces as well. We have a motor court to accommodate guests parking. There is wireless internet and cable throughout the property. The property is near a large park, a hiking trailhead and the bike trail. A few minutes drive to the beach as well as the airport and a 15 minute drive to downtown Santa Barbara. We have a state of the art security system with cameras on the entry points and outdoor walkways. We have an on-site caretaker in a detached guest house. We will personally make sure that your stay is a memorable one. We love hosting guests in this stunning sanctuary. You will keep wanting to come back to this very special Oasis among the beautiful Santa Ynez Mountains on the central coast of California in this legendary place. Please no wedding inquiries! - "Vahalla truly lives up to its name with sprawling landscapes and luxurious accommodations. My extended family wanted a place to get away where we could enjoy time together but also be able to venture out to the local shops, restaurants, beaches and the many attractions of the Santa Barbara coast. We ended up spending most of our time within the gates of the compound as It literally felt like our own private resort. The estate is laid out in such a way that you are able to sneak off for a bit of downtime and then recongregate for meals, games and pooltime fun. We loved exploring the area, barbequing, enjoying evening cocktail hours, and ending our nights with a swim, hot tub, and an outdoor shower. The grounds are a horticulturist's dream with so many different species of plants and trees. The interior of the ranch is designed to perfection with every accommodation you may need and each room is so well appointed with the best cozy linens and comfortable pillows. Each of us slept like babies with the ocean air drifting in to greet us each morning. I loved waking up and hiking up the incredible trail right out the drive. It was a beautiful way to start the day with numerous vistas along the way offering breathtaking views. All in all our stay was magical and each of us went back to our homes feeling renewed and refreshed. I have to admit I am still dreaming of the siestas on the balcony hammock. We are definitely planning our next reunion trip to this little slice of heaven."
