This well appointed duplex is ideally located downtown Paso Robles. Situated only 1.5 blocks from the City Park and 5 blocks from Hwy 101, it is a perfect home base for exploring Paso's rich and growing wine, food and boutique culture. The unit has been recently remodeled to keep with its historic hacienda style architecture while offering you an especially comfortable, clean, and enjoyable place to stay. There is 1 queen size bed in the bedroom and 1 pull-out sofa in the living room. There is a fully equipped kitchen with a micro/convection oven. You will also enjoy free hi-speed wi-fi internet access, and a flatscreen TV with blu-ray/dvd player. Both duplex units, Casita Azul and Casita Rojo can be rented together or separate, and have adjoining interior doors. The large backyard has ample seating and multiple coal BBQs. It's shared by the duplex units and our house unit, which is available as well. There's one designated parking spot in the back.

Our trip was to get a chance for both, and for creating a bit of a getaway on our 30th Anniversary. The Treetop Cottage got us all we wanted! Sitting on the deck as the sun went down behind us, we enjoyed the treetop views and the breeze on a truly HOT weekend. Iced tea tastes better in a cushioned chair outdoors. And when it was too much, the cottage was so cool and comfy. We also were able to hear the headliner concerts over at the fairgrounds, if we wanted to sit outside and listen. All the amenities we needed were available. Check in was easy. It was clean and cozy. The layout of the cottage is so ingenious, and our early riser and late sleeper were both happy. The bed was clean and comfortable. The shower is beautiful, though the water pressure was not great (kind of like at home…). The cottage is positioned so perfectly for getting to all the things the area has to offer. We drove through wine country in a couple different directions, made a quick trip to Cambria, headed east of Paso Robles, then drove to Lake Nacimiento on our way out of town. This was a great trip, a wonderful place to stay, and the hosts were so helpful in making this a “home base” for us!"

Due to the health concerns we want to let you know we do not have back to back reservations and there is a 24 hour vacancy between guests. Our cottage is nestled in our vineyard just 1 1/2 miles past J Lohrs Winery. We are just a few minutes away from Vina Robles amphitheater, the Paso Robles Horse Park and the Ravine Water Park. With Paso Robles having over 200 wineries you are just minutes from a variety of wonderful wine tasting. The cottage is a one Bedroom, one bath with a private entrance. We are less than 10 minutes from Down Town Paso Robles where there are exceptional restaurants and shopping.

The Cottage on Our Hill Lane is 250 ft from the main house, and is 1 bedroom, 1 bath, full kitchen and south facing deck with vineyard views. - "The outside isn’t going to impress anyone, but the inside is neat and tidy and relatively spacious. The location is great, just a three minute drive to downtown shops and restaurants. The appliances are new and since we were a week into a California road trip, the washer/dryer were particularly appreciated! The bed was comfortable and the shower was hot, I don’t need much more than that. Overall, we were generally happy with our stay, this was just what we were looking for."

- "There were 7 of us and we split up between 3 of these cottages. It was perfect. Myself and boyfriend shared the wine barrel with a friend. She had her own room and bathroom as did we. Perfect! The king size bed was very comfortable. There was both a keurig and regular coffee maker. Owner provided some keurig cups which was great. Lots of dishes, pans and utensils and most importantly, wine glasses and opener! Very convenient to town. I walked 20 mins to get there, and the drive was just a few minutes. This is my second time renting this cottage, and I would rent again. Thank you for a wonderful stay!"

Just off the kitchen and dinette is a living room with comfortable seating for 4 with equally stunning views as well as a smart TV loaded with a fire-stick for streaming your favorite shows! Opposite the living room is a well appointed bathroom with a full shower, waffle knit robes, public goods soaps, clothing storage, washer/dryer combo and laundry soap. STAY STALLION - UPSTAIRS On each side of the tiny home you'll find a lofted bedroom; one with a queen bed and the other with a king bed. Each sleeping loft has a plush bed, crisp cotton linens, blackout shades, cell phone charging port as well as a bedside lamp and table. Please note that while the sleeping lofts are on opposing sides they are not private and do each open to the main living space. The sleeping lofts are each accessed by a set of stairs that are unique as the tiny home itself and guests should be able bodied to navigate tiny home stairs. The heater warmed us up nicely as we had 1 chilly evening during our stay. The only wish I had was that there was a microwave to heat up my coffee. The electric teapot got the water warm enough for a bit, but it cooled down quickly.
