- "Great! :)" - "Conveniently located in the middle of all things wine, chocolate, shops. Great for walks. Easy to reach so many great wineries in this beautiful landscape of rolling hills. Nice clean apartment in a well staffed Wyndham Resort." - "The unit was clean and well maintained with the normal kitchen supplies that you’d expect in a VRBO Hotel setting. Beds are comfortable and the front desk is super friendly and helpful. Overall we had a fantastic stay except one thing. The hotel check out time is noon and the cleaning crew started banging on our door at 10:00. This wouldn’t normally be a problem but my husband had been up all night, because I had become ill, and was trying to get some sleep. He had a do not disturb sign on the door. He also left a pair of sunglasses in the room that we called about a few hours later but they where gone. I’d say my only complaint about this place is their house keeping crew."

- "Great location and nice condo. We would stay again." - "We enjoyed this property greatly...super view!" - "Perfect location within walking distance to downtown Solvang." - "Love coming to this property! I always check for it first when I travel to the area for work." - "My only complaint about the place (which this is no reflection on the person renting it) is the tap water is terriable! And if I would have known this I would have bought a jug of water. I know Southern CA has chlorine tasting water that is not good (we live in the Bay Area) but it was really bad. All that said I would rent this place again, I would bring my own water."

- "Great place close to all attractions" - "My husband and I come to the Los Olivos/Solvang area often and usually spring for a hotel. This time, we were joined by another couple and their two kids, so we looked into condos to make it more affordable and enjoyable. I am SO glad we did that! This condo had all the comforts of home, was clean, easy to find, and very spacious for our party of six. There were two bedrooms- one queen with a detached bathroom and one king with an attached bathroom. Both were spacious, clean and quiet at night. There is also a queen pull out bed in the living room. It was nice to be able to make our own meals there (which you can't do in a hotel), walk around town, and honestly just relax! There is a lot to do in the area, and you can walk to most things from this room. We didn't use the pool or jacuzzi, but definitely will next time. Check in and out was a breeze. The only things that could use improving are that you are only allotted one parking space per unit (the other car has to park on the street), and the water pressure in the additional bathroom was pretty light. Other than that, it was perfect and we will never spring for a hotel in that area again!"

- "Clean, close to shops, friendly staff. arrangements made for pool not working." - "The pool was heated which made it nice to enjoy the pool as early as 8:00 AM- until closing at 10:00 PM. They provide towels and a gnome scavenger hunt that we enjoyed doing together as a family on the property. The staff were all very friendly and they provided a map of nearby restaurants and shopping stores. We will be back next year for Spring Break vacation!!"

- "We were quite impressed with the property and the staff. What we didn't like is that by using VRBO to book the venue, we were charged a resort fee and a cleaning fee that would not have been charged if we had booked it directly. There would have been absolutely no difference in the unit. The resort fee and cleaning fee WAS accurately stated in the online ad and in my email so I'm not complaining about that. My dislike is that the 2 fees I was charged (and paid) were in my opinion unnecessary since other reservations were not charged the extra fees. As a result, I cannot ever use the VRBO service again."

A valid government-issued identification and major credit card matching the name of the primary guest on the reservation is required at check-in.

You must be at least 21 years of age to check in and register for a room.

A $250 security deposit (per stay) in addition to any remaining balance is due at the time of check-in. The security deposit will be released upon check-out and can take up to 7-14 business days to reflect in your account.

The resort accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover credit cards. Pre-paid cards, checks and credit card authorization forms are not accepted.
