Although wine is high on the lists of visitors, your hosts can be very helpful in guiding you to the best of restaurants, attractions such as Hearst Castle, Morro Bay and other highlights of the area. Willow House comes completely furnished, with separate bedrooms and baths for each couple. A top of the line BBQ, and a kitchen full of all you'll need to prepare breakfast or a full meal. The main sleeping area boasts a Farmhouse King size bed with a highly-rated, extremely comfortable Casper mattress. The sofa pulls out to a queen size bed with a mattress topper giving extra padding for sink-worthy comfort.

The bath has a huge, shower with handicapped access. You can easily roll a wheelchair right into the shower.

LIVING & ENTERTAINMENT
This 750sf studio is wide open. At one end is the large kitchen with stainless steel appliances, granite counters, and a huge peninsula for prep with stools so you can hang out while cooking up your favorite meals. A dining table with seating for 4 is adjacent to the kitchen. The living room has a large L-shaped sofa with enough space to lounge comfortable while watching your favorite shows or movies on the 48" TV. Don't forget your log-in info for your Netflix or Prime accounts. The bedroom area is on the other side of a diving half wall with the large bath at the other end of the studio.

Outside there is cushioned lounge seating for 4 and a dining table with seating for 4. Entertaining and dining al fresco under the covered patio is perfect when cooking up steaks on the BBQ. There is also a hot tub for total relaxation.

The furniture is high quality, the kitchen is nicely furnished, and the WiFi is just fine for streaming and working. . Dispute what the listing says, all consumables and niceties are provided. In the beginning is was a little slow making contact with the property manager to confirm the reservation because we were booking last minute, but once connected communication was great. This really is a working vineyard so just be aware that work starts at 3 in the morning. Which most of the time is very unobtrusive if you have the windows closed. The work shed is right next to the guest house but the two friendly workers and respectful and stay out of the way. Be aware that there are friendly cats that hang out on the patio. Which was great for our group that loved cats but tough on those in our group that have allergies. The location is great with easy access to wineries. We would absolutely stay here again."

There is also a large 1/2 bath on the ground floor. The upstairs is a very large space for couple to spread out. There is a King bed and two couches. It also features desk and office chair as well plenty storage for what attire you packed. There is a small remolded full bath upstairs as well.

The property is 5 acre estate where the cottage is in the northwest corner and near by is the main house where the VRBO hosts live with 2 dogs (pugs). Also a pool/spa on property that guest are NOT allowed to use during there stay.

- "Enjoyed the peace and quiet" - "Just booked this cool casa for a xmas getaway for a few days with close family and we had a great time. You're away from it all out in the woods, but can still get to the coast/Cambria in 25 mins and into town/Paso Robles/Atascadero/etc in 15 or so as needed. It has a cozy, rustic feel to it which during the wintertime brought some extra holiday charm, while being equipped with a fully-functional kitchen (+ double oven) and entertainment system. Surfaces and beds were all nice and clean. It got pretty cold and the central heating unit was a bit hit or miss at times, but there are two wood burning fireplace/stoves, so just be sure to load up on firewood at Home Depot on the way in off 101 and you'll be good to go. Only other forewarning would be the entry road, it is not marked very clearly, so definitely arrive before sundown on Day 1, and the dirt road conditions were manageable for a 4x4 Crosstrek but if you drive a smaller, lower car do beware. Either way, we definitely look forward to coming back and trying it out in another season for sure!"

The space
Our cozy bungalow sits behind a gated 5 acre estate located in one of Templeton's finest neighborhoods. The surrounding views feel like the country side of Italy, but you are just minutes from town.

This bungalow is filled with everything one might need for a relaxing, peaceful getaway. This includes, a full size washer and dryer, full size fridge, an amazing walk in shower, cozy loft with a queen size bed, spacious patio for morning coffee and evening wine and winding down.

The cute kitchen was thoughtfully designed around a great airbnb experience. This kitchenette has a two burner stove top, toaster oven, microwave, Keurig coffee maker, and has all your cooking essentials to make for a great experience during your stay. If you're more of an outdoor cooker, we have a propane BBQ ready for you to enjoy on the spacious patio at the edge of our creek bed surrounded by the oaks forest.

The spacious loft has a very comfortable queen size bed, and a mini split unit to keep you at your desired temperature all night long.

Downstairs has a smart TV with Netflix and many different apps so you can log into all your favorite streaming services. Also a quant dinning area, and couch with tranquil views of the creek and oak forest.

If you're up early, you might catch a glimpse of the fox, deer, coyotes and turkey and all the other wild animals we have here.

Guest access
Our guest have access to a private driveway, and private parking. If you are arriving with more than one car please let us know ahead of time. You are free to enjoy the immediate landscaped yard around the Bungalow.

We want to leave our guests alone to enjoy your stay in privacy, but we are also available for whatever it is you might need.

Im sure you have already glanced through our photos, but if not, please go back and do so. The stairs leading to upstairs are very easy to walk up, however, the opening at the top step is low. You will have to duck to walk through it. This hasn't been a problem for myself or my 6ft tall husband, I just want it to be known prior to booking to avoid any issues one might have during their stay. We want everyone to have to greatest experience.

This home is not suitable for small children. For safety concerns, we do not allow children. We also do not allow pets. A $1,000 fine will be added if you do not comply with our terms.

The unique Blackberry House is nestled among oak trees in the historical quaint town of Templeton. This tiny home is privately tucked away on two acres in its own cozy corner. The 300 sq ft two-story floor plan is truly one of a kind. The separate downstairs offers a cozy sitting room with a TV, comfy chairs, a desk, and a kitchenette. The upstairs includes a private outside hot water shower located on a secluded deck. Inside the bedroom a queen-size bed, sink with vanity, room with a toilet.

The space
The unique redwood outdoor shower is completely private set amongst the oak trees. Plush robes provided for your cozy experience. Relax on the private upstairs deck with morning coffee or evening beverage.

This separate unit is on the end of the garage of a single family home that is off a cul de sac road with limited homes. Centrally located & less than .5 miles to Templeton’s historic downtown, Community Park with several events including a Farmers Market every Saturday, Vineyard Rd with multiple wineries, Trader Joe’s, Pier 46 restaurant, & dog park. Very walkable/bikeable area and very close to Tin City and neighbors Paso Robles. Even 25 min from Morro Bay. Contactless check in and check out.

The space

We are located 5 miles from downtown Templeton where you will find a great selection of places to dine and 8 miles to Paso Robles. We are centrally located for wine tasting and antiquing as well as beach and lake lovers. This is a quiet, country setting on a private road with all neighboring homes on acreage. There is a king size bed in the private bedroom that receives filtered morning sunshine and an upstairs loft (the loft has a low ceiling) with a queen size mattress. The loft is best for children, as an adult cannot stand up in the loft. The living room has a futon for sleeping as well. The guesthouse has Satellite TV (Dish Network), Internet, full size refrigerator, coffee maker, microwave, full kitchen with utensils, washer and dryer and a front deck to enjoy your morning coffee. Coffee and tea are complimentary. There is a full small bathroom with a combined tub/shower. For your convenience we provide soap, shampoo, conditioner and a hairdryer. You will feel welcomed into the good life as soon as you arrive! Featuring both Saltillo tile and hardwood floors, this pet-friendly home provides hacienda-style comfort for everyone. The Templeton Coop is tucked away on a small Gated farm just outside of Paso Robles, Ca. 4 miles to town. The farm grows Organic Olive Oil, Seasonal Vegetables and we raise organic beef and lamb. There is approximately 300 Wineries with in 50 miles of Rancho Bon Olivo (The Farm).

The space
The Coop has a nice size living room, a full size kitchen with all new appliances, RO water from private well and a 1/2 bathroom, large closet and laundry closet, down stairs. The upstairs has a large master bedroom w/Cal-king size bed with full bathroom (Tub & Shower, toilet & vanity) 2 wardrobe closets, a desk, chair and file cabinet. There are 2 - 55" smart TV's, 1 upstairs, and 1 downstairs, WIFI throughout the unit, no problems with streaming or Zoom Meetings. The upstairs has uneven ceiling heights and might be a problem for guest over 6' tall.

The Coop is a fully self contained 1000 SQFT Apartment, the apartment sits on 7.5 acres with a main residence, with farm animals and the Olive Orchard. There is plenty of parking onsite, we do not have any problems with Uber or Lyft picking up at The Coop. The country roads around The Coop are very popular with the local cyclists, plenty of rolling hills planted in vineyards and orchards, several horse farms and livestock in the area.

The Templeton Coop has relationships with many local businesses, we are currently putting the spotlight on Brecon Estate Winery. We encourage lovers of fine wine to make this a destination, they offer a 15% discount to all guest of The Coop, we suggest you make a reservation to visit for you stay.

A few miles from town there is an Albertson's on Niblick. A Smart & Final is located on on Spring Street at 20th. And Trader Joe's is just down the road a bit on Vineyard Drive in Templeton. While at the Trader Joe's you can pick up some fresh caught fish at Pier 46 Fish Market or head on over to the butcher, J&R Meats, for some grass-fed local meats and game.
