This 2 bedroom 1-1/2 bath two story townhouse bungalow is located in the Fresno/Clovis area. Yosemite, Sequoias, Fresno State, Savemart center and many more amazing places to visit.
Enjoy the swimming pool in the summer. Walk down to old town Clovis to attend farmer’s market durning the summer months.

Talahi Ranch is located in the gentle rolling foothills at the base of the California's Sierra Nevada. It sleeps up to four and guests have a private entrance and laundry privileges, plus free WiFi and a 48" flat screen TV. The small town community of Prather is just four miles away. Here you will find several restaurants, a CVS pharmacy, Mar-Val Food Store, two gas station/mini marts and more. You will be staying close to several several lakes, one in the foothills and four more in the nearby Sierra Nevada. The Sierra National Forest offers hiking, mountain biking, fishing, boating, sailing, hunting, several 4-wheel drive trails, horseback riding, back country pack trips, swimming, white water kayak adventures, spectacular photographic opportunities and bird watching. The McKinley Grove of Giant Sequoias is just over a hours drive. For winter visitors, China Peak Ski resort is just an hours drive and there are five Sno Parks where you can ride sleds, throw snowballs and have lots of family fun.

We completed the casita February 2022 and the furnishings are brand new. It’s full of light with vaulted ceilings. The space is comfortable and relaxing. Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and other small appliances. Guests can enjoy the outdoor living space, patio and barbecue. Parking off the street is available.

This spacious 2 bedroom 2 bathroom unit is part of a single level tri-plex with an attached garage. Property is located in a very desired area. Bedrooms feature a queen size bed, full size dresser, lamp, nightstands, hangers in closet, and extra sheets and pillowcases for both beads. Livingroom is set up with a full-size couch, Smart TV (peacock included), High speed internet, and fleece blankets. If you will be working from home, You will LOVE our work station with a comfy office chair, lighting, dry erase board, and lots of outlets for all your electronics (behind desk). Dining room comes with a pub style kitchen table with seating for 4. In the kitchen you will find lots of goodies. Keurig, Toaster, pots, pans, seasonings, baking tools, and cleaning supplies to get you started. In the entrance closet, you will find a Spin mop, broom, vacuum, hamper, and laundry detergent to get you started. Both restrooms will also come with extra toilet paper, some cleaning supplies, and plenty of towels. In the two-car garage you will find a full-size washer and dryer. Back Patio has a cement area with grass area, perfect for anyone with fur babies. Fluffy, new towels complement the adjacent bathroom which is fully stocked with personal care products. Laundry is adjacent to the bathroom and available 24/7.

Inside, the open floor plan makes for an ideal common area. The living room opens up into
the dining area which opens up into the kitchen. Relax by watching a movie or hanging on the treehouse style patio. (There is also a washer and dryer here, so if you like to relax with laundry, knock yourself out!)

There is one bedrooms with one queen sized bed. In terms of amenities, we’re got you covered there too! You’ll have access to small, yet important things like: An iron, blow dryer, towels, soap, and more.

Sure, eating at the finest restaurants can be fun. But sometimes we all need a nice home-cooked meal, right? That's why our kitchen is stocked with all the essentials you'll need to cook you and your family a nice dinner.
