*The house is 100% yours just like a hotel with a professional cleaning crew that comes in right before your visit. The whole check-in/check-out process is keyless so you can drive up at any hour, press a combination on the door lock and you're in.

*For your safety and security reasons, our house has an exterior security camera that will not abridge your privacy.

Bedrooms:
Our bedroom furniture, mattresses, blankets, sheets, pillows, and towels are new. We have 3 bedrooms and they concise on:

Bedroom one: The master bedroom has a California king-size bed with a private bathroom, bathtub, and shower. In this private bathroom, you can find complementary shampoos, body wash, hair conditioner, cotton, Q-tips, refreshing face masks, and a hair dryer. This bedroom has a Smart TV.

Bedrooms two and three: The guest room has a queen bedroom that shares a full bathroom, it has a shower, bathtub, and toilet. You will find complementary shampoos, body wash, hair conditioner, cotton, Q-tips, refreshing face masks, and a hair dryer.

Laundry room: Has washing and drying machine. We provide complementary detergent, Downy softener, and bleach. We also provide an iron.

The living room area has 2 sofa-bed that turn into a twin bed, we provide you with bedding and towels for 2 extra guests. Each of them comfortably could fit a guest, and we provide extra blankets and pillows. The living room has a 55” Smart TV.

Dining room: Our dining kitchen accommodates up to 9 guests and it has a plate mat for 6.

Kitchen: Our kitchen is fully equipped. It has everything needed to make you feel at home. We provide plates, glasses, wine glasses, toasters, can openers, baking essentials, cooking pots, and silverware. We provide complimentary oil, cooking season, coffee, tea, water, sugar garbage bags, and napkins.

You have access to everything in the house. Except for one small closet in the hallway that we use as storage for our products.

We have an attached 2-car garage that you will need to open/close manually. If you wish not to park in the house's attached garage, you may park in the street at any available parking you may find at your own risk.

To access the Campsite there is approximately 3.5 miles of dirt road. 4x4 is helpful but not necessary. Higher clearance cars and vehicles are recommended. Not good for low clearance vehicles like mustangs. There are shuttle options from the Trailhead parking as well. Message to inquire.

- "Neftali does an amazing job of creating and easy glamping experience! He responds to all communication within a couple hours, at most and is thorough in his directions and answering any questions. He was at the campsite when we arrived and showed us how to use the mini-projectors and heater, and even took us down to meet and feed the adorable alpacas that he has rescued. Everything was very clean and easily accessible, and he made sure to let us know that we could contact him at any time throughout our stay if we had any questions. I can't recommend him highly enough and we will definitely be booking again!"

The location is unique close to everythig (restaurants, banks, supermarkets, casinos, the strip is only 8 minutes away)

The pool (community) is 2 bloks walking distance) a very nice park is 20 seconds walking; the neighborhood is full trees and very quit and safe

the master bedroom has a king size bed with 65 inches smart TV and private bathroom with walking shower
the second bedroom has 2 singles beds, attached bathroom with bathtub and shower

Welcome to our unique shuttle bus conversion! The exterior design was inspired by the mountains surrounding NV. The interior has modern elements mixed with comfort, creating a fun and lively space.
Located minutes from the LV Strip, Stadiums, DTLV and less than 10 mins from the Airport. It's nestled in a private side yard with its own private access & parking.
Need to work? The unit is equipped with WIFI and a collapsible working desk.

Other things to note
This is a stationary shuttle bus conversion — think of van life but bigger and comfier! 🚐

With this bus being designed as an adventure vehicle it includes more of a camping style water heater. This means the amount of hot water that can be used at a given time is limited. With this in mind, we do encourage quick showers.
