I was on floor 30 of 38 in the first tower and was amazed that I had an outside patio! Big living room separate from the bedroom! My only complaint is the food downstairs is outrageously expensive and it's deli style type of place so there's no reason for that. Another plus is free entry to the lazy river and all the other pools on property! I got my deposit back quickly and I will go there again absolutely!"

I wasn't sure what to expect and would do it all over again. My only complaint was trying to come in a day early, I couldn't find a phone # online I sent multiple messages to the property manager via the VRBO app and never received a single response. So we ended up booking through another property. But, when we got to Vegas and my email had a phone # to call VRBO that was great so we can get in the room a little before the 4:00 check in. b) if for any reason we do not send the payment request for resort fee before check in, You will be asked to pay at the front desk at the time of check in.

2) Check In / Check Out Policy ; Check in starts at 03.00 PM and ends at 12.00 AM (Midnight).

a) Check in after 12.00 AM (Midnight) is not allowed, It will be marked as a No Show, The said reservation will no longer be valid and any amount paid for the reservation is Non Refundable. This premium suite has a well thought out design and does not look like the standard rooms at MGM Signature. We furnished it with personal items to create a welcoming environment for all our guests. We kindly ask you handle all the fragile decorative items, vases, and pillows with care. Please put the decorative pillows/throw blanket inside the closet when using the sofa bed and bed.

🍾🥂We offer champagne service for an additional $200.00. This includes a bottle of champagne and 2 champagne glasses. Notify us at least 7 days in advance so we can arrange it and have it ready for you. Payment is collected through the airbnb resolution center and due 5 days prior to arrival.

🧺 Our cleaners have placed extra pillows and linen inside the living room closet for your use. They do not set up the sofa bed for our guests. A fold-able twin XL mattress is inside the bedroom closet should you need it.
