This 2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath two story townhouse bungalow is located in the Fresno/Clovis area. Yosemite, Sequoias, Fresno State, Savemart center and many more amazing places to visit.
Enjoy the swimming pool in the summer. Walk down to old town Clovis to attend farmer’s market durning the summer months.
All major stores are near by.
You get covered parking or you can pull right up in front of your unit.

Talahi Ranch is located in the gentle rolling foothills at the base of the California's Sierra Nevada. It sleeps up to four and guests have a private entrance and laundry privileges, plus free WiFi and a 48" flat screen TV. The small town community of Prather is just four miles away. Here you will find several restaurants, a CVS pharmacy, Mar-Val Food Store, two gas station/mini marts and more. You will be staying close to several several lakes, one in the foothills and four more in the nearby Sierra Nevada. The Sierra National Forest offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, sailing, hunting, several 4-wheel drive trails, horseback riding, back country pack trips, swimming, white water kayak adventures, spectacular photographic opportunities and bird watching. The McKinley Grove of Giant Sequoias is just over a hours drive. For winter visitors, China Peak Ski resort is just an hours drive and there are five Sno Parks where you can ride sleds, throw snowballs and have lots of family fun.

We created our casita to share with guests who want a quiet, contemporary space that is conveniently located to shops, freeways, and local mountains and lakes. We completed the casita February 2022 and the furnishings are brand new. It’s full of light with vaulted ceilings. The space is comfortable and relaxing. Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and other small appliances. Guests can enjoy the outdoor living space, patio and barbecue. Parking off the street is available.

Full services are within 6.5 miles to the west of us; Downtown Sanger is 7.8 miles; Wild Water Adventure Park is 1.5 miles; Pine Flat Reservoir is 25 miles; Shaver Lake is 30 miles. One mile east of us is a small strip mall with gas, restaurant and convenience stores.

Studio located on 2 acres in rural Clovis but just minutes away from restaurants, grocery stores, shopping centers, event venues, and walking and biking trails. Stay local or use it as the perfect home base for exploring nearby National Parks and several lakes in the area.

The studio is located on the west end of a 4 bedroom house and up a flight of stairs. Host lives on the property but the studio is private and has a separate entrance. Parking is located below the stairs.
