Although we are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, all of the exciting attractions of Santa Clarita are with-in close proximity. Six flags is a 10 min drive, Historic Downtown Newhall is a 15 min drive and Castaic Lake is a 20 min drive. In addition, many restaurants are within walking distance as well as a community pool, pharmacies, and Starbucks is a short walk away.
We are also 40 minutes to Ventura Beach or if the lure of Hollywood is calling, we are within 35-45 min of Burbank and Hollywood.
Please note, our room features a spiral staircase, which may require extra caution, especially for young children, elderly guests, or pets. While they add charm to the space, we advise care when using them. Perfect for a unique and comfortable stay!

Welcome to your cozy retreat with a private entrance. This suite features a small kitchen and closet room with ample luggage space, a microwave, refrigerator, and coffee maker for quick meals and coffee. The bathroom has a shower, and the bedroom includes a queen-size bed, couch, study table, chair, and a 65” TV with WiFi. Equipped with heating and air conditioning, the suite ensures comfort. Although part of the main residence, it offers complete privacy.

The guest suite is part of the main residence but has a separate entrance to ensure privacy. While we've taken steps to soundproof the suite, you may occasionally hear us. Guests are kindly asked not to access the backyard or park in front of our neighbor's driveway.

Smoking/Drugs
Absolutely no smoking or drugs on the property, including weed and e-cigarettes. If you smoke, this might not be the place for you. Smoke on clothes and body can linger, requiring extra laundry and cleaning fees. Charges for these damages will be applied to your account.
Arrival/Departure
We cannot accommodate early check-in or late departures due to our tight schedule. We need every minute between guests to ensure the unit is perfect. Please plan your trip accordingly.

Please do not park in front of our neighbor's house.

Newly remodeled and fully furnished short term rental home. Wonderful open floorpan with a massive greatroom and kitchen. RV parking and an oversized garage for all of your toys. Backyard has a built-in barbecue with a bar and gas fire pit. The master suite has tons of space with a freshly remodeled bath and a huge walk in closet. All utilities included! Houzlet publishes listings on Vrbo; which in turn, allows tenants to instantly rent seasonal rentals. Houzlet’s properties are managed by licensed real estate agents. Although the property is an instant rental, it’s possible there can be another pending application. If the home is not available, we can offer you another suitable option or you can cancel for free.

The refundable policy is as follows:
1. 100% refund less the service fee if you cancel 30 days prior to move-in.
2. 100% refund less the service fee if you are not approved to rent or the home is unavailable.
3. Not refundable if you are within 30 days from arrival or if you signed the leased with the Agent (whichever comes first).
Please note this property may require a tenant screening at an extra cost to you. You will be required to sign a lease with the landlord. Security deposit vary and range from USD 500 up to one full month rent that is payable directly to the landlord.
