There two beds: the master bedroom has a queen bed with a pillow top mattress and the living room has a pull out double bed. The RV has two air conditioners, a heater, full kitchen, bathroom with spacious shower and indoor/outdoor sound system.
The space
This is a travel trailer rental. You must book your site first and we will deliver and set up. The site must have full hook ups. The delivery fee depends on location, we can deliver from buellton-Paso Robles.
We provide: all cookware, utensils, 4 plastic plates, 4 plastic bowls, 4 plastic cups, 4 thermal coffee cups, coffee pot, pitcher, strainer, dish soap and new sponge, 1 paper towel, toilet paper, bath room towels, full 7 gallon propane tank that will be connected to the trailer, all bedding for 4, laundry basket, hangars, 4 camp chairs, and a small table.
You can also rent( please inquire about the fee and if available): propane fire pit, propane bbq, instant pot, beach bundle ( 4 beach chairs, beach umbrella, cooler, 4 large beach towels) , fencing to put around Rv.

You will have a key. You can either meet us on delivery or we can leave the key on the pass thru

Check in and check out is a bit flexible and depends on the camp ground and our availability.
The outdoor awning is not available.
When booking your camp site please make sure it will fit a 37 ft fifth wheel with pull outs on passenger and driver side.
We will only deliver to full hook up sites( water, power and dump)
Both air conditioners will only work if you are on 50 amp site.

Stop in and pick up some fresh produce/baked goodies and visit with the cutest furry 4 legged friends at the barn. You can even take a hay ride!
