It is pretty difficult to find the property, especially without consistent wifi in the area. "

A cozy lake front apartment located in Lake Shore. It has a private dock a short walk away with room for a boat and jet ski! Tastefully decorated, this home has a pool table, a great deck with tables and chairs, BBQ, and outdoor shower to rinse off sand. This apartment is located under a house, but this home is not occupied by the owners when the apartment is rented.
With most of our properties, you will come to our office and meet with our office staff to receive your keys and/or code to access the property you are renting. Select homes we can set up no contact check in, where you will receive a code and the property address to check in.
After hours check in will be self-check in that we will set up upon request.
All of our homes are around Bass Lake, most within walking distance of lake access or a short drive to the nearest access point.
You will receive access to the home on the first day of your reservation. Check in will be set up with office staff.
An apartment space with one bedroom, shared spaces, four beds, and one bathroom. The beds are a King and three singles, two of the singles are Bunk beds.
The Bass Lake area does not have public transit.
Guests must be 25 or older to rent any of our properties. ID will be required upon reservation confirmation. The guest that makes the reservation must be the one who checks in and must remain on the property with the other guests.

Established in 1895 as Bass Lake Village, the community grew up around the newly created Bass Lake Reservoir that supplied the first hydroelectric generating project in Central California entrance.

Of the plant species, about 50% occur in the Sierra Nevada and more than 20% within Yosemite.
