Perfect location: Quiet, safe residential neighborhood- walk to shops and restaurants (Starbucks, Trader Joes and Outback), the park, tennis courts, movie theater, etc. This is a wonderful alternative to a cramped hotel room if you plan on visiting UCSB, Santa Barbara or Goleta!

Two bdrm, large lovely master bdrm. One Bath, however, bath has a door that separates shower, toilet from vanity area. Totally remodeled. Beautiful living room. Carport, extra parking . Pleasant patio area. We are local and available for any questions, or emergencies. Perfect for faculty, parents visiting students, nurses, or a just a getaway. Close to UCSB, not in Isla Vista Walk to Camino Real Market place, includes Costco, shopping, restaurants and movies. Farmers market on Sundays. Across the street are 68 acres of wetlands that lead to beach, butterflies and birds

2 Bedroom, 1 Bath Upstairs Apartment. (I call it the Penthouse). Very Spacious, Bright and Airy with lovely view of the Preserve for your walking and hiking to the Beach, enjoy Birds and Butterflies and view of UCSB.
Beautifully remodeled. All new furnished kitchen, beautiful dining area, Large Living Room with vaulted ceilings. The large Primary Bedroom, with Built-In Vanity, large closet and a pretty view. Direct access to the Bathroom. Bathroom is separated by an inner door with the Shower and Commode on one side and Vanity on other. Additional Bedroom is large with double bed and mirrored closet doors. TV in Living Room and both Bedrooms, with Cable and Internet.
Small Balcony off the front entrance. Parking in Assigned Carport Unit “C”, with additional first come first serve parking near the Carport. All of this is located in the BEST location, near shopping center (Costco, Best Buy, Home Depot, Home Goods, etc. There is an Ice Rink and Park all within walking distance. 1.7 Miles to UCSB.

While your suite is attached to our home, it is completely private with your own gated entrance, garden, and parking. You do not share with us on the attached main house we live in. (Unfortunately we never get to see our guests unless they request to)
We are 2 mins walking distance to 7 11 convenient store, bars and Home Plate restaurant. Your private garden is perfect for Al fresco dinning, winding down with a glass of wine while gazing at the stars and moon. The garden is also a perfect place to work with many chirping friends flying by.
We have a large walk in closet which can fit a twin bed in case you have extra guest or young child. (upon request) In addition, a workstation with papers, envelopes, etc. In the event that you need something printed out, scanned, or fax.. We can help you with that too!
Currently we do not have cable tv, but have a Smart Tv loaded with Netflix, Youtube, Disney +, Hulu and many movie choices as well as a DVD player.
We do not have a bathtub. We have a two person walk in shower with bench seat in Italian marble and bronze medallion. The bay window view to the garden.

Relax at this peaceful place to stay. We provide 1 queen bed and two twin beds in the loft. This loft has a low ceiling and sky light with a pull down ladder. Enjoy a cup of coffee in the garden. 1.2 miles from the beach and 3 miles from UCSB. Across the freeway is Camino Real Marketplace. Good restaurants, shops, a theater and a Costco. We are about 11 miles from downtown Santa Barbara and the harbor.

This is a studio type of rental. One queen bed with full closet. There is a small sofa near the bed. Full bath with tub. Our kitchen has an oven with stove top, microwave and refrigerator. Our coffee maker is a Nespresso, coffee pods provided. Creamer and sugar too! There is a table that seats 4. We have a pull down ladder that leads you to the loft with 2 single beds. The loft has a short ceiling. Beds are situated beneath a skylight.

The space
Our newly renovated apartment has a lovely living room with a sofa, TV, workdesk, dining table, and full kitchen, as well as a separate bedroom, laundry units, and bathroom, with a private entrance.
The bedroom has a queen size bed, and the living room has a sofa bed/futon which folds flat to become a bed. The sofa bed is better suited to one adult, or two children than two adults. If a second queen bed is needed, rather than the sleeper sofa, we can accommodate a very comfortable futon mattress upon request!
