This beautiful home offers new construction with attention to detail and design and the finest amenities. It is decorated in a "beach house theme" which reflects the beach atmosphere and invites guests to enjoy the feeling of relaxation and comfort of the oceanfront setting.

The main living area has a large flat screen TV, fully equipped kitchen with large granite counter and seating for up to 8 guests, and two decks overlooking the panoramic ocean view. From the decks, guests can watch the ever-changing ocean scene, from dolphins, whales and pelicans, to surfers, kayakers and stand-up paddle boarders. The backyard area is a dedicated wetland restoration area planted with California native plants.

The Master Bedroom has a king size bed and large private bath. Downstairs are two bedrooms, one with a queen bed and one with 2 twin beds, as well as two full bathrooms. Please note that the pool is heated by solar panels on the roof and is typically warm from April-Sept. It becomes less so during fall/winter. House is cooled by 2 portable A/C units and fans. There is central heat. As a budget-minded Airbnb, the furnishings are functional, not fancy. By booking, you assume all responsibility for injury suffered on the property and waive your right to litigation or damages.

Trash can is under kitchen counter to right of sink. Recycling can is directly under sink. Outside barrels in driveway. Trash collection is Wed, please put barrels in street Tues. night. Breaker/fuse box in kitchen, in small cabinet to the right of sink. Dishwasher soap under kitchen sink. Please clean BBQ grill with wire brush after use. TVs stream Netflix and Amazon Prime. There is no cable. Washer/dryer and detergent behind vented doors in dining area off kitchen.

Pool is solar heated by roof panels and is warm from end of April to Oct. Automatic vacuum cleans bottom. Please do not take it out of water, it is bad for the pump if water is not circulating. If you want it out of way, move it to the deep end. Light switches for pool in the pump house. Use plastic cups on pool deck. Pool service comes Thursday. Skim water surfaces with pole skimmer net if needed. Shower before using hot tub, especially after beach - no oils, sunscreen, perfumes, saltwater, etc. Close lid after use and do not sit on it. Do not play with the mode buttons that have tape covering them. Lower the patio umbrellas at night due to sundowner winds.

Groceries, restaurants, Zodo’s bowling, movie theater, etc. 1 mile down Fairview on Calle Real. Sprouts, Albertsons, Trader Joes, Rusty’s Pizza, Panda, Chicken Ranch, El Pollo Loco, Carl’s and more. Goleta Beach and park about 3 miles down Fairview, past 101 and SBA airport, on the way to UCSB. There are kayak and SUP rentals, and a playground. Ice rink at Costco center north 5 min on 101 at Glen Annie. Santa Barbara downtown is 10 min south on 101S. Wine country and Solvang Danish Village 30 min via 154N.

Checkout time is 11am. If possible, put towels in the washer and turn on when you leave. Please leave things as you found them. Take all food with you, throw out trash. Put used dishes in dishwasher and run it.

Naples Ranch is a serene and secluded horse ranch on the legendary Gaviota Coast of Santa Barbara, CA. With its lush grounds, and Hawaiian flare, this private, yet luxurious property is behind 2 gates, and has amazing views of the Pacific Ocean and the Santa Barbara Mountains. The house even overlooks a private lake, which has stunning water views all day, and all night long.

The parcel was originally part of the historic Rancho Dos Pueblos, so it is now situated in between 2 large private ranches, with expansive views. We are only 11 miles from the Santa Barbara airport, and from UCSB. Downtown Santa Barbara is only 16 miles away, and The Ritz Carlton Resort (Bacara), and the Sandpiper Golf course, are only 1 exit south. Solvang is a 20 minute drive to the North, along the Pacific coast.

This modern masterpiece home offers the ultimate in comfort, with high quality linens, a gourmet kitchen, and 2 indoor jacuzzis. The open concept floor plan has 2 master suites, with a 3rd bedroom/bathroom that can sleep a total of 6 guests, or 3 couples. Additionally, there is a fold out queen bed that can comfortably sleep another 2 guests if necessary. Our maximum occupancy is 8 guests, including children.

There are large IPE decks and patios surrounding the house, with an outdoor barbecue and natural waterfall to enjoy the surroundings. The interior is very warm and inviting with it's wood floors, comfortable furnishings and cozy beds. A very functional and modern well stocked kitchen which is perfect for cooking and entertaining . The house consists of four bedrooms each consisting of a queen bed. In addition, the living room has a queen futon sofa which can also be converted to a flat bed. Atleast 3 cars can be parked on the driveway and plenty of free street parking is available as well.

Other things to note
There is no Air Conditioner in this home. Santa Barbara is a coastal community and it doesn't usually get too hot to require an AC but some days can get uncomfortable. There will be fans provided in all rooms during summers.

Our Goleta home with a solar heated swimming pool and free standing Hot Tub is the perfect place to come to relax and unwind. You'll love the open kitchen with a brand new Stove and Oven, including Air Fry and Convection! We have surround sound movie watching when inside and go outside bask in the sun and have fun in our pool or play ball on the large front lawn or in the quiet cul-de-sac. Perfect for couples or swim aged families or celebrations on the beautiful California coastline. Walk over to Glen Annie Golf Course for a round or to the Tennis Courts for a match or down to the local diner for a delicious breakfast burrito. Just minutes from the Ritz Carlton beach area or head downtown to Santa Barbara and Montecito, for beach volleyball and epicurean delights. We have 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all the bedrooms have black out blinds for a full nights sleep. There are new fixtures in both bathrooms with shower spray heads, removable sprayers and plenty of towels.
The Master Bedroom has a brand new Dream Cloud Queen mattress for a blissful nights sleep that adjusts to both zero gravity and has massage features for both head and feet. The second bedroom also has a queen bed with a foam topper for extra comfort and is where the internet comes into the house, so we have stationed a desk right there so you can easily plug into the Ethernet and of course, there is high speed internet WIFI throughout the house, including repeaters to spread the signal to the garage and outside. The middle bedroom has 1 fully adjustable Lucio foam bed in an Extra LONG twin for those that are tall out there, with adjustable zero gravity setting and separate head and foot elevation and another regular daybed with a comfy pillowtop mattress.
The living area where the surround sound system and 70 inch TV has 2 full size couches, 1 that has recliners at each end and the room has a separate leather rocker recliner. The Kitchen is open to the dining area and looks out onto the pool area and at the wide open blue sky out our back windows.

In addition to the views, the exterior of the home offers a pool, spa, lots of patio space, and orchards of avocado and various fruits.

The Space:
Downstairs/First Floor:

Open living and formal dining area that seats 8 (12 if you add the extensions and bench). Half bath off the foyer. There is a full size pullout bed in the couch of livingroom. The kitchen and family room with fireplace are also on this floor.

Main room 1 has a queen bed and ensuite with shower. Bedroom 2 is a large room with double closets and is across the hall from a full bathroom.

The office is on this floor and has dual monitors, keyboard, mouse with a USB-C docking station compatible with most laptops.

Second Floor/Upstairs:

Main bedroom 2 is a large room with an ensuite bath and fireplace. There is a split king size bed in this room.

Bedroom 4 is a large ensuite with twin beds. The laundry room is also upstairs.

Outside: spa is ground level with the main house. Pool is downstairs by the orchard.

Guest Access:
Note that the grounds are serviced by gardeners on Friday's and the pool is serviced on Tuesday's.

Other Things to Note:
We love our neighbors. Please be courteous to them by not parking on the road leading to the house and observing quiet hours. The driveway can accommodate approximately 4 standard-sized vehicles.
