We have turned one large bedroom into a cowboy-themed bunkroom, perfect for kids of all ages! The great-room area features nearly 360-degree views of the mountain ranges, a well-appointed and well-stocked kitchen with every appliance you might need, saloon-style bar seating, a separate breakfast area, and pass-through to a large dining room that seats 8 or more comfortably. The dining room doubles as a conference room for business meetings. Rocky Top Ranch has stunning outdoor eating and socializing areas, as well as multi-tiered verandas perfect for sunset watching and star-gazing. There is a gas barbecue available for guest use.

Three of the spacious bedrooms are located on the first floor, while one of the two primary en suite bedrooms is upstairs. Guests are welcome to use the laundry room that has both washer and dryer, as well as a pet bath. (Well-behaved and well-trained pets are welcome!)

Additionally, Rocky Top Ranch employs an on-site Property Manager who is available nearly 24/7 for your needs. He is there to ensure you're every comfort, and he maintains the solar power and other infrastructure so that you have no stress or worry. With being close to the front gate of base and hospital, the whole group will be very comfortable with all the space you all will need to enjoy your stay. Three rooms have a queen size bed and one room has a full. The master bathroom has a jet tub that will help you relax after a long day at work. There is two large living rooms with 2 sets of couches and a TV. There is also a dinning room that has a table that seat 6 and a breakfast nook that seat 4. The kitchen has everything you will need and a little more. The stove top is a cooking dream and the counter space is ideal. Nothing about the kitchen or the whole house is small. There is also a washer and dryer that is provided with your stay.
The outside has a BBQ and a table that seat 4 and a patio set (couch and 2 chairs) with a coffee table.

The house is just a hop and a skip away from a beautiful park that is within the neighborhood. The park has 2 sets of jungle gyms for the kids, and a basketball courts/open fields for other sports/activities you and your group would enjoy doing.

Believe it or not, there is actually a lot to see here... we are just about an hour away from Whitney Portal and 30 mins away from the panicles.

Nation Park. Mono County offers access to Yosemite’s eastern entrance – and less crowed side
– via the impressive Tioga Pass Road/SR 120 West. While U.S. Highway 395 (a state-
designated Scenic Byway) is open year around, Tioga Pass Road/SR 120 West is closed for the
winter months, usually from early November to late May.

riding off road vehicles in the desert, this is the place to visit.
Ridgecrest is a city in Kern County, California, United States, along U.S. Route 395 in the Indian
Wells Valley in northeastern Kern County, adjacent to the Naval Air Weapons Station China
Lake. Come to Ridgecrest, the gateway to the Eastern Sierras where you will find Sequoia
National Forest (U.S. Forest Service, Lake Isabella Station), and the Kern River which offers
river raft rides and beautiful scenery. Highway 395 will also take you to Death Valley, Lone Pine
where many famous westerns were filmed in the Alabama Hills. From there you can take a
beautiful hike up to Whitney Portals that is only minutes away from Lone Pine. Death Valley
National Park is a below-sea-level basin, steady drought and record summer heat make Death
Valley a land of extremes. Yet, each extreme has a striking contrast. Towering peaks are
frosted with winter snow. Rare rainstorms bring vast fields of wildflowers. Lush oases harbor
tiny fish and refuge for wildlife and humans. Despite its morbid name, a great diversity of life
thrives in Death Valley.
Other places to explore. From the highest mountain in the lower U.S Mount Whitney to the
Eastern entrance to Yosemite National Park, this side of the Sierra is truly remarkable. Two
