A block from the Amtrak Train Station, famous California Highway 1, & a mile from Coast Highway 101. The private Oceano Airport is two miles away, and San Luis Obispo Airport 12 miles. Enterprise Car Rental is a short two-block walk away. You can rent a beach buggy to ride in the dunes less than a block away. If you prefer to drive, ours is the only FREE beach parking and driving on the beach.

What a PERFECT location for your beach getaway. Only 1.4 miles to the Oceano Dunes, short drive to Pismo pier and Pismo Outlets. Few blocks to the Village (in Arroyo Grande). Near all shopping areas (Vons, Starbucks, gas station).

THE SPACE:
This is a 2bedroom/1bath remodel upstairs unit that is nicely furnished with everything you may need. The living room has large windows with plenty of sunlight that lookout to a beautiful view. Kitchen is stocked with cooking amenities. Enjoy a cup of coffee/tea on us. Bedroom #1 has a comfortable queen bed that has a peekaboo view of the dunes/ocean. Bedroom #2 has a full size bed. Bathroom has a nice bathtub with modern tile and great water pressure. The unit does get pretty warm since there's large windows, so we have provided 3 fans for your use.

Comes with one parking spot but there is plenty of street parking. No double parking allowed.

This unit is located in a nice area of Grover beach, right across the street from Arroyo Grande, located on a main street, close to 101 freeway and walking distance to rite-aid, vons, nail salon, restaurants, Starbucks, and much more.

This suite in secluded in the back of the property giving the guests their own private entrance. Guests have access to a comfy queen sized bed, flat screen smart tv, full bathroom and reading area.
The outdoor room features an outdoor shower, dining area for two, and a kitchenette with a stove top, microwave and mini fridge and is stocked with cookware to make your favorite meal.

Smokers will not be happy here and will be asked to check out immediately if smoking anywhere on the property due to host-family life-threatening allergies to smoke and secondhand smoke.

This studio apartment is in a triplex less than one mile from the beach located in an older neighborhood of single and multifamily homes walking distance to Grand Avenue shops, restaurants and the beach. There is a private deck with distant ocean/sunset views, a full kitchen/bath, off street parking. Apt. features twin beds, free wifi, but no TV. There are two other apartments in the same building, so late night noise is not acceptable.

The entrance to the driveway near the sidewalk is high, and if you have a low car you need to go slowly and perhaps at a bit of an angle to avoid scraping the bottom of the car. I have a Prius which is very low, and I make it in fine unless I have more than one passenger or a heavy load. Since we have owned this property for eight years, I have scraped several times but have never sustained damage that had to be repaired. There is plenty of parking on the street if the driveway is being avoided.

This comfortable and quiet apartment comes with 2 lovely Tuft & Needle queen size beds and a very well-stocked kitchen allowing you the option of cooking in. Amenities include a coffee grinder, coffee maker (coffee beans provided or bring your own favorite coffee), all new appliances, condiments, and other incidentals. A Pack N Play is available for families who need it. The living room has a 4k LCD TV with built in ROKU, includes Netflix, Hulu, and many others.

The apartment is located on the second floor. Once inside of the apartment, entire floor plan is single level.

Storage garages located below the unit are not used for parking.

The complimentary laundry room on-site includes 2 washers and 2 dryers.

Only One parking space is provided per unit. Additional vehicles may park on Mentone Ave.

Our caretakers also live in the complex . Quiet and respectful living is expected from all.
