Soak up the RV "camping" lifestyle in this private countryside farm. Take a dip in the pool, have a campfire, or sit out and enjoy the sunset and stars. The RV is located in its own private “campsite” on our 3 acre property. We are surrounded by other country farms with horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, etc. If you are up early enough in the morning, you might see a gray fox family that live on our property. Sasquatch has also been spotted down the Sasquatch trail at the back of the property.

You are only about 5 minutes from town and restaurants. You will be camping and able to enjoy the private area outside the RV. Feel free to roam around the property and take in the scenery. Fire up the BBQ (Traeger & Blackstone Grill) and enjoy the pool!

The owner lives in the main house and is available 24/7 to make your stay awesome.

The RV has all the amenities you will need and is located near Yosemite, Kings, and Sequoia National Parks. Take in the views of the Sierra Mountain Range on the horizon above our pasture.

The RV has two double bunk beds and a separate bedroom with a queen size memory foam mattress. A smart TV and free Wifi are included.

- "The photos and descriptions of the home were 100% accurate. It is spacious, light and very well stocked for those who like to use a kitchen rather than eat out for every meal. The dishes and wine glasses were actually so nice, I ordered a set for my own home. There were plenty of towel sets and a large washer/dryer set to do our own laundry. Walking distance from Old Towne Clovis, which had tons of shops, exercise studios and very good restaurants. Plenty of room in the driveway for two cars to park. The hosts checked in on us several times and could not have been more accommodating when our plans changed last minute and we checked out a day early. No questions asked they refunded that night's stay."

Clean sheets – fluffy, clean towels – clean bathrooms and kitchen. Lots of extras included in the kitchen. Neighborhood is quiet and safe, and is close to restaurants and grocery stores. Covered back patio is a nice spot to sit in the morning. Owner was extremely responsive and helpful – she offered the use of her coolers and ice packs when we went to the parks. She also responded immediately when a smoke detector needed a new battery. Communication was excellent. Checkin process and directions were very clear. I can't say enough good things about this home! Highly recommend!"

Soak up the RV "camping" lifestyle in this private countryside farm. Take a dip in the pool, have a campfire, or sit out and enjoy the sunset and stars. The RV is located in its own private “campsite” on our 3 acre property. We are surrounded by other country farms with horses, goats, donkeys, chickens, etc. If you are up early enough in the morning, you might see a gray fox family that live on our property. Sasquatch has also been spotted down the Sasquatch trail at the back of the property.

You are only about 5 minutes from town and restaurants. You will be camping and able to enjoy the private area outside the RV. Feel free to roam around the property and take in the scenery. Fire up the BBQ (Traeger & Blackstone Grill), play some cornhole, and enjoy the pool!

The owner lives in the main house and is available 24/7 to make your stay awesome.

The RV has all the amenities you will need and is located near Yosemite, Kings, and Sequoia National Parks. Take in the views of the Sierra Mountain Range on the horizon above our pasture.

The RV has a full sized pull out sofa bed, a dinette that converts into a full sized bed, and a separate bedroom with a queen size memory foam mattress. A TV and free Wifi are included.

Guest access:
Guests have access to the area all around the RV and the backyard of the home. They also have access to the swimming pool and cabana near the pool. (No one under 18 without adult present)(Swim at your own risk, there is no lifeguard!)

Other things to note:
This would be a great spot for traveling nurses or tourists to stay and see the national parks. The is no traffic or crime out here here in the country.

Uber and Lyft are available - we are a short drive to Clovis or Fresno.

We're also not far from Yosemite National Park and Sequoia National Park, Clovis is home of the Clovis Rodeo. Clovis has many attractions from the Balloon festival, Big Hat Days put on by the Clovis Chamber of Commerce. We're right down the street from Wild Water Adventures water park. There is a charcoal BBQ grill and fire pit outside with plenty of seating to enjoy the outdoor space. Inside there is a gourmet kitchen and dining table for 10. Each of the three bedrooms has dual temperature control mattress warmers and well-appointed queen beds. A queen size air mattress and twin size floor mattress are also available for extra guests. There are three full bathrooms so everyone has their own space and privacy.

FIRE PREVENTION: As this area is highly prone to wildfires, smoking of any kind in and around the house (yard, patio, balcony, dining areas), fires outside of the designated fire pit, and bonfires are NOT ALLOWED anytime on the property. This is for yours and everyone’s safety and protection.

CHILD SUPERVISION: Please be sure to supervise your children at all times on the premises, especially around the pool area and wildlife creatures. Please understand that we are not responsible or liable for any accidents or injuries that may occur on/around the property.

POOL SAFETY: There is no lifeguard on duty. You are free to use the pool at your own risk. Please do not enter the pool if you do not know how to swim. Only plastic cups and serving ware allowed in the pool area - no glass/ceramics.

FIREPLACE: Please note that the pellet stove/fireplace in the living room is a non-operational antique and only decorative. DO NOT burn anything inside the fireplace or attempt to operate the pellet stove. A cleaning fee of $200 will be charged if ash of any kind is found in the burn pot.

This house is the perfect getaway from the city or basecamp for exploring all the natural beauty the Central California mountains have to offer. There are plenty of opportunities for outdoor activity; this is one of the best places in California. Located just past Millerton Lake, you can hike, bike or swim while having a well-appointed home to return to. Or, just stay on the property and enjoy the private swimming pool and glorious views.

Within minutes from the house, there are fantastic trails for hiking or gravel/mountain biking. Or, short drives (under an hour) to Yosemite National Park (35 miles), 4x4 trails, whitewater rafting, rock climbing, shooting range, wineries, casinos, spas, etc.

We created our casita to share with guests who want a quiet, contemporary space that is conveniently located to shops, freeways, and local mountains and lakes. We completed the casita February 2022 and the furnishings are brand new. It’s full of light with vaulted ceilings. The space is comfortable and relaxing. Kitchenette is equipped with microwave, convection oven, refrigerator, and other small appliances. Guests can enjoy the outdoor living space, patio and barbecue. Parking off the street is available.
