This original beach cottage has been refurbished and transformed into an adorable and updated beach rental. This is both our home and our business and we take great pride in maintaining the highest standard of cleanliness. We have instituted a 24 hour wait period before entering the home. Our cleaning vendor follows CDC cleaning and disinfection guidelines. However, all guests should also do their part to disinfect the unit. We also include disinfectant wipes and sprays for guests during their stay. We will continue to monitor the coronavirus (COVID-19) updates from the world health organization, the US centers for disease control and prevention and the County of San Luis Obispo health department and will continue to respond based on the best advice of governments, public health authorities, and medical professionals.

The “Beach Cottage” is located just 2 blocks from the Morro Strand State Beach, a five mile uninterrupted expanse of sand and waves. As you drink coffee in the morning, you can sit at the breakfast nook or on the glass enclosed front deck and watch the waves break with Morro Rock to the South and all of Estero Bay to the western horizon. One can actually see 50 miles of coast; south of Montana De Oro (Point Bishon) and north to Estero Point (north of the abalone farm). At the south end of Cayucos on Ocean Blvd, you are surrounded by headland hills and blue water. Most days you will see local professionals soaring off the tops in their para-gliders, right behind the house, landing on the flat in front of the beach…cool!
The house has been totally remodeled. Walls have been removed and sight lines were considered so that you have views from everywhere in the great room. The deck has comfortable chairs, a table for dining, gas grill and a 10’ umbrella for sun protection. The kitchen has a suite of Samsung stainless appliances, quartz countertops throughout. We also added a On Demand tankless water heater in 2018. The great room offers comfortable seating for conversation or making use of the 55” flat screen Smart TV; Premium Channels package, and sound system. The full bath has top of the line hardware, tub/shower option, water saver loo, and double sinks; storage for your personal beach towels, can be stacked in the ample storage closet. The 3/4 bath also has water saver loo, walk in shower, and sink with storage beneath. The Guest bedroom has a queen bed and is tastefully decorated with a 47" flat screen Smart TV. The Master bedroom has a Cal-King, high boy dresser, and also a 47” flat screen Smart TV.
The back yard has a quiet setting with a water fountain, succulent garden, and a gas fire pit for those roasted marshmallows and Smores. A storage shed is available for larger toys like surfboards, bikes, or things that DO NOT GO IN THE HOUSE! The backyard is enclosed and lockable. There is no garage privilege. Owners store rental paraphernalia there. NOTE...We added a space over the garage and carport in 2018 that is the owners residence. It was designed by our architect to elimate any sound transference between floors.

Welcome to our adorable and charming little beach house, just moments from the sea! This extremely clean and light-filled house couldn’t be more fun and filled with whatever you might need to make your stay in beautiful Cayucos more perfect. With peeks of the ocean and the sound of the waves, it includes 2 bedrooms and a bath, a fully equipped kitchen, patio outdoor shower, completely enclosed back yard with large deck, pergola, build in BBQ, dining table, outdoor lounge.

Located close to downtown Cayucos, Circle Drive is also just two blocks to the beach at the 19th Street beach access. This beach is great for relaxing and ideal for surfing/boogie boarding while rarely crowded despite the perfect weather. If you're into running you can actually do a 10k loop from the pier all the way to Morro Rock and watch the kite surfers. It's really a little bit of paradise.

Our little retreat includes use of the cruisers (*please use the helmets provided/owner not responsible for accidents), full laundry facilities, heated outdoor shower (for getting sand off bodies/feet, wetsuits...) boogie boards, wagon, beach chairs, coolers, beach towels and blanket... Single car parking in the driveway and 2 additional spots above patio. Amazing back deck/lounge area.

We are also set up to accommodate little ones, includes a high chair and pack-n-play portable crib and small table and chairs for dining.

Ocean views and beach access in the much touted town. In the words of Sunset Magazine “The small surf town of Cayucos has remained miraculously immune to over-development for decades, despite its great wines to the east and white sandy beaches to the west”. Beach living surround by the rolling hills of country living.
Cross the road with the safety of a traffic light and access the minimally populated beach white sand beach, a surfing and boogie boarding hot spot for the locals (less than 2600 very friendly people). Multiple beach access points across the street or if you are feeling adventurous take the locals route through the large culvert directly across the street. Try the dog friendly beach directly to the south and walk to Morro Rock or take a Northward stroll to the pier. Beachgoers include kiteboarders, parasailers, boogie boarders as well as surfers. They share the ocean with frequently seen whales, dolphins, sea otters and tidal pool inhabitants. The coast hosts many species of sea birds including falcons, herons and pelicans; occasionally a bald eagle rests in the tree outside the master bedroom. Seasonally, monarch butterflies by the hundreds grace the eucalyptus behind the home. Fish the surf, build castles, fly kites or bask in the sun. Sunsets are a daily spectacle from the deck, dining room, family or living room… even the kitchen.
Cayucos is a special town devoid of the tourist trap feel. It hosts dining both formal and casual dining. Just 4 mile South is Morro Bay with “The Rock” with a full range of dining and shopping choices and a span of recreational options from deep sea fishing charters and whale watching to kayaking and paddle boarding. This home adjoins two very popular road bike routes: the coast route North or South on Highway One or up Old Creek for the serious athletes. Living room is beach living at its best with fine couches and nicely decorated space, great for enjoying each other’s company and that of friends. The views from living, dining and family rooms take your breath away. Fenced landscaped yard with patio furniture as well as a separate area for the spa.

Woody's Beach House is a cottage with lots of charm, a large backyard, linens, and a special "nook" off of the laundry room with twin bunk beds. Bathoom is a "Jack and Jill" between the two bedrooms and has a bathtub and handheld shower head - no stall door or curtain. Separate bath in the rear of the home does have a separate shower stall. Small pet negotiable with non-refundable $100 fee.

I have a studio below my house that I rent out. It’s super cute. Has a queen bed and a queen futon. I can also add a single chair that folds into a bed or a queen blow up mattress. One bathroom with shower. No kitchen but mini fridge, microwave and coffee maker.
Exactly one mile from the pier, one block from the beach.
It’s walking distance to the pier/downtown but just far enough to not be among the chaos.

We just moved out and the upstairs is now a rental so you may hear the guests upstairs.

We can finally allow dogs! Must be friendly and get along with other dogs as the upstairs may have one or two. There is a $50 pet fee per pet/per reservation.

- "Our stay was fantastic! The room was located a short 5 minute walk from the beach and a mile from downtown Cayucos. There were many great amenities, a coffee pot, coffee cups, tea bags, utensils, mini-fridge with ice and a pitcher of water, towels, shampoo, conditioner, a bed and a bowl for the dog, and a bottle of wine and three bottles of water (and more). The futon was already made into a bed for the teens. The yard was well maintained and included a couple of chairs to relax in. Our dog enjoyed running around the yard and playing when we weren't walking on the beach or wandering around downtown. There was an outside shower to rinse off sand (much needed and appreciated, especially on the first day when our dog ran chest deep into the ocean). We never heard anyone upstairs. We especially enjoyed the ocean breeze through the windows throughout the day that kept the room cool and comfortable."

- There is no washer and dryer in the unit, and it is not available for guest use within the condo complex. The nearest laundromat is Laundraland, located at 489 S Ocean Ave Cayucos.

- "The apartment was cute and clean, everything was great for the most part. I gave a poor review for check in because they said if the office was closed when we arrived (at 2pm 😑) the keys would be in a black mailbox outside, which they were not. We had to leave and come back which is annoying but not that big of a deal. Buuuut when we did come back the woman working was taking a personal phone call and completely ignored us for 5 minutes while we stood in her doorway. She then hung up the phone, handed us an envelope and we left. Just felt very rude to me and easily avoidable. They apartment itself and the stay was great though and it’s proximity to downtown was unbeatable."

Our place is 1 block from the beach w/ very easy parking & just off Hwy 1.
It’s a huge house but not a lot of it gets used, so I am starting to portion it off & rent out bedrooms that can be used more. This bedroom is simple-downstairs, away from the main house. Full size bed w/ tempurpedic mattress & twin bunk beds (not tempurpedic). Shared bathroom in between the two bedrooms downstairs. Not much to it, but Cayucos-affordable while traveling Hwy 1! Please book w/ correct guest #. No pets.

The space
It’s just a simple bedroom inside of our main house with a place to sleep, shower and drink some coffee.
You will have to enter through the main entrance and then you go downstairs to your area.
NO access to the upstairs or the kitchen but you will have a coffee maker, hot water carafe, mini fridge, disposable kitchen supplies and utensils, and a small microwave in the shared hallway.

The full bed is very comfortable. The twin beds are mediocre-I’d suggest more for kids/teens. But the bottom bunk is better quality than the top bunk. There is also a floor twin mattress if you need a spot for a 5th person. I don’t recommend booking for 5 people as the floor mattress is not very comfortable and it will be a tight fit, but it’s doable. Please book for the correct # of guests. I have the price listed for 2 guests. If you have more than 2 guests, please make sure to input that information correctly.

The carpets are not pretty as we lived here with our young kids once upon a time, but I shampoo them frequently, so know they are at least clean. Some of the kids decor is still on the walls but I am constantly making improvements to the room to make it more travel friendly.

The bottom floor is a studio that I rent out, which is separate and these guests have no access to the main house. This is the second floor has two bedrooms and a bathroom. The 3rd floor is the main house, where either we will be or will have rented out. The other areas are dog friendly but this room is NOT dog friendly, as it would just be too much to handle.

This is my first time renting out multiple rooms so bear with me and be respectful: try not to be too loud, keep bathroom time to a minimum, etc. Advice and helpful comments are welcome. :)

Wake up to the sound of the waves sleeping 1 block from the beach. You’ll love this recently redecorated southwestern themed room inside the house. This is the perfect stopover place for traveling along Hwy 1.
Just a few houses from the offramp, private entrance, comfy queen bed, Smart Tv, & coffee nook in the hallway. Tiny fenced in yard but currently no pets! We have dogs upstairs.
No frills but (Cayucos) cheap place to crash for the night, carpets are stained but are frequently shampooed.

The space
Recently redecorated in Southwestern Desert theme, this is a cute little bedroom with a comfy queen bed and a chair that folds out into a single bed on the floor (child-sized). There is half of a closet to store your things as well as a small dresser.
You have your own private entrance and keypad, with your own small private fenced in yard with an old bistro table for relaxing. The walkway is uneven, so please be careful.
19” TV and Fire Stick smart tv streaming device. No cable. To use you must sign into your own streaming account and logout before leaving.

I have created a cute little kitchen nook in the hallway with a mini fridge, microwave, coffee maker, hot water carafe and plastic ware. There is also a bistro table in this shared space to enjoy your breakfast.
There is no actual kitchen and no access to my kitchen.

While the carpet is stained, I have tried to cover parts of it up. :)

Full bathroom with privacy lock. Bathroom could possibly be shared with the room across the hall, so there may also be other guests in this shared space, however it is very, very unlikely.

This is our home that we moved out of/moved back in temporarily/sometimes rent out. It’s too big for our little family so I am portioning it off and renting out one room at a time.

This is an attached studio, one block from beach and very spacious. The house upstairs is our home/rental (so expect some noise).
Room is a converted workshop, so it's a little industrial but we have done a lot of work to fix it up pretty cute. Wide open space. Space heater included. Use of fridge, coffee maker, microwave and water heater but otherwise no 'kitchen'. Bathroom w/ shower, toilet & sink. No pets from January-May (memorial) as we will have ours but allowed from June on.

The space
As stated earlier, the room is a bit industrial but it’s been a fun project for me to decorate and fix up. It's not the Taj Mahal but it's affordable for Cayucos standards. There is a “storage loft” above the bathroom, but besides that, it’s a cute space. I tried to go with beach theme and am constantly finding new ways to provide better comfort to guests. I manage 6 other places so I pride myself on doing what I can to make a guests experience enjoyable (I also have a life too).

The room has a space heater provided for when you are here (please turn it off when you leave.) You'll have a private entrance and your own bathroom w/ a shower. Decent sized fridge and microwave will be available. No kitchen.

Dogs must be well-behaved and get along with other pets, as we have 3 dogs and a cat in the upstairs. Please confirm if you would like to bring a pet in your initial message and check the box that you are bringing a pet. We have a $50 pet fee/pet (you can also pay this in person if you would like).

Parking is very easy here. You will have one parking spot, otherwise there is street parking available.

If you have a 3 or more people, we have a queen futon.

We can provide a pack n play if requested ahead of time.

The listing says it sleeps 5 but I would NOT suggest 5 adults.

I have a small Murphy table and tiny 24” smart tv. No cable.

The upstairs may also be rented out during your stay, so expect to hear some noise from up above. However, I have outfitted the space with a couple white noise machines and noise-reducing products to try to diffuse outside noise.

I will not be around during your stay so you will have complete privacy. Our house is located just 1 1/2 blocks from the beautiful sandy Cayucos Beach. Access is just down the street. Town and the pier is within walking distance—less than a mile. The neighborhood is residential and the neighbors are friendly and nice. There is a large front deck featuring a gas barbecue and patio table and chairs for outdoor dining/drinks. There are 3 TVs with HD Direct TV available.

The space
In front there is a large paved parking area—enough for 4 cars plus an RV. If you bring an RV there is an extra $45 per night for utilities hook-ups. There are full hook-ups (electricity, sewer and water). Great area for children to play.

Guest access
Guests are welcome everywhere as long as they are respectful and small groups. Maximum 5 sleeping.

Your space includes The Bedroom , Full Bath and Lounge-ALL PRIVATE. I Offer full access to the deck upstairs, overlooking the Pacific Ocean.

The space
This space comfortably fits two people. It is a separate bedroom with a queen bed, separate and private bathroom, along with a lounge and wireless internet. I do offer a porta crib for babies/young toddlers. I also have a blow up air bed that we can put in the lounge for a third adult.

Guest will have access to private bedroom, private bathroom, and private lounge. I occupy the upstairs of this home and guests have the full downstairs. Although, there is no kitchen downstairs, I provide a Continental Breakfast for the guests in the morning. I welcome you to enjoy my balcony which over looks the beautiful Pacific Ocean.

During your stay
I will be present during your stay and will look forward to welcoming you upon your arrival if it is between 4pm and 7pm. Many of my guests arrive after 7pm which is just fine. I have a little different check in process and will look forward to meeting you in the morning at breakfast.

You can park right in my driveway. When you let me know if you will arrive after 7pm, I will send you an email with information and give you access to the keys.

This space is an ideal fit for two. The space is small but perfect to enjoy as your home base as you explore. The cottage includes two dedicated parking spaces - one snug driveway spot and a convenient street parking space just steps from the entrance. Guests are welcome to use the EV charger upon request.

As you enter our newly renovated modern yet cozy, bright cottage, enjoy peek-a-boo ocean views from the kitchen and living space while cozying up next to the electric fireplace. Our living room is the perfect space to relax while reading next to the fire or watching your favorite TV programs in the plush modern leather lounge chairs. A fully stocked, state-of-the-art, kitchen with new appliances, and a convenient washer/dryer combo provide the perfect space to cook any meal. Enjoy a morning cup of coffee (or locally provided tea) at our kitchen table for two, out at the bistro table on the front patio, or take it to go while walking your pup down to the beach!

Turning to the bedroom space, enjoy the convenient Murphey Bed setup, allowing for a super cozy and comfortable sleep at night, yet maximing space during the day. Turn on the in-suite electric fireplace to take the chill out of the coastal air, while relaxing and ending your day. The studio offers a bathroom conveniently located next to the bedroom space and features a spacious rain shower with a modern aesthetic.

Stepping out to your front patio, enjoy your own private modern succulent garden space, backdroped with ocean views. From the patio space you are only minutes away to nearby trailheads, spanning to dozens of miles of open space and only a short walk to nearby dog-friendly beach entrances. We live on the property above the cottage with our dog and are generally available in case guests require anything. The cottage is located under the top unit’s deck, but does not share any walls.

Parking - Please park in the designated parking space in the driveway next to the cottage. If additional parking is needed, there is a convenient oversized street parking space in front of the cottage that is available on a first-come, first-serve basis.

- We do not offer cancellations, rescheduling, or refunds due to weather or other circumstances beyond our control. To safeguard your trip, we strongly recommend purchasing travel insurance to cover potential disruptions.

Transparent Fees
The following additional fees may apply and will be processed at the time of booking or upon request:

- Pull-Out Couch Usage: A $50 fee applies for groups of 2 or fewer requesting to use the pull-out couch. Please request this before your arrival. (For groups of 3–4, this fee is included in the additional per-person charge.)
- Additional Guests: A $50 fee per guest, per night, applies for more than 2 guests. We allow a maximum of 4 guests per stay. Children aged 2 and older are considered guests per Airbnb's policy and must be included in your reservation.
- EV Charger Usage: A $50 flat fee applies for using the EV charger during your stay.

(These fees reflect direct pass-through costs to cleaners and utilities. Thank you for your understanding.)

Damages Fees
- We reserve the right to charge for damages to linens, bedding, or blankets exceeding normal wear and tear. Fees range from $50 to $200+, depending on the cost of material replacement and the severity of the damage. Additional labor or service charges may apply in certain cases.

Our Stuga (that's Swedish for "vacation home") is truly delightful. It is located just off Hwy 1 in a small, tranquil condominium complex only two short blocks from the beach. As a second floor unit with an ocean view, great natural lighting contributes to making it the perfect coastal retreat. On quiet nights you can hear waves crash, sea lions bark and buoys ring. Due to the quiet nature of our complex, this unit is available for a minimum of 30 days or more and is not suitable for children.

The space
The Stuga is a great getaway for those looking to relax with an extended visit to the Central Coast. Our kitchen has been recently renovated and now includes counter seating at a center island. The kitchen is well-equipped to cook full meals with a gas range and oven, full size refrigerator, microwave and dishwasher. A variety of small appliances are available, including a blender, juicer, crock pot, waffle maker, hand mixer, etc. Our colorful Fiestaware dishes ensure that every day is a celebration, and the instant hot water dispenser eliminates the need for an electric teakettle. A small grill and tabletop fire bowl are located on the balcony; washer/dryer are available in the adjacent carport. Beach chairs, beach towels, and a beach bag are located in the hall closet; spare linens and towels are on each bedroom closet shelf.

The local RTA bus stop is just three blocks north on Ocean Avenue with service to Morro Bay, Los Osos and San Luis Obispo to the south; Cambria and San Simeon to the north.

We are located 15-20 minutes away from downtown Cayucos and 20 minutes from downtown Morro Bay.

Located on a beautiful private ranch just 20 minutes east of downtown Cayucos. Lots of open space for hiking and mountain biking. A birder’s delight and a nature lover's dream. The room includes a luxurious king size bed, a kitchenette which includes a microwave, toaster, small refrigerator, electric teapot for hot water and a Keruig coffee maker. Complimentary coffee, tea, half & half, granola bars, fruit and bread are provided for our guests. Dishes, cups and silverware are also available. We also have a BBQ grill up by our pond which our guests are welcome to use. Yoga mats are provided for stretching on the deck. There is a flat screen satellite TV and very High speed WIFI for internet in the room.

Our guest house is located 3 miles from old Creek Road on a dirt road. The road is well maintained and suitable for all vehicles. We do ask that our guests arrive before dark if possible. Our place can be difficult to find in the dark the first time. If you need to arrive after dark, just let us know so that we can give you additional instructions.

If possible, plan your stay for a few nights. There is so much to do in and around our area or if you wish, you can just relax on the ranch.

We thoroughly enjoyed this spacious home on a hill with a beautiful view of the ocean. Very quiet and comfortable with all the amenities of home. We took morning walks to the beach and further on to downtown Cayucos for dinner.

deck. Driving to Morro Bay and Cambria was a breeze with great places to dine. Great place to get away and relax!

Master bedroom has a sliding glass door to the covered patio in the backyard. There is an additional level in the backyard for views of the pier and ocean. Just 1-1/2 blocks to the beach and a short walk to downtown Cayucos. Note there is a full-time tenant who lives downstairs and has separate entrance - no shared spaces.
