The upgrade is pretty nice but what made the stay so great was the staff. Everybody was courteous, chivalrous (opened up doors ect) and just genuinely nice. The heater in our room broke in the middle of the night and I was was freezing. The girl at the front desk apologized (not her fault) and offered a portable heater and sent an abundance of blankets. The blankets arrived quickly and the attendant was nice and sympathetic. The staff are the real MVPs of this place. The cherry on top is that the whole resort is extremely dog friendly. "
