The Neighborhood:
The location where you will be staying is the Beverly Glen neighborhood of Visalia. This is a very desirable neighborhood because it is an established neighborhood with tree-lined streets and custom homes displaying styles ranging from Frank Loyd Wright esq to traditional brick 2 story homes.

Getting Around:
There is sufficient parking downtown if you choose not to walk. Uber and Lyft are available in Visalia, although not as quickly and consistently available as in larger cities. You will need a car for day-trips to Sequoia National Park, the central Pacific Coast, and the wineries in the Paso Robles area.

Other Things to Note:
You will be less than one mile from downtown! As you might expect, this is a busy street, but you will be in a residential neighborhood. The property is set back from the street and most of the sounds you will hear will be the water fountain and the birds chirping.

The apartment has Roku TV with Hulu,. The table and chairs comfortably seat 4, or can be used as a workspace. Hair dryer, make-up mirror, shampoo, conditioner, luggage stand, closet, and iron/ironing board, in addition to the kitchen amenities.

- "We decided to book this property to visit the Sequoia National Park and the Kings canyon. It wasn't super close, but worked out as we booked it last minute. The place was a new listing, which was risky as the place had no previous reviews. However the price was good, so we decided to take the risk. The accomodation was pretty much as described and despite not being very clean (eg. spider webs, dust under the bed). However, while going through the yard to get in the property I noticed there were a lot of bugs crawling around and naively hoped that was not an issue inside. The first night went fine, but the second night I woke up with a cockroach crawling on my arm and several more after switching on the light. Since it was the middle of the night, we checked out the next morning and told the host we would be leaving one day earlier and booked a night elsewhere. That being said, the host was very helpful, giving us tips about the area and quickly refunding us once we explained the situation. He let us know he booked Pest control to come after a few days so hopefully this will be sorted out in the future."

3. No parties! Please respect our home as if it's your own. No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am.

4. Be respectful! Please drive slowly in the neighborhood. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it.

5. Be a local! Please don't leave trash outside the home or in the yard. There is a provided trash bin for your convenience. If you need local recommendations, let us know!

The kitchen is well-equipped with everything you'll need to prepare a meal, but the variety of award-winning restaurants below will likely have you eating out! Large windows let in plenty of light. The SmartTV comes with complimentary Netflix, or log in to your favorite app to stream your shows. There is a TV in the living room and in the bedroom.
