This house has 3 bedrooms, 2 full baths with a cozy bohemian feel. There are TVs in the living room and bedrooms. There are lots of parking spaces. It is about 13 miles to the Airport and 10-13 miles to the Strip.

There will be a $45 one-time fee to use the Pool/Spa as we need to send the pool guy after every stay to clean the Pool/Spa for health and sanitary reasons. Please let me know in advance if you want to use it and I will request the fee.

Please do not use the pool after 10 PM as per the City Regulation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am. Don't eat or drink in the pool. Any damage to the pool or the water in it will incur a charge of $200.

Please do not touch the pool system. Leave the chlorine dispenser in the pool or there will be an extra charge. Please make sure that the pool robot is always in the pool, or the pump will burn as the water is being sucked from the robot. The robot is there to keep the pool clean.
Guests are also expected to turn the pool pump on and use the net to clear the pool, along with additional handling needed with private pools.

Please restrain from mentioning Airbnb or short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors. Due to the complexity of indoor fire and the need to be proficient enough to use, no fireplace use will be allowed due to fire hazards that it might cause. Trash pick-up is scheduled every Thursday. 3) Do not block the area where the furnace is or ac vents.

- "This property is NOT as listed! It is not Private - you will have middle schoolers watching you from the classroom that is butted up against the back yard, the other side has a junk yard type neighbor with dogs standing on broken down cars barking at you. There were visible cables coming off the power line hanging in the yard. We paid for use of the pool and hot tub, the hot tub was freezing had no heat. As far as the landscaping it was not kept up it was filthy on the outside not to mention the inside. When it says NEWLY REMODELED that is a complete lie. It was dingy and filthy. The pictures say spacious it was small and the furniture in the pictures are not what you get! The neighborhood was scary and the host was horrible! The host refused my calls and would not communicate with us and changed her phone number after we demanded our money back. We have used VRBO many times and this was our first and hopefully only traumatic experience! If I could give it a 0 star rating I would have!"

- "The property was clean, quiet, and perfectly located to family in the area. One of the issues we sometimes run into in renting is the beds can be uncomfortable. The beds in this house are very nice and comfy. So we were happy! We would stay here again." - "Overall, the home is very clean and tidy - we have no complaints about that. The first night we arrived, we noticed that the previous occupant(s) had damaged the blinds in three of the four bedrooms, which would allow morning light to show through and, with the light on, people to see in. There are four of us ladies staying there and that was just a safety thing. There was also no check-in information where the wi-fi password was provided. And, the light over the sink in the en suite bathroom, all of the light bulbs, save one, were burnt out. I contacted the property manager about the blinds, the light bulbs and the wi-fi password and was told to pin the extra sheets over the windows (not that I travel with pushpins or a step ladder) and that the handyman had been notified. I asked a two additional times for the wi-fi password and that was finally provided. Light bulbs were never replaced and we were in that house for 7 days, 6 nights. Would also like to recommend that there be bathmats in the bathroom and additional towels - there were enough towels for us to each use one for the entire week. The home is nice, the neighborhood quiet, but the attention to security for your guests should have been handled quickly; and the additional amenities (lights, towels, bathmats) recommended addressed. We would consider staying here again if those things were seen to."

- "This spacious home is very convenient to drive to the Strip. It is in a quiet neighborhood just minutes to grocery stores, drug stores, and restaurant chains. Fremont Street and the outlet mall are also just a quick drive away. Much of the patio seating is in poor repair, and I recommended that they provide dish cloths/towels for the kitchen. Very pleasant communications with the owner."

With an additional 440 sqft garage, you'll have plenty of room to relax and enjoy your stay. Our primary goal is to make you feel right at home from the moment you step inside.

Upon entering, you'll be greeted by a spacious living room, featuring two comfortable sofas and a 65-inch TV. The dining area provides a table that can seat eight guests, perfect for enjoying meals together. In the game room, you'll find two pub tables that seat four people each, two additional sofas, a poker table for up to eight players, a pool table, and a refrigerator.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dinnerware for twelve people, as well as all the necessary cooking and bakeware. Feel free to prepare a nice dinner during your stay, utilizing the kitchen's amenities.

The Tropicana Desert Villa offers a total of five bedrooms and three bathrooms. Each bedroom is equipped with a Smart TV, ensuring entertainment options for all guests. Additionally, there are six king-size beds, three refrigerators, and three ovens available. The mattresses are of high quality and provide a medium-firm comfort level, ensuring a restful sleep.

1. VEHICLES: 1. No more than 6 vehicles are permitted on the property; 1 car should be parked in the garage if possible. The Association requires that cars parked on the driveway only and not be parked in front of the property and not in front of neighbors’ homes.

2. POOL HEATING: If you would like pool heating please text number on file. The fee is $125.00 to $200.00 per day times the number of nights for your reservation. The spa heating is free. The heating is $200 per day if the weather is 60 degrees or below. This is a very large deep pool.

3. ADDITIONAL GUESTS: Any additional guests that were not noted at the time of reserving the home will be charged to you at $50.00 per day/per person, failure to disclose all guests is a violation and will result in a fine of $100.00 per person/per day fee.

4. UNAUTHORIZED GUESTS: Any unauthorized guests, friends, strangers that arrive at the property without prior approval will cause immediate termination, eviction and cancellation of the reservation without refund. Do not bring any adult entertainer workers to the house. Many instances these people will pose as workers and rob guests. Do not solicit these workers.

5. QUIET HOURS: This property is situated in a residential, family community governed by a Neighborhood Association. Making noise, such as music or loud voices, between 10 PM and 9AM on Friday-Sunday is prohibited and a public nuisance. Noise after 10 PM to 9AM Monday-Friday is strictly regulated by the City of North Las Vegas. No more than 65 decibels allowed.

6. NOISE MONITORING OUTSIDE: Sounds of more than 85 decibels is not permitted outside at anytime during normal hours. No outdoor speakers. No bands. No musical equipment. No DJ's. No Parties. No excess noise outside is permitted. Failure to adhere to these rules will be subject to termination of the reservation, eviction, and no refund will be issued. Please be considerate to all neighbors.

7. MAINTENANCE- We reserve the right to have the house maintained during your stay to avoid leaves going in the pool and the pool turning green from lack of maintenance.

a. LANDSCAPERS – will be trimming bushes and blowing away leaves so that it keeps the backyard and front yard clean. Their scheduled days are Tuesday or Saturday every week.

b. POOL MAINTENANCE – will be cleaning the pool on Mondays and Thursdays. This is to protect guests and make sure the pool is clean and has enough chemicals in the pool.

c. TRASH: Trash pick-up days are Saturday's, Friday night an employee will move the trash bins out for pick up and Friday they will move the bins back on the property..

6. SUPPLIES: This property has a starter amount of supplies such as toilet paper, paper towels, trash bags, and propane to get you going. It is the guest’s responsibility to buy supplies that they need after the supplies provided if they run out.q

Getting Around:
Close to public transportation and the highway.
15 minuets from the strip and very close to everything else Vegas has to offer. Super easy with uber/Lyft (Less then $10 ride), taxi, or bus. Lots of FREE PARKING in the drive way or anywhere on the street.

House is ready and just went through a complete remodel. Please let me know if we are missing anything and we will take care of it immediately.

You will be free to come in and leave as much as you like 24/7.
This city never sleeps and you shouldn't either.

There will be a pet fee. Please look at the house rules or ask in advance. Please notify me when you bring a pet. For dogs $15S/$20M/$25L/$35XL per night per pet depending on weight. Other pets will be $20 per pet per night. I will send it to you after booking. Please send me the pet weight asap. If the pet fee request was not approved within 36 hours after requested the reservation will be subject to cancellation with no refund.

There will be a $45 one-time fee to use the Pool/Spa as we need to send the pool guy after every stay to clean the Pool/Spa for health and sanitary reasons. Please let me know in advance if you want to use it and I will request the fee.

Please do not use the pool after 10 PM as per the City Regulation. Quiet hours are from 10 pm to 10 am. Don't eat or drink in the pool. Any damage to the pool or the water in it will incur a charge of $200.

Please do not touch the pool system. Leave the chlorine dispenser in the pool or there will be an extra charge. Please make sure that the pool robot is always in the pool, or the pump will burn as the water is being sucked from the robot. The robot is there to keep the pool clean.
Guests are also expected to turn the pool pump on and use the net to clear the pool, along with additional handling needed with private pools.

Please restrain from mentioning Airbnb or short-term rental to anyone you may meet, ask, or any of the neighbors. Due to the complexity of indoor fire and the need to be proficient enough to use, no fireplace use will be allowed due to fire hazards that it might cause. Trash pick-up is scheduled every Thursday. Please collect all your throwables and place them on the driveway where the trash collector can see them clearly.

The landscaping guy will visit every Thursday of the week. Pool guy is scheduled to service every Thursday.

Asking for a Gas tank is $45

There will be a $500 cleaning charge for smoking inside the house. Please avoid doing so.
Please ask for confirmation in advance before booking a last-minute booking (less than 36 hours in advance). Any last-minute booking might be subject to cancellation with no refund if it was not approved in advance. There will also be a fee for all last-minute bookings ($99.99), please ask in advance.

There will be a charge for renting a pack 'n play and a high chair. A high chair will cost $5 per night and a pack 'n play will cost $10 per night. Please let us know in advance so that we can prepare it and have it requested.

1) Summer time: keep the thermostat at 74f degrees. (No less than 73*, it will freeze the lines, and ac will stop working)

2) Winter: keep the thermostat at 67f. (No more than 70*, or the unit will heat up and ac will stop working)

3) Do not block the area where the furnace is or ac vents.

The Villa is really 13 min from Las Vegas Blvd.!! Check out GPS pictures in the pictures section. Close enough for all the fun you will like. But still quite enough to relax and recharge.
Our place is great for family's, Pets, Kids, and Babies. We are friendly to all.
If you need a crib, high chair, or anything else please ask before you arrive and give us at least 7 days to accommodate your needs.
The house have private parking!! Good for 4 cars or more. Great for RV's, boats or big trucks! (Street parking)

The place is super clean with a full time cleaning lady before check in and after check out. Very comfortable for a long stay and you can request extra cleaning during your stay (for a fee). You will have all you need and we will be happy to provide anything extra. The house has a roomy kitchen, nice size living room, new furniture, and lots of space for everyone to make themselves comfortable!

The kitchen is nicely loaded with everything you need to cook or bake and enjoy a nice dinner with your friends and family. Please ask in advance if you need anything else.
The yard has a gas BBQ.

We provide towels and anything else you will need for your stay.
Disposable tooth brush, tooth paste, disposable razors, shampoo and body wash, toilet paper, hand towels, and so much more. We have everything you need. If anything is missing please let us know and we will take care of it as soon as reasonable.

The living room has a 55" smart TV with a lot of free channels and Netflix. All rooms has a smart TV to enjoy your off time fully.

Welcome to Dream Villa,
This beautiful 4 bedroom villa with 3 full bathrooms is a beauty to behold. From pools ( but not heated) to loft and even a Waterfall this villa is a true dream come true. With an abundance of amenities to enjoy this villa will leave you with only happy memories. and those that resemble a daydream.
From the back yard, we have a Sofa lodge & even a mini golf course (putting green). We also have BBQs, a pool table as well as a family room, not to mention all bedrooms are equipped with a flat-screen TV.
We even have a spectacular waterfall on the property which also provides access to a lovely little cave inside. This beautiful & clean waterfall even flows directly into the swimming pool.
So come out with your family and friends to DREAM VILLA for a time to remember like no other.

No Motorcycles are allowed on property

**PLEASE READ BEFORE BOOKING**
There is an additional fee after the 8th guest of $20 per stay It will be charged through Vrbo when you book.
We allow up to 12 guests. But if you are more than 12 guests you need to let me know so that I can see if we can accommodate you.
But you must use the four sofa with pillows in it, and it is located in the loft.

**PLS NOTE:
Pets are allowed but with a maximum of 2 small to medium dogs. We charge a minimal pay of $50 per pet for the whole stay. You need to inform the owner if you will bring pets and how many as it is a per-pet charge. Failure to mention the pets before booking will lead to eviction.
**If a pet is a service pet please inform us in the messages and what type of service pet**and the documents will be show to the Property Manager that will be there to meet you.

The Villa is cleaned by the cleaning crew.
Pictures were taken before and after cleaning and were meticulously inspected by three managers on site.
We strive to ensure that our towels and bed sheets are washed and see to it that no stains.
IF there are any issues please tell us IMMEDIATELY upon check-in so we can address them in a timely and efficient manner.
***Just in case you arrive and you are not happy with the place, you are free to vacate the Villa immediately and move to the other place. We do not tolerate guests who fabricate lies just to have their payments discounted or to have a partial refund. We see to it that you arrive in a place that is well-described. We are so tired of the guests who stay and do not leave the place and complain. After staying the whole bookings. I usually don’t give bad reviews, but if you give me one, I give you one too.
