Although we are located in a quiet residential neighborhood, all of the exciting attractions of Santa Clarita are with-in close proximity. Six flags is a 10 min drive, Historic Downtown Newhall is a 15 min drive and Castaic Lake is a 20 min drive. In addition, many restaurants are within walking distance as well as a community pool, pharmacies, and Starbucks is a short walk away.

We are also 40 minutes to Ventura Beach or if the lure of Hollywood is calling, we are within 35-45 min of Burbank and Hollywood.

Please note, our room features a spiral staircase, which may require extra caution, especially for young children, elderly guests, or pets. While they add charm to the space, we advise care when using them. Perfect for a unique and comfortable stay!

Diamond View Summit is a very private 3800 sf estate, perched on the top of a 10-acre plateau, with 360-degree views of hundreds of square miles of scenic mountains. You might feel like you are in Joshua Tree National Park or rural Wyoming, but you’re actually only 30 miles from Hollywood!

1. If the pool is used and you take out the vacuum, you must put it back in when done using the pool. The Vacuum is what keeps walls and floor clean of bacteria.
2. Intake line “hose” must be disconnected before it is taken out of pool. Otherwise it sucks air and will ruin pump.
3. Do not remove the tablet dispenser from pool. Can’t keep the pool clean without that equipment running.

- For any stay longer than 30 days, there is a utilities cap of $400.
The cap applies to water, electricity, and gas.
Trash, Wi-Fi, lawn care, and pool service are included.
If your usage exceeds the utilities cap, you will be responsible for the excess.

The house is completely remodeled with no expense spared. You enter through a huge door into a large living room with a huge 80inch TV and a built in electric fireplace. The kitchen includes Thermador appliances throughout with a 6 burner range and a huge 60inch freezer/fridge. The best part of the kitchen is the under countertop lights which illuminate the countertops and your experience! The luxurious dining table is accompanied by his and her royal chairs and a working fireplace! You will also find plenty of space to store those delicious snacks in the walk in pantry! Finally we have the office which has plenty of room to be used as a bedroom/playroom as well and is accompanied by a live feed of the properties security system for your comfort and peace. Next to the office is the “golden room” where you have a one of a kind gold toilet and gold pedestal sink, yes its super extra but it changes your whole experience! Now we head upstairs, one of a kind staircase with customer built handrails and beautiful porcelain slab design! Leads up to the bedrooms, bathrooms and laundry room. The master bedroom is very large with plenty of space, his and hers walk in closets, rain shower and a hot tub! There are also live feeds of the cameras on the master bedrooms tv as well as the living room! The backyard offers a beautiful scene with a cozy swimming pool, jacuzzi (need to reserve in advance if you will be heating it) and a large 10+ seating patio furniture!

The bedroom is on the main floor and is the only bedroom on the main floor. We have one family dog. We are a young, friendly family. We previously had our space in Chicago on Airbnb and had a great experience.

Private split-level guest suite attached to our home in Green Valley, a small mountain town 20 minutes from Santa Clarita and 30 minutes from Six Flags. We are in the Angeles National Forest at approximately 3,000 ft. The Pacific Crest Trail is less than a mile away. You’ll see hikers from all over the world passing through our little rustic town on their way up the PCT. Enjoy clear nights perfect for stargazing. Two private entrances, a private patio and a private yard are yours.

The space
The guest suite is designed to capture a spirit of whimsy and fun. Throughout the space, we’ve added some of our favorite art pieces that inspire joy. In the main room you will find a combination living room and bedroom with a fireplace, bed, couch, and work space. (The fireplace is not operable at the moment but will be in the future.) The room is bright and open, featuring a vaulted ceiling and beams. The windows offer a view of the mountains. Step outside onto your private patio. Through the interior door and down a few steps you’ll find the fully equipped kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen and bathroom do not have access to the central heat vents but we have provided two heaters which keep both spaces warm and cozy.

You will be able to access the guest suite using two separate entrances as well as access to the private patio and side yard.

Other things to note
Green Valley is a small mountain town 20 minutes up a winding mountain road from Santa Clarita. (Our address is within Santa Clarita post office boundary but we are not in the suburb of Santa Clarita). Please note, it is secluded, charming, and rustic, not a fancy town with shops. There is one restaurant here as well as a few restaurants in Leona Valley (15 mins) and Elizabeth Lake (10 mins). A local chef sets up a pop-up food cart outside the Green Valley Market periodically and offers whatever amazing dish he’s in the mood to make that day. We have two convenience stores in Green Valley. We recommend bringing groceries with you. The closest grocery store is Albertsons in Santa Clarita (20 minute drive) or Albertsons in Palmdale (also 20 minutes). Instacart will deliver groceries from Palmdale. Six Flags Magic Mountain is 30 minutes away. The Painted Turtle children’s camp is 15 minutes away. Please note that most cell phones do not work up here as we are in the mountains. If you have Verizon, our extender will allow you to make calls however other cell services will only work through wifi. You will have a HD TV in the space where you can log in and use your own streaming service. We accept dogs but they are not allowed to be left alone in the unit while you are gone. No smoking in or outside.

22 acres where the Angeles National Forest meets the Pacific Crest Trail. Relax under the brilliant starry skies. Bird and animal lovers paradise! It's a little rustic but very charming with a warm, welcoming feeling. The cottage has a old world feel to it and its a great place to relax and unwind.

An original rustic cozy 1948 Cottage featuring a living room with fireplace, a large bedroom with a Queen bed and huge screen TV, large bathroom with a rain shower, country kitchen, BBQ and outdoor seating by the cute koi fish pond, a fenced yard for pets and land to roam. It's not fancy here yet is very comfortable and peaceful. Great for those that love dirt roads, old cars and awesome views, and endless silence. Thank you!

There is visitor parking within the gated space (with restrictions, please see parking info) and overnight parking is permitted outside the gates, however, please adhere to the parking regulations. . The entry code will be provided upon check-in. The garage is shared with downstairs tenants and there is one parking space in the shared garage available upon request.

If your stay is longer than 60 days. Housekeeping is mandatory after 60 days, and every 60 days thereafter, at your own expense.
