You will feel very tucked in within the treetops, but when you want to get out the downtown is only a 15 minute walk or a 5 minute car ride. Downtown boasts wine tasting, an art studio, and a beautiful traditional downtown park complete with a Carnegie Library, which has become a Paso Robles museum. There is a Farmer’s Market in the park on Tuesday afternoons and Saturday mornings.

Wineries abound, so ask around to find out about locals’ favorites. From bike rides to beach trips, enjoy discovering all that Paso Robles has to offer.

The living room is a great place to relax after your day out enjoying the scenery. Sit and relax at the reclaimed barn wood dining table and enjoy the view. There are two outside seating areas to enjoy as well as your own parking. You can sit and enjoy a glass of wine on the veranda or enjoy your time on the patio below. This is the perfect place to come enjoy your time in Paso Robles and truly experience Paso living at it's best!!

Built around 1890 and in service as a one room schoolhouse until 1943, the Summit Schoolhouse is truly a special place. Located on Peachy Canyon Road in the Willow Creek AVA, a main artery connecting many Paso Robles west side wineries, you get to enjoy the peace and quiet of the country, while still being only 15 minutes away from all that downtown Paso Robles and Templeton have to offer. If you have an electric or hybrid vehicle, there is a 50-amp plug for our guests to charge their cars.

Soaring 11 foot ceilings, give the cozy space a large and airy feel, which includes two bedrooms, two bathrooms, laundry, great room and gourmet kitchen. Situated on two terraced acres, the outdoor area is dotted with several walnut trees and includes a flagstone patio, handmade wine barrel dining table with seating for 8, bocce ball court, fire pit, native landscaping and Adelaida stone walls. Grilling outdoors on the Weber Genesis E-310 gas barbecue allows you to enjoy a game of bocce ball while getting dinner ready at the same time.

The schoolhouse was carefully restored, keeping all improvements period specific to maintain the integrity of the 110+ year-old structure. At the same time, we were able to add complementary upgrades such as marble and Caesarstone countertops in the kitchen and baths, Viking range and dishwasher, paneled French door refrigerator, Thelin pot belly-style stove in the living room, 55" Sony flatscreen TV, American Leather brand sofa bed (no springs...this one is so comfortable!), Wi-Fi, Direct TV and vintage lighting.

Restoratively, we recycled the 110+ year-old redwood that was taken from the original siding of the house to accommodate the addition, and use it to construct the kitchen island, over-range vent hood, window cornices and various cabinet doors. The original board and batten style wall construction was maintained throughout the new addition space and the original wood-trimmed screens were modified to fit the repaired windows. The original windows with hand blown glass panes and restored rope pulls remain in the main part of the house.

The expansive porch has seating for four and is perfect for coffee or a glass of wine and waving to the frequent cyclers that take advantage of the connectivity of Peachy Canyon Road from downtown to Vineyard Drive. There is also a dry-farmed hilltop vineyard that provides for a great view of the vine cycle from Spring to late November. After which, the area is buzzing with the local walnut harvest.

Remodeled Ranch style home in the middle of a working vineyard. Quiet and charming, yet only minutes from downtown Paso Robles. Enjoy amazing sunsets or relax in the inviting spa after a long day of wine tasting. Home was remodeled in 2017 and owners live in a nearby house on this 15 acre property.

Home has two large bedrooms and two full baths. The sofa also folds out into a sleeper. We do accept up to six guests at the property. Backyard is well lit and has multiple seating areas, including a covered patio. There is also a propane barbecue available for our guests.

This is a non smoking property and parties are not allowed unless approved in advance by the owners. We want to be respectful to our neighbors, even though they aren’t nearby.

It’s located right off 46 , so you will hear road noise , but it didn’t bother us at all. There is an entry way sitting area with a picture window. We were captivated by that view. Perfect place for early morning coffee. The living room was cozy and had a TV and DVR, so bring your favorite movies if that appeals to you. The kitchen was fully equipped and we easily made some meals and sat around the island enjoying the ambience of the house. The 2 bedrooms were comfortable- the king bed was especially comfortable and linens very nice. We shared the one bathroom with our friends and there were plenty of towels . The fan in the bathroom is super loud! But we only used that when folks were showering, so not really an issue. At night we spent a lot of time sitting on the front patio with the small gas fireplace ( which put out some decent heat) and petted the friendly lab that came to visit. The whole visit was so relaxing. We were only there for 2 nights, but could imagine a much longer stay in the future. There were several little 2 person cabins nearby, but the way they were situated, we never saw the people staying there. Overall, one of our most favorite stays!"

Our home is located in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country. We are close to Downtown Park(1.5mi) and to the region's popular wineries, the Vina Robles Amphitheater(2mi), Mid-State fairground (1.2mi), the Field of lights Sensorio exhibit(2.5mi), Tesla Supercharge Station (0.3mi) and the Paso Robles Horse Park(1.4mi). We have easy access off Highway 101 and Highway 46 East, if your traveling through for a night and need a place to relax.

The space
We have a 5 bedroom, 3 bath home with the airbnb having the top floor flat style and private. This space has just been remodeled from new flooring to a renovated bathroom. Our Airbnb space is our upstairs second floor king-sized bedroom with a high-end California king mattress and a private full size bathroom. There is a loft adjacent to the bedroom which has a queen size tempurpedic style mattress/bed and a small desk area. In your room, you have a television with with streaming apps, a ceiling fan, large closet, mini-fridge with separate freezer 4.5 cu ft, microwave, and Keurig. The upstairs is private and your space during your stay. The king bedroom has a lock on the door and the loft is open with no door but private to the upstairs flat style. The entire flat upstairs is your space during your stay.

Guest access
Front door entry enters into our living room and the Airbnb room is accessible from there up the staircase to the left. The entire upstairs is reserved for you, with a master-size bedroom, a full bath, and the loft with a queen bed.

We are mostly home, with our bedrooms downstairs and on the other side of the home. We are happy to help with questions or help and quick to respond. We can be reached through the Airbnb App.

Other things to note
Parking is in front of our home on the street . We prefer you not park in front of any of our neighbor’s homes. We live in a safe, well-lit cul-de-sac.

This special place is close to everything, making it easy to plan your visit! Only 3 blocks to dining, shopping, entertaining and wine tasting in downtown Paso Robles. The Children Museum is just down the street on the way to the Central Park with the Carnegie Library!
A short drive away is Morro Bay, Cambria and Hearst Castle, the Elephant Seal beach, and Sensorio next to Estrella Warbirds Air Museum and the Ravine Waterpark.

The space
Victoria Downtown, built in 1894, is located in the heart of the Historic West Side district.
This upstairs apartment has a separate entrance and is fully equipped for your stay. It has one bedroom, one bath, a dining room, living room (sofa bed) and an office nook. WIFI service is included. There is a nice kitchen area with a gas range/oven, microwave and toaster. We have supplied it with extra bedding and cooking needs for extended stays. Beautiful and comfortable in an exquisite downtown location.

Victoria Downtown is on the second floor of our Victorian house on a quiet tree-lined street. The upstairs unit has its own separate entrance with a keypad for easy access. The Airbnb is the entire second floor apartment.

This room is one of three rooms we have available in the Main House (see listing for Green Room and Gold Master Suite) and shares a bathroom with the Blue Room. We have worked hard to anticipate the needs of travelers looking for a comfortable place to stay. Because of our location, we chose a country theme for the rooms. Because these rooms share a bathroom, we have made it more comfortable by providing robes for our visitors, in-closet towel racks, and a vanity. The room also includes a 3-drawer dresser (in the closet), a place to hang clothes, and chair with a floor lamp for reading. There is a small desk in the room, an iMac and a folding chair in the closet if you need some desk space.

Guests have access to the dining room which will be stocked with plenty of breakfast foods in the morning (if you sign up) and other treats throughout the day. Coffee and water are available 24 hours a day. You are welcome to use anything in the dining room. We also have a basketball hoop, a corn-hole game, a horseshoe pit, two lounge chairs, a fire-pit with 4 chairs, an outdoor dining set for 6, a refrigerator for guests to use, and a hot tub in the back yard.

We live a healthy life style. No smoking, tobacco or weed allowed inside, no drugs, no drinking, no parties.
We do not wear our outdoor shoes inside the house. We have footwear that dedicated only for inside. We expect you do the same.

No loud music/noise. No smoking inside, but welcome to smoke in the backyard. Guests are welcome to use kitchen for cooking, if you do so please clean up after yourself. We have a very shy cat named Ringo, that stays mostly outside, but comes in to sleep at night. We have a second cat named Toulouse, she is young and very curious.

Welcome home. Our retreat is located in a quiet residential neighborhood just 10 minutes from downtown Paso Robles. We feature a queen bedroom guest suite, a full bath with shower, and a spacious sitting room with a fully stocked kitchenette. The suite is dedicated to our guests with no shared spaces. We provide snacks and breakfast items. Located in the heart of Paso Robles Wine Country, Hwy 46 East/West wineries, 40 minutes from the Pacific coast. No pets. Not suitable for children or infants.

The space
Our retreat is quiet and private. We offer concierge service with information about many of the wonderful things to do and see in Paso Robles and the surrounding area! We are close to grocery stores, fine restaurants, walking trails, golf course and wine tasting. Our area is serviced by Uber and Lyft which offer a quick trip to and from downtown Paso Robles, or out to the wineries. We look forward to meeting you soon!
