There are step stools to get in and out and it can be a little tricky/narrow for the person near the windows. The walk to the beach is quick and the beach itself is quite wide and nice. We had to pull the couch out from the wall a bit because there is a weird ledge there and 3 or 4 people thumped their heads on it when going to sit on the couch. But overall it is a great value and the location was perfect for us. We would stay again!"

Featuring a generous sized family living area, two private bedrooms, each newly carpeted, both with high quality, extremely comfortable queen-sized beds with high thread count linens and down comforters, one with a large window seat for reading or just relaxing. Open the window to enjoy the ocean breezes, smells and surf sounds. The other bedroom has a view of the lush tropical outdoor private backyard living area.

We also have an elevated, wood grained, raised concrete deck where you get an ocean view and can watch the sunset. The outdoor lounging area is “Class A”, large and comfortable seating. Evening’s ambiances are enhanced by the fluttering solar powered Tiki Torches placed in the tropical foliage and by the two fire pits near the two seating areas.
Large movable umbrellas are provided for shade when needed. For the “Griller” there is a large Stainless-Steel BBQ with multiple grill burners, and a side burner. Just in case you need to char a hot dog. There is also a large prep table and outdoor sink to wash the few dishes you might use.
You exit the outdoor living area, from your private, touchless entry, onto a semi-private breezeway and from there it’s only a few steps to the sand.
Located between three Marinas, Channel Islands Marina, Seabridge Marina and Ventura Harbor Marina) which enables you to enjoy the best of the best without the crowds and the high costs. Tons of local places to enjoy waterside dining, fresh seafood, steaks (or take out/delivery) picturesque views and water related activities (maybe, a harbor cruise). Everything is pretty much within walking distance in this neighborhood. If you purchased the ‘all inclusive’ package, you can utilize the bikes, scooters, paddle boards, and surf boards!

House has a theatre room with a king size bed and sofa with a very large screen TV for amazing movie nights.
Guests should endeavor to keep the house clean while they stay. If needed, we can offer maid service for an additional cleaning fee (equal to the typical cleaning fee).

In regard to events, please follow prevailing County Health guidelines for gatherings of multiple households. For example, not going to have a huge rave party here - haha

You will like staying with me because my house is located next to so many great things. Within a few minutes I can be at 24 hour fitness or in Ventura. There is also magic mountain theme park that is 40 minutes away.

My place is close to the beach, you can walk to it in 15 minutes. There are a lot of restaurnts and shops nearby. Santa Barbara is 35 minutes north and Malibu is 30 minutes south of my location. The harbor and collection are some of the local attractions nearby. You can also catch a bus shuttle from the oxnard airport (4 minutes away) to Los Angeles. There is a boat that is nearby that will take you to the Channel Islands.
