Our place is super comfy, cool in the summer and warm in the winter due to 3 split units, one in the living area and one in each of the bedrooms. This is a unique space, with a custom design. Wash room with expandable barn door that separates the bath area. A tiny kitchen that wraps the entirety of your space...a captain's bed. "Gateway" affectionately named after the street itself, is a simple gateway to several destinations, including a strainght drive to the Western edge of Death Valley, then onward to Furnace Creek Visitor Center. The space
Welcome to indoor-outdoor, hybrid living!! Your pet isn't "just" "welcome" here, this home was Entirely Designed with your pet in mind...with their Own door directly to their Own yard where they can play and sunbathe to their heart's desire. AND it is a VERY unique space, with a custom design. Large, Personal outdoor kitchen directly outside your own French Doors, as well as a cozy, well supplied, tiny kitchen for your INSIDE space...And a captain's bed. The Wash room has an expandable barn door that separates your bathing area. Perfect for monthly nurses or trave related employment. Good for couples but not well-suited for children. There is a solid partition wall behind the pantry, which separates your space into your own, private apartment.

This unit comes with other free services (for those who stay 3 months or longer)... like complimentary, pet yard cleanup and outdoor kitchen cleans (once every 2 months), back yard maintenance assistance. FREE, off-road Dune Buggy tour, and an in-town local tour/overview when requested.

Other things to note
Stays of 4 weeks or longer must maintain the upkeep of their private backyard. Mainly just yanking or regularly brushing away weeds that are sharp, so their pets can play freely without stepping on/or getting poked.
