Any evidence of a party or event, including camera footage, excessive garbage, or other evidence will result in a fine of $500.00, legal action, and possible eviction without reimbursement, plus the cost of any extra cleaning or damages that result from the event. We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously. In accordance with our policies and local regulations, guests found engaging in such actions may face fines of up to $500.

Missing or damaged items - Any evidence of willful or negligent loss or damage to the property, furnishings, decoration, landscaping, towels, linens, or other items will be charged at direct replacement cost plus a fine of up to $250.00.

Towels and linens - Guests are required to keep towels and linens in good condition. Towels and washcloths should not be used to remove makeup or for cleaning purposes. Any permanent stains on towels or linens will fall into the category of negligent damage. - "This well-decorated home has all the basics youll need, and VERY comfortable beds! Communications were prompt, courteous and helpful. It was very clean and had plenty of space. We enjoyed our stay and found the space ideal for our needs. The pool was a bit dirty but it had been windy. They have a pool scoop there so we were able to clean it up quickly. No biggie. The pool table is super fun! Be prepared to modify your game a bit - the space is a little small for the queues. The neighborhood easy to navigate, working class and thebpeople we met were quite nice. There are a lot of cars on this cul-de-sac and very little street parking. The driveway and garage were terrific to have available! If you have dogs, search the yard thoroughly before letting them out/off leash. Though we did a check ourselves, our dogs found some small discarded beef bones in a corner by the house mixed in with the rocks (very hard to see but their noses found them) and one became sick. Overall though, this was a terrific place to stay and we'd definitely stay here again. Enjoy!"

Guest access
Guests may park in front of the house in the driveway or on the street. You are welcome to use the garage to store your cars, although there are some personal belongings there. Please be aware that there is no garage clicker included.

Check in at any moment after 3pm PST. Departure time is 11am PST. There is no early check-in or late check-out. You will be charged extra if you arrive early or leave late without permission.
Other things to note
This is a quiet house in a quiet neighborhood with lots of families, so parties, events, or large unruly gatherings are NOT permitted.

Desert Living: Please keep in mind Las Vegas is a desert and as with any homes in Las Vegas, you may occasionally encounter lizards, scorpions, crickets, large water bugs or other bugs. The property is sprayed regularly with professional pest control services.

My cleaning service provides start-up supplies including: paper towels, dish soap, kitchen can liners, toilet paper, hand soap and bathroom can liners. I HIGHLY recommend you bring additional supplies appropriate for your stay duration such as toilet paper, soap, shampoo, etc.

We have ring cameras in the front and the back of the house for security purposes.

We kindly remind all guests that tampering with or unplugging Ring cameras is strictly prohibited. These cameras play a vital role in ensuring the security of our premises and protecting both you and our property. Please be aware that any unauthorized interference with the Ring cameras will be taken very seriously.
