- "The place was wonderful. Vladimir was very attentive. I had the opportunity to meet him. I commented on all the lovely notes throughout the place and he said that was his lovely wife. I only had 2 small complaints. I bought some fruit for my trip, but there was no peeler in the kitchen supplies. I spent some time enjoying the sun on the outside patio but I had to clean the table and chairs first. Not a big deal but with the warm weather it was nice to sit outside and listen to the birds while I worked. Would absolutely stay again!"

- "This little studio is perfect in every way! Very well supplied with everything you need to be comfortable and functional while out of town! Everything was in working order and impeccably clean and well maintained. The decor is beautiful and comfortable and I was impressed that such a small place could have so many windows which made it all the better to let in light if you want, but double shades to provide plenty of privacy and darkness as needed. The bathtub was deep and comfortable and the shower provided plenty of pressure. I appreciated the overhead fans above the bed and the dining table which kept air circulating and refreshing! I enjoyed the tropical and clean pool area between my work shifts. It was a great location and close to everything, in fact I joked that no matter where I went in Turlock, I was only "6 minutes away!". It was a perfect location for working at Emanuel Medical center and if I need to be in town ever again, I will be hoping that this wonderful studio is available!!!"

Updated bathroom with shower. On site laundry room with coin operated washer & dryer and vending machine. Walking distance to a local grocery market. Guests have access to the entire studio that was booked. Guests may access the parking area & laundry room. Other things to note. Please note that there is a train nearby that you can hear from the apartment. We do not have a dishwasher. This is a simple studio with basic amenities.

The second you walk in the mini split AC was doing its job. Everything was clean and well thought out in the space. Didn’t end up using the kitchenette but it looked well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the sheets they use are very soft. There is some nearby road/people/train noise nearby. But it didn’t bother us at the end of a long day. The only small downside was the shower head. The water in that area must have a lot of calcium in it because it was spraying everywhere with 1/4th of the holes. After flicking the rubber nubbins and getting the calcium loose it sprayed better. But the water pressure left us wanting. In total I would still give this place 5 of 5 stars."

You will have your own code to get in the townhouse that will be provided to you on your arrival. You are free to enjoy the living room, dining room, and kitchen (as long as you keep these areas clean after use). NOTE: The house is secured with security cameras in common areas for safety (no cameras in your bedroom or bathroom). There’s also a nice outdoor area perfect for relaxing and hanging out. There will be a designated parking for you inside the garage, which will be shared with another guest.

This is a shared space — It is likely that another guests will be staying in the house during your stay. I will also be available via Airbnb App messaging, call, or text if you need anything at all.

Other things to note
Our community is very quiet and I have a close relationship with our neighbors. I ask the you respect our neighbor’s privacy and monitor noise levels during the night. Guests are allowed to invite some guest over (max 3) on host’s discretion. Due to being a shared accommodation, NO overnight stay for extra guest is allowed. Frequent extra guest visits is not allowed. No parties are allowed under any circumstances. Guest will be charged for any damages to the property. No smoking is allowed inside, as this will disturb other guests. If you need to smoke, please smoke in the backyard and dispose the cigarette butts properly afterward. It is encouraged to report any fellow guest disturbances to the host.

This is a single story apartment complex built in the 50's. It has been in our family for over 4 decades and 3 generations. It is a quiet, quaint complex with hardwood floors, bright casement windows, and plenty of space for a single or couple.

The space
This over 500 square ft apartment is a block from the local college and less than a mile to the center of downtown. It is also easy access to the freeway. It has a queen bed in the bedroom, large couch in the living room and small eating table in the kitchen nook. Comes with a fridge, stove, oven, microwave and cooking/eating utensils. Wireless internet included. Hardwood floors in bedroom and living room. Ceramic tile in bathroom and kitchen. There is a TV, but it will not include TV service. You will need a device to stream TV (Roku, Laptop, AppleTV, etc) or can acquire cable through a local cable company.

Electric wall AC unit is used for cooling and Gas floor furnace is used for heating.

There is a grass area out the back door with a common patio space. There is a porch off the front door with easy access to parking.

If you have a pet you would like to bring, please let me know at the time of booking. I generally allow guests to bring their pet, but I will charge according to your length of stay and pet type. At a minimum there will be an additional cleaning fee of $40. This cleaning fee also applies to service animals.

Because we are within several blocks of the college there are certain times that street parking can be an issue. I do have free, off-street parking that can be used at anytime.

The sofa in the living room can be made into a second sleeping space for 1-2 people. Sheets, pillows & a blanket provided. We have a smart TV set up in the living room.

The kitchen is set up with basic essentials for preparing & cooking meals. We have a coffee maker, toaster, microwave, electric stove & oven.

Welcome to our apartment located in a small, gated complex with just 10 units. To ensure a comfortable stay for everyone, please take note of the following policies:

• Smoke-Free Environment: Our complex is strictly non-smoking. We kindly ask all guests to respect this rule during their stay.
• No Pets Allowed: Unfortunately, pets are not permitted on the premises. This policy is strictly enforced with no exceptions.
•. No indoor or outdoor open flames/bbq allowed/fire pits.
• Laundry Facilities: Please note that the apartment DOES NOT have a dishwasher or in-unit washer and dryer. However, we can arrange a laundry service for you at an additional fee. Please let us know if you would like to use this service.
• Lockout Fees: Should you lock yourself out, there is a fee of $75 for assistance during regular business hours (Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM) and $125 for after-hours, including weekends and federal holidays.
• Early check ins/late check outs MUST BE APPROVED prior to arrival/departure times.
• Guest should bring their own shower essentials.
• Please note this unit is located on the second story. Guest will need to climb stairs to access the apartment.

If you have extra guests there is an extra fee of 20 per night per extra person , maximum 7 people.
