- "exceeded our expectations, is in an RV park. for some reason we didn’t know that, but wasn’t an issue it was amazing ! and the park was great, wonderful staff, and the pool and clubhouse was fabulous" - "My wife and two boys (6 and 8) truly loved staying in the covered wagon. It was very clean and super cozy inside! The temps got down in the 30s at night and the heater inside kept it nice and warm the wagon. My kids loved the bunk beds and have been asking when we can book the wagon again. There is a nice playground and river access 100 yards away. I was very impressed with the entire place - clubhouse, pool, hot tub, playground, bathrooms, etc. We will definitely be coming back!"

- "Great place, as advertised. Owner was easy to communicate with. Originally scheduled for March, but she allowed me to reschedule, due to inclement weather. Unfortunately, I was only able to stay for one night( personal scheduling conflict). Hopefully, I can return soon. Ideal location between Sedona and Cottonwood/Jerome. Views are much better than depicted in the description, and the owner was meticulous in attention to detail. Good stay."

- "The property was easy to get to, as manager gave precise coordinates so I could map them on my phone. The layout was perfect and clean. The site had everything we need to get through the day. I totally recommend this property." - "The host made sure we had more than enough supplies for the night. Everything was easy to set up and it was a great night overall. The host was easy to contact and I have no complaints." - "Hello, I would like a full refund for this reservation and this listing removed from VRBO. The listing is deceptive and misrepresents the experience which the guest anticipates. The title and pictures of the listing suggests that minimal to no effort will be required from guests. For example, the listing is described and presented in such a way as for a guest to believe the camping equipment will be pre-built, pre-located, and the pre-listed amenities will be provided. However, upon making a reservation, the communication received from the host only partly alludes to the idea that the guest will be responsible for locating and building the camping equipment. As seen in the messages, the host provides an address and states "address to pick up and return all the rental camping equipments: ". Additionally, the host sends a message the day before the cancelation policy expires with instructions on how to erect a tent without expliciting stating the guest will be responsible for establishing the equipment that was seen presented in the pictures of the original posting. This message reads ""Hi Dustin, please watch this video to learn how to set up T4 tent and shower tent". I did not receive this message via email but only through the VRBO website, preventing me from being aware of the situation. The day of starting the reservation, I notice this message and upon arriving at the location to gather the equipment, the host communicates that I will be responsible for collecting all th"
