All of them are on 24/7 and for security purposes. There is no camera in private area or anywhere inside the house. Security cameras solely facing the street (as required by the City)
We just have 5 easy rules:
1) No Parties! If you think it might be a party, it probably is but feel free to message us to clarify. Noise, excessive cars and excessive guests (more than allowed) typically is what constitutes a party.
2) Do not park in front of any neighbors house
3) Quiet Hours are 10pm to 8am (the city doesn't allow any outdoor activities during quiet hours, and fines $1000 for violations). If you want to hang out late at night, the good news is the Strip is awesome for that, but with residential neighbors this is a big rule, and applies to all short term rentals (some just don't tell you about it in advance).
4) No Pets (due to many guests with pet allergies we can't allow any pets, we are sorry, we wish we could.)
5) No Smoking! Yes, you can smoke outside only. Weed is legal in Nevada, and you can smoke outside, but remember you're in a neighborhood which may have kids, just be reasonable with how much you smoke as it does travel far, and we don't want neighbor complaints.

Pool: Heater must be turned off immediately after use. Heating costs $150 per day. If left on, a $600 fee applies. Approval from the owner required for heating.
Pets:

Pets must be disclosed prior to booking. Unauthorized pets incur a $500 fine. Liability for any issues caused by pets is the guest’s responsibility. Service animals must be disclosed and may incur additional charges.

HOA/Community Guidelines: Including quiet hours starting at 10 PM.
Late check-out is $80 per hour after 11 AM. Trash must be placed on the curb by Wednesday morning and returned within 8 hours. Failure to do so incurs a $125 fee for third-party pickup.

Please do not use the pool spa after 10 PM as per the City Regulation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am. Don't eat or drink in the pool. Any damage to the pool or the water in it will incur a charge of $200.

Please do not touch the pool spa system. Leave the chlorine dispenser in the pool or there will be an extra charge. Please make sure that the pool robot is always in the pool, or the pump will burn as the water is being sucked from the robot. The robot is there to keep the pool clean.
Guests are also expected to turn the pool pump on and use the net to clear the pool, along with additional handling needed with private pools.

Please restrain from mentioning Airbnb or short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors. Due to the complexity of indoor fire and the need to be proficient enough to use, no fireplace use will be allowed due to fire hazards that it might cause. Trash pick-up is scheduled every Wednesday. - "Pros: Location was great for commuting to anywhere in Green Valley. Walking distance to Trader Joes, Black Bear Diner, Library. Hot tub was excellent after work. The pool would be great in the summer. TV’s in every room. The house is super quirky and kind of fun. Pool table, foosball, swimming pool. Cons The house is literally on Green Valley parkway so it was super loud from traffic. Inside the house, outside the house, especially in the bedrooms and there was no talking in the backyard because you could not hear each other. If you are sensitive to road noise be aware of that. - "First off the pictures are nothing compared to reality, this is a old house no new upgrades blue carpet is stained, furniture is mix match and you might as well stay in the bedrooms @ night because you can see right through the living room, the blinds are broken. My biggest issue was the bugs, I don’t think the place hadn’t had any movement in a while because there are spider webs and spiders crawling on the counter tops. There was a scorpion just making its way through the hallway, I’m glad I had someone there to remove it because when I reached out to the host, they thank me and said they will send pest control out ( I’m assuming pest came after I left) Idk how I would’ve have made it through the night. It was a 3 night stay I went and got a hotel room the next day. Hopefully me experience made changes for the next guest… Mine wasn’t so pleasant."

There will be a $45 one-time fee to use the Pool/Spa as we need to send the pool guy after every stay to clean the Pool/Spa for health and sanitary reasons. Please let me know in advance if you want to use it and I will request the fee.

Please do not use the pool after 10 PM as per the City Regulation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am. Don't eat or drink in the pool. Any damage to the pool or the water in it will incur a charge of $200.

Please do not touch the pool system. Leave the chlorine dispenser in the pool or there will be an extra charge. Please make sure that the pool robot is always in the pool, or the pump will burn as the water is being sucked from the robot. The robot is there to keep the pool clean.
Guests are also expected to turn the pool pump on and use the net to clear the pool, along with additional handling needed with private pools.

There was plenty of room, and overall the place was nice. The check-in process was easy and the host was easy to get in touch with. The pool was dirty when we arrived, although host stated it was cleaned that morning, it was windy but there was alot of dirt at the bottom, a bit disappointing considering they charge the extra fee to clean it. Sadly the cold prevented our kids from really using the pool. Checking into the house was easy but it did take a few hours for the host to get back to us with the wifi password, which was a bit urgent for me as I needed to log in for work. Beds were comfortable, the couches are a bit hard to lay on, not much padding but do seem to be fairly new. The neighborhood was quiet, there is a school half a block away but even then, you couldn't hear noise from there. Would recommend that the hosts replace the pool cues, and add a few more child friendly cups and if possible a small desk in the main bedroom to serve as a wfh station, overall a great house and we enjoyed our stay. We would stay again, and recommend to our friends. Thank you for hosting us!"

Please do not use the pool after 10 PM as per the City Regulation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am. Don't eat or drink in the pool. Any damage to the pool or the water in it will incur a charge of $200.

Please do not touch the pool system. Leave the chlorine dispenser in the pool or there will be an extra charge. Please make sure that the pool robot is always in the pool, or the pump will burn as the water is being sucked from the robot. The robot is there to keep the pool clean.
Guests are also expected to turn the pool pump on and use the net to clear the pool, along with additional handling needed with private pools.

Please restrain from mentioning Airbnb or short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors. It is not Private - you will have middle schoolers watching you from the classroom that is butted up against the back yard, the other side has a junk yard type neighbor with dogs standing on broken down cars barking at you. There were visible cables coming off the power line hanging in the yard. We paid for use of the pool and hot tub, the hot tub was freezing had no heat. As far as the landscaping it was not kept up it was filthy on the outside not to mention the inside. When it says NEWLY REMODELED that is a complete lie. It was dingy and filthy. The pictures say spacious it was small and the furniture in the pictures are not what you get! The neighborhood was scary and the host was horrible! The host refused my calls and would not communicate with us and changed her phone number after we demanded our money back. We have used VRBO many times and this was our first and hopefully only traumatic experience! If I could give it a 0 star rating I would have!"

The owner lunged at me and got in my face snapping his fingers because I told him I didn’t have time to talk to him. (My daughter’s wedding reception was going on). Sewer back up in the yard This property is beautiful on the outside but not even livable on the inside. All those fancy appliances they picture ….. half of them do not work. I am a premier guest with Vrbo. I have never ever ever had such a horrible experience with a rental. This was for my daughter’s wedding. Beware of the lack of honesty and true description of this property The owners are very hostile when you ask them to fix major things like the air. We almost had to call the police. The owner literally lunged at me when he burst into my bathroom and where I was getting ready for my daughter’s reception in 95 degree temp. I was a little irritated. I do not recommend."

- "The property was clean, quiet, and perfectly located to family in the area. One of the issues we sometimes run into in renting is the beds can be uncomfortable. The beds in this house are very nice and comfy. So we were happy! We would stay here again." - "Overall, the home is very clean and tidy - we have no complaints about that. The first night we arrived, we noticed that the previous occupant(s) had damaged the blinds in three of the four bedrooms, which would allow morning light to show through and, with the light on, people to see in. There are four of us ladies staying there and that was just a safety thing. There was also no check-in information where the wi-fi password was provided. And, the light over the sink in the en suite bathroom, all of the light bulbs, save one, were burnt out. I contacted the property manager about the blinds, the light bulbs and the wi-fi password and was told to pin the extra sheets over the windows (not that I travel with pushpins or a step ladder) and that the handyman had been notified. I asked a two additional times for the wi-fi password and that was finally provided. Light bulbs were never replaced and we were in that house for 7 days, 6 nights. Would also like to recommend that there be bathmats in the bathroom and additional towels - there were enough towels for us to each use one for the entire week. The home is nice, the neighborhood quiet, but the attention to security for your guests should have been handled quickly; and the additional amenities (lights, towels, bathmats) recommended addressed. We would consider staying here again if those things were seen to."

One light was out above the sink in a dim lite room. TV is extremely hard to use. TV in Master Bedroom takes 20 minutes or longer to load channels. No local channels are available. The chef's kitchen is completely updated with quartz countertops and is fully equipped for an epicurean feast with the latest appliances and gadgets. This property was designed for high-end relaxation and entertaining. Absolutely NO PARTIES OR EVENTS! Families and larger groups are welcome to the listing capacity.
