Unique 1 Bedroom, 1 Bath with a private Hot tub and Fire pit; 750 square feet of indoor bliss. 400 feet of outdoor, fenced-in rear deck privacy. Location surrounded by luxury. Located in the Pines Village and walkable to everything, including 4 restaurants, The Marina, 2 bars, boat rentals, market, boutique shops and a beach. Yosemite entrance is only 14 miles away. Great for couples or small families!

The Space:
Individual mini-lodge unit with living room, bedroom, bathroom and private deck. Cathedral ceilings, all natural pine wood floors, large slate shower and leather couches offer cleanliness from the moment you enter. Private rear deck, wood fenced with your own hot tub, outdoor table and gas fire pit. S'mores time! 200 mbps wifi, large 65" TV in living room, 55" TV in bedroom, sunlight and cathedral ceilings add to the comforts. Double insulated for quiet time, this suite is individual and similar to a hotel room in that it has no adjourning doors.

Guest Access:
Park the car and walk everywhere. 1 parking space per reservation.
Located on the edge of town, the market, bars, restaurants, boat rentals and marina are all right there. Map it and see how easy your get-away will be. There are 4 separate suites in the building. Each suite and back deck are private with your own private hot tub and washer/dryer. The front deck is a shared space.

The Neighborhood:
Bass Lake is a safe, friendly mountain town with that old-school feel.

Getting Around:
Walk everywhere, as this is THE location. We promise you will like the location of the suite and the privacy it offers! Map it! 54331 Road 432, Bass Lake

Other Things to Note:
Front of line at boat rentals and famous Marina Grill (when open). Automatic generator back-up should power fail. Private washer/dryer in suite. Kitchenette with mini fridge, micro and Keurig coffee maker with reusable pod so you can bring your favorite coffee. Iron, blow-dryer, walk-in closet, vanity and work station too. High speed wifi for all your gadgets. Includes FREE Canoe, Kayak, & SUP rentals for all suite guests.

We’re just 17 miles to south gates of Yosemite, 5 minute drive to Willow Creek Falls,or the Pines Resort with market, a 5 minute walk down to the Marina dock B for a dip, or kayak in our double kayak around the cove! So many things to do here. Bring mountain or road bikes for a 10 mile pedal around the gorgeous lake, rent a jet ski at one of 3 Marinas on the lake, or take in the dance music every afternoon and evening at Marina dockside Bar and Grille. And of course Yosemite!

This Romantic Cal King bedroom suite, is equipped with a mini kitchenette to have morning cappaciano, coffee creamers, tea and decaf, with sugars are provided, including a 4 slice toaster and an apartment size refrigerator! No cooking inside home. No microwave. Food and trash only go in provided containers and-are left behind tied up, INSIDE Kitchenette! We dispose of trash and recyclables, even organic foods leftover for composting.

AC - WiFi, included. Use of upper deck BBQ must have pre approval for use, as owners may be using it upstairs.

Excessive noise can be reported to Sherrif by neighbors, and eviction is eminent.

Unwind, watch nature, bird feeder, hammocks and sitting chairs. Snip a bit from our organic garden if needed or just water plants for us! Street parking is available for free, unless no one is using upstairs, then you can use the driveway,

Permission to use our Boat Slip and Dock space, during your stay, ONLY IF it is available for a small extra fee per night. Inquire.

Any amount of registered guests, over the amount booked, will be removed at the responsible signers expense, fineable by the Madera County new Laws 2025 and you will not be able to book again.

Quiet time out on deck
Is 7:00 am to 9:30 pm.

Somewhat Steep entrance. Not suitable for physically disabled or small crawling baby / toddler, as decks are high.

Sleeps up to 3 guests. MAX. Private bathroom and Vanity with plenty of space for clothes!

Only 1 NON shed small dog under 25 lbs, is allowed fully potty trained, and not a continual barker. $75 Fee per Stay.

Cannot leave pet inside all day, must take him/her on
your adventures.

Welcome to beautiful Bass Lake, CA! The winter brought snow & rain, which filled our lakes and waterfalls, Yosemite & paints a perfect landscape.

Dip off our end dock slip, after a day of nature, lake-time fun, Yosemite or Art/ Wine Trail.

Absorb incredible views, with 2 wrap around decks, recent incredibly new comfy Deck Furniture, including Hammocks & a mini Organic Garden!

We never use tricky photography to showcase our home, so when you get here, you'll be surprised, not disappo

The space
You will feel right at home here, as soon as you arrive, when you step in and capture the Chalet Views from both floors! And look down at the private Marina View Marina, you have access to, plus a great boat slip & best dock slip location here. End of Dock for more space and easier boat parking,

We ask a few things of you:

Please treat our home, as if it were your own, but better.

Keep AC or heat, at a reasonable temperature & turn it off or up/down, before leaving the house all day, or for a large block of time, so we can keep our reasonable rental rates.

The house cools down super fast when you return or warms up in winter, especially using our real wood fireplace in spacious family room!

Please pull any excessive noticeable hair from the drain before it goes down, to prevent a clog. Space your showers out so everyone gets a nice hot shower.

We even installed an indoor composter, in kitchen, as we are very earth friendly people.

Use whatever you need including our lake toys!

Please just please them back in good condition, or there will be a fee, as we now inspect before & after every rental.

When not in use, return boards & kayak to garage, else they will be damaged by dock waves hitting the docks left out overnight.

Paddle Boards, are now a bit worn; but very usable, and tubes and vests are also in garage for your use.

Forget something? We probably have you covered!

If not, the Pines Market is a short 8 minute drive from our home or, larger chains are back in Oakhurst …plus a boutique organic food shop called The Knarly Carrot, just a 5 min drive to North Fork.

Please remove shoes before heading upstairs, or into the Master Suite, to keep our newer carpet new.

There’s tons to do at Bass Lake; waterski, wakeboard, tube, jet ski, carefully, as it is a fairly small lake at 4.5 miles long. Learn safety rules and get your lake permit with a quick lesson before entering lake water. Jet ski, paddle board, kayak, enjoy the falls and Willow Creek (with caution). Cruise in a Pontoon boat rental, hire Mike to bring you fishing, swim, laugh!! Sun!

Walk early mornings. Go Fish! Hike the Mono Trail for fabulous views, especially on 4th of July Fireworks, or hike Goat Hill, for a greater workout challenge.

Enjoy LIVE music on the marina at Dockside Grille, adjoining the Pines Resort, all day every day! Dance!

Check out the Pines for Special Events like outdoor markets, artisan days, comedy nights, bands, head into Yosemite, in town: antiquing, art galleries, wine whiskey bar, western saloon, more live music, yoga, Idle Hour Queens Inn with live Saturday night music and wine tasting, riverside!

Indulge at Tenaya Lodges Ascent Spa or Jackalopes Restaurant, or Rock Climbing Wsll & Horseback riding .

We have an ice cream and pizza parlor, next to the Pines Market, with shops & bike rentals.

Oakhurst has more restaurants with every culture, from Italian to Chinese to South Gate brewery!

.. large grocery chains, a movie theather ...we even know of an Alpaca Farm nearby for the children!

If you are bringing more people then stated on agreement, or being noisy or unruly, there are County Mandated consequences, and the property is actively monitored via outdoor security cameras and a stop by hello on occasion.

Owners reserve the right to enter property, if any problem persists or emergency repairs are needed during your stay.

Guest access
Entire House, Boat Slip, dock space, lake toys, board games, laundry, all kitchen essentials, and boat launch. Plus, 2 wrap around decks overlooking pine trees and lake!

Other things to note
Driveway is steep but landing at garage is flat, with plenty of room for a car, and an SUV outside of garage on flat landing.

Cameras are outside for your security. Access to house through garage is the easiest.

No EV Charging yet.

There is a station at the 41/49 exchange.) Behind and Beliw Pizza Hut in Oakhurst, about a 15-20 minute drive.

Walking distance to the lake at out Marina View Private Marina, is under 5 minutes and there is also a private marina gate accessible by gate card, and day parking, should you prefer to drive.

2 small grocery stores are both within 3 miles drive in either direction, however, we prefer the Pines Market, as the prices are good and they carry most anything you need, including propane if you run out, for the BBQ on the deck. Propane is also available in the North Fork Market, however, we stock a full tank and a backup,
