This well appointed duplex is ideally located downtown Paso Robles. Situated only 1.5 blocks from the City Park and 5 blocks from Hwy 101, it is a perfect home base for exploring Paso's rich and growing wine, food and boutique culture. The unit has been recently remodeled to keep with its historic hacienda style architecture while offering you an especially comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a micro/convection oven. You will also enjoy free hi-speed wi-fi internet access, and a flatscreen TV with blu-ray/dvd player. Both duplex units, Casita Azul and Casita Rojo can be rented together or separate, and have adjoining interior doors. The large backyard has ample seating and multiple coal BBQs. It's shared by the duplex units and our house unit, which is available as well. There's one designated parking spot in the back.

Sitting on the deck as the sun went down behind us, we enjoyed the treetop views and the breeze on a truly HOT weekend. Iced tea tastes better in a cushioned chair outdoors. And when it was too much, the cottage was so cool and comfy. We also were able to hear the headliner concerts over at the fairgrounds, if we wanted to sit outside and listen. All the amenities we needed were available. Check in was easy. It was clean and cozy. The layout of the cottage is so ingenious, and our early riser and late sleeper were both happy. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower is beautiful, though the water pressure was not great (kind of like at home…). The cottage is positioned so perfectly for getting to all the things the area has to offer. We drove through wine country in a couple different directions, made a quick trip to Cambria, headed east of Paso Robles, then drove to Lake Nacimiento on our way out of town. This was a great trip, a wonderful place to stay, and the hosts were so helpful in making this a “home base” for us!"

Our cottage is nestled in our vineyard just 1 1/2 miles past J Lohrs Winery. We are just a few minutes away from Vina Robles amphitheater, the Paso Robles Horse Park and the Ravine Water Park. With Paso Robles having over 200 wineries you are just minutes from a variety of wonderful wine tasting. The cottage is a one Bedroom, one bath with a private entrance. We are less than 10 minutes from Down Town Paso Robles where there are exceptional restaurants and shopping.

The Cottage on Our Hill Lane is 250 ft from the main house, and is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and south facing deck with vineyard views. The appliances are new and since we were a week into a California road trip, the washer/dryer were particularly appreciated! - "There were 7 of us and we split up between 3 of these cottages. It was perfect. Myself and boyfriend shared the wine barrel with a friend. She had her own room and bathroom as did we. Perfect! The king size bed was very comfortable. There was both a keurig and regular coffee maker. Owner provided some keurig cups which was great. Lots of dishes, pans and utensils and most importantly, wine glasses and opener! Very convenient to town. I walked 20 mins to get there, and the drive was just a few minutes. This is my second time renting this cottage, and I would rent again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

This property is a cute little cottage in the heart of Paso Robles. We have a Queen bed in the larger room and a desk and twin bed in the small bedroom. There is a fully stocked kitchen and full bath. You are 1 block from the Paso Market Walk and 1 block the other way to Smart N Final grocery store. It is also a short 8 block walk to the Downtown City Park.

Please note: There is not a washer, dryer or dishwasher in the unit.

The cottage is small, approximately 700sf and comfortably accomidates 4 adults. Its mid-century/boho decor offers a relaxed atmosphere with many home comforts such as plenty of wine glasses, a fully equipped kitchen (filtered water, dishes, cookware, microwave, air fryer, blender, toaster, Keuring, French press, tea kettle, milk frother, a variety of teas and coffees, sweetners & creamer.)

The 2 bedrooms have wall mounted smart TVs and new 14 inch memory foam mattresses, new comfortable pillows and bedding.

The living room is inviting and a great place to gather for wine, drinks and food. A wine bar is stocked with plenty of wine glasses, cork screws, cocktail glasses and ice maker. The smart TV is wall mounted and Direct TV is provided. You will also find Alexa on the side table for your music listening pleasure. The couch is 7 feet long and comfortably sleeps one adult.

There is one central bathroom, with a small, tiled shower, spas quality towels, basic toiletries and hair dryer.

The patio is large with plenty of seating, chaise lounge chairs, a gas firepit and gas BBQ. Soft lighting is perfect for evenings on the patio. Deer can often be seen roaming the neighborhood.

Our renovated historic cottage is surrounded by the best restaurants, shops and tasting rooms. While only 100 steps to Il Cortile for dinner or Spearhead Coffee for a latte, the space remains quiet and private! This original carriage house is a turn of the century building and has a peek a boo wall into the original barn door which is still in place! The fenced yard has a brick patio, seating for six, and a grape trellis. Kids under 2 don't count towards occupancy limit. Tax included in price!

THE COTTAGE INTERIOR
The cottage is beautifully appointed and has all you need. Thru the front door you'll find a stocked kitchen with full size range and fridge along with anything else you might need to cook a full meal in and enjoy the cottage at sunset with a glass of wine in hand. Beyond the kitchen is a comfortable dining room to sit and map out the days adventures. To the right of the kitchen is the bedroom with a plush queen bed and desk if you're working on the go. To the left of the kitchen is the bathroom complete with a claw foot soaking tub with tree house like views, a full shower and ample space to prepare for the day.

THE COTTAGE EXTERIOR
The exterior grounds are an experience all on their own. Whether your rocking the chairs on the front porch with a cup of coffee, enjoying a meal alfresco under the twinkling lights or taking in the sounds of the crickets around the gas fire pit, the outdoor space is sure to bring respite and leave you with fond memories.

THE PROPERTY
Vintage Ranch is comprised of 66 acres, half of which is planted with mature grapevines and ancient olive groves. Just across the path from the cottage is an authentic barn that makes for a stunning photo. Or perhaps you'll want to pack a picnic, take a walk, ride your mountain bike or plant a yoga mat under a canopy of an ancient oak tree for a one of a kind experience.

We are pet friendly and although here is no fenced yard, there are many parks nearby for dogs to enjoy.
Parking includes street parking only but usually there are plenty of spots.
