- "The place was wonderful. Vladimir was very attentive. I had the opportunity to meet him. I commented on all the lovely notes throughout the place and he said that was his lovely wife. I only had 2 small complaints. I bought some fruit for my trip, but there was no peeler in the kitchen supplies. I spent some time enjoying the sun on the outside patio but I had to clean the table and chairs first. Not a big deal but with the warm weather it was nice to sit outside and listen to the birds while I worked. Would absolutely stay again!"

- "This little studio is perfect in every way! Very well supplied with everything you need to be comfortable and functional while out of town! Everything was in working order and impeccably clean and well maintained. The decor is beautiful and comfortable and I was impressed that such a small place could have so many windows which made it all the better to let in light if you want, but double shades to provide plenty of privacy and darkness as needed. The bathtub was deep and comfortable and the shower provided plenty of pressure. I appreciated the overhead fans above the bed and the dining table which kept air circulating and refreshing! I enjoyed the tropical and clean pool area between my work shifts. It was a great location and close to everything, in fact I joked that no matter where I went in Turlock, I was only "6 minutes away!". It was a perfect location for working at Emanuel Medical center and if I need to be in town ever again, I will be hoping that this wonderful studio is available!!!"

Updated bathroom with shower. On site laundry room with coin operated washer & dryer and vending machine. Walking distance to a local grocery market. Guests have access to the entire studio that was booked. Guests may access the parking area & laundry room. Other things to note. Please note that there is a train nearby that you can hear from the apartment. We do not have a dishwasher. This is a simple studio with basic amenities.

The second you walk in the mini split AC was doing its job. Everything was clean and well thought out in the space. Didn’t end up using the kitchenette but it looked well stocked. The bed was comfortable and the sheets they use are very soft. There is some nearby road/people/train noise nearby. But it didn’t bother us at the end of a long day. The only small downside was the shower head. The water in that area must have a lot of calcium in it because it was spraying everywhere with 1/4th of the holes. After flicking the rubber nubbins and getting the calcium loose it sprayed better. But the water pressure left us wanting. In total I would still give this place 5 of 5 stars."
