- "We stayed here for Easter weekend with our dogs and our toddler. It was central to everywhere we needed to be and we were able to take our dogs for walks on Main Street in the morning. The bed was incredibly comfortable and the full kitchen made it convenient if we wanted to prep some basic meals but we did not use any of that " - "Overall this was a great place to stay for a week. I really appreciated the cooking utensils so I could make meals throughout the week. It was very clean and a super cute place in general. Only things I noticed was that the oven door was loose and comes off pretty easily. Also the water from the shower tends to pool on the floor because of the guard is too short. Otherwise I have zero complaints and was very satisfied with my stay."

This apartment is located in the best part of Porterville. It is near Target, Kohles, Starbucks, many fast-food restaurants, and not far from the charming downtown Porterville and the hospital. This listing is for Apartment A of the Duplex.

You will have access to a private one-car garage and a separate outdoor parking space parallel to the apartment. Large vehicles like suburbans or large trucks will not fit in the garage. Some guests have struggled to turn big vehicles around in the complex. So be prepared to make a few three point turns.

The apartment is near somewhat busy street and traffic may be heard inside the apartment. You will have normal everyday life nous from neighbors like taking out the garbage. Overall the it is a quite neighborhood but you are in a city with city noise.

You will have access to the entire apartment and small patio in the back yard.

If you happen to need something during your stay I will be available and live just a short distance away.

Restaurants, movie theater, grocery store, target, and Starbucks are all within a 5 min drive but most within walking distance. Lake Kaweah is about 30 miles away and The Giant Sequoias are also within an hour's drive.

Only mins from shopping, coffee, and restaurants. 40 miles from Mountain Home State Forest. 43 miles from Sequoia Crest and the entrance to Sequoia National Park with the incredible sights of the Giant Redwoods.

The maximum capacity for this unit is 5 people. 10 pm quiet hours are in effect. There is limited parking available. Please do not block the driveway of other tenants. Failure to park in designated areas could result in your car being towed.

Tons of restaurants within walking distance The Vault, RJ’s cafe, Fugazzi’s, Don Vinos, Poor Richard’s Pizza, Landing 13, Chingons Tacos, Subway, Yum Yum donuts, and Spoons Frozen Yogurt. 3 banks within walking distance, ATM across the street. Multiple gyms located nearby. Hospital just a few blocks away. DA’s office a few hundred yards away along with the Tulare county Court house. Just to the rear is public transportation, the U.S. Post Office, Grocery Outlet, and The Press Shop Dry Cleaners!

Just in our back yard is the Sequoia National Forrest about an Hours drive!

- "Booked loft 1 week before our arrival and received a confirmation my the host. 10 minutes before check in we were told that he overbooked booked unit and left us to find housing during a very busy agricultural show with no help. Then proceeded to send messages asking if everything was ok during stay which we couldn’t do Then asked for review which we did.And to make matters worse still fighting for refund"
