Forget your worries in this spacious and serene space. This Rustic 3,000 sqft home sits atop a hillside surrounded by 5 acres and a detached three car garage. With stunning 360 degree mountain & ocean views, only 5 minutes to Calamigos ranch, Malibu Wine Country, and under 15 minutes to Malibu beaches. You’ll have full and private access to the main five bedroom home, carport and garage located at the top of the driveway.
The main house, carport and garage are yours alone during your stay—offering total privacy and serene ranch views.
One of the lower (completely separate) cottages will be host occupied.
You’ll have all the peace and quiet you came for—unless of course, you holler for help!”

One time opportunity, this rental is like heaven. Always In progress (never during hosting), not perfect yet but the situation, the cosiness, the views, the proximity of the city, mountains, beach and village, the calm and surrounding nature, the amazing sunrise... all will make you feel happy to wake up there every day. Almost the last house on the hill, no possibility to cross the canyon so very quiet, only few miles to the beach, few more miles to the Pier, Malibu center, etc
The space
amazing views and calm with being close to everything. King bed in master and loft with Queen bed in the master. Queen bed in the second bedroom and loft with twins. Jacuzzi. Bathroom (sink, toilet and shower) and lots of windows and parking.
Guest access
The first and second level of the property are the main house use. the third level is also accessible for the house but is mostly part of the suite - rented or not, depending on the period.
