The resort home is located in quiet neighborhood and neighbors expect quiet hours to be followed. County ordinance stipulates that quiet hours are 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM. No parties. Only 3 cars allowed and they must be parked on driveway.
Home Layout:
Home is a 5 bedroom and 4 1/4 bath with 4,300 sqft on a half acre lot. Local ordinances only allow 3 bedrooms to be used in vacation rentals, so one bedroom is locked and one has been converted to an office with desktop and printer. All areas of the home are over-sized and very welcoming. Master bedroom closet has 2 air mattress that can be moved where ever needed. Plenty of room and sleeping options for 10 people.

- "A friend and I and our 4 children stayed at this home in Mariposa over memorial day weekend while visiting Yosemite national park. Mariposa is a cute town and the home is very conveniently located near shops and some fantastic restaurants. Chester was a great and prompt communicator, whenever we had a question he responded within minutes. The space and layout of the home is magnificent. It could definitely use some updates and a little bit of care for example, there are vertical blinds missing in the master bedroom so the sunlight peaked in in the morning. But if you’re looking for a wonderful place for family in the Mariposa area this is your home. I highly recommend it and will definitely stay there again."
