When we first arrived we were greeted by goats, llamas, and horses, which in my opinion was a wonderful welcome. The property itself is beautiful and thoughtfully designed and decorated throughout. You can tell the owner, Jen really put her time and special touch to make the cottage feel like a special getaway for guests. She was so attentive to all our needs/requests, but still maintained a sense of privacy. In addition to the beautiful surroundings and property, there were special treats when we arrived, including a complimentary bottle of wine, delicious manchego cheese, and a basketful of various snacks. The refrigerator was also stocked with drinks, wine, and, our favorite, farm eggs! Although the kitchen is compact we made several meals during our stay with no problem at all and used the grill to cook dinners and roast some fresh vegetables we picked up from Finley Farms just down the road. The location is perfect and central to Santa Ynez Valley wineries, as well as dining options. We visited many wineries throughout the weekend and our furthest drive was under 30 minutes. Although the property is close to everything it’s still private and quiet. We took morning runs and enjoyed passing by farms, horses, grapevines, and other stunning properties. We had an amazing few days and can’t wait to visit Anavo Farm again soon!"

Welcome to a gorgeous Los Olivos private gated hideaway walkable to the downtown area and tasting rooms. This is the ideal California wine country sanctuary to sip delicious wine and relax with a loved one or take an overdue solo self-care adventure.

This rental is not for the entire home. It is a private bedroom, bathroom, jacuzzi, and garden within the home. Guests do not have access to the living room or kitchen. It has a separate entrance and is closed off from the rest of the house, but it is not a detached unit. It shares a wall with the rest of the home, but is extremely quiet and private.

You will wake up in a king bed to the lovely sound of morning birds as you step into a large private garden with fruit and olive trees, outdoor dining table and a meditation area.

Oh and don't forget the private jacuzzi cleaned after every stay!

THE SPACE

The home is right behind the new Auberge Mattei's Tavern, but less than half the price per night and much more private! The entire property is gated and very secure. The room is not a detached unit. You will have your own entrance. The space is extremely quiet and private and has no access to the rest of the house. The garden and jacuzzi are also private. The host lives on the opposite side of the large house.

You will enjoy a very high end King Size mattress, linen sheets, organic cotton towels, a mini-fridge to store wine and beverages, high speed wi-fi, and a wall mounted TV with premium cable and every streaming service.

Other amenities include central air and heat.

Smoking is not permitted anywhere on the property. You agree to not use the internet/wifi for any illegal activity.

Viewing of guests social media profile is requested.

Solvang Bungalow B is situated in Solvang. Located 28 km from Neverland, the property provides a garden and free private parking. The apartment is composed of 1 bedroom, a fully equipped kitchen, and 1 bathroom. A flat-screen TV is provided. The nearest airport is Santa Ynez Airport, 11 km from the apartment.

Take in the beautiful view of the surrounding hills and valleys right from the front deck or the cozy sleeping loft. Sample a selection of wines while dining alfresco in the shaded yard. Enjoy a leisurely stroll around the vineyard, wine tasting at one of the many famed tasting rooms just minutes away or stay in and relax.

LIVING AREA

Relax in the living area, complete with a leather sofa and stylish chairs. Enjoy a movie on Apple TV, 40” TV, or simply take in the beautiful vineyard views through the French doors.

After a day of exploring, gather around the wood-burning stove and unwind with a crisp beverage.

KITCHEN & DINING

The kitchenette includes an electric two-burner stovetop, a refrigerator, a toaster oven, a coffee maker, and a sink. When meals are ready, the expandable table can seat four.

BED & BATH

This two-story cottage sleeps 4 guests in two bedrooms and a single sleeping loft. All beds are appointed with hotel-quality linens.

Each ground-floor bedroom has a queen bed, while the loft has a full-size futon bed. The loft also features windows on all three walls, making this the perfect spot to take in the incredible view of the surrounding vineyard.

The updated bathroom features charming details, a walk-in shower, and skylight.

OUTDOOR AREA

Sip morning coffee while marveling at the view from the front deck.

Fire up the tabletop gas grill for an alfresco meal under the shade of the oak trees. The side yard seats eight between a picnic table and two Adirondack chairs.

EXTRA AMENITIES & MORE DETAILS

Complimentary Wi-Fi and driveway parking for a maximum of two vehicles. All-wheel drive vehicles are recommended during the rainy season (November - April) to navigate the unpaved road to the vineyard.

This rental does not have central air-conditioning, however there is a split AC/Heat unit. Loft access is via a steep staircase, and the ceiling is low.

The road leading to this private cottage continues on to the main house, and guests of the main house will occasionally pass by.

LOCATION

Wine enthusiasts will enjoy staying right in the middle of an active vineyard! Your cottage is surrounded by vines.

For hiking and biking trails, head 17 miles to Gaviota State Park, located right by the beach. Cachuma Lake Recreation Area is 22 miles away and offers additional outdoor adventure.

For shopping, dining, or an evening out, venture 6 miles to Buellton, 10 miles to Solvang or Los Alamos, or 12 miles to Lompoc.

All structures have on-site devices for your security – these may include security alarms, decibel monitoring (which do not record voices), and exterior motion sensors or cameras.

This is an active vineyard and we have day workers on property and occasionally have summer night sprays and harvest in the vineyard.
