Located in the Huukan Golf Course neighborhood, this home has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay. Large backyard with gated side yard to park River or Sand Toys. Close to Avi Casino, Colorado River, Lake Mohave and Laughlin Casinos. Short drive to off-road trails, hiking, rock climbing and hunting. Play all day then relax at night with some s'mores in the backyard fire pit.

The Master Bedroom has a king-size bed sleeping 2 with private spacious bathroom with double vanities and walk-in closet. 2nd guest room has a queen bed sleeping 2. 3rd guest room has 1 Bunk bed for the kids consisting of a twin over full and a pull-out twin trundle bed sleeping 3-4. A pack and play is available for those with infants/toddlers.

The garage is NOT available for use. Owner has door to garage secured so there is no access from inside the house to the garage or from the garage to inside the house.

In the evenings, enjoy the backyard with covered patio, table and Blackstone flat top grill. There are 2 movable patio umbrellas to use during the hot summer days and a fire pit for those cool winter nights.

It is a VERY quiet and safe, community. Quite time in backyard is 10 pm by AZ law and is strictly enforced in this neighborhood. Absolutely no large parties or gatherings are allowed. No guests beyond the ones in your reservation, additional guests must be approved.

Three bedroom three bathroom home with a bonus casita that has a full bath and pool. Just minutes away from the Avi Casino, Laughlin and launch ramps. Newly furnished and remodeled. RV parking behind a gate on the side of the house.

Also 20 mins away is oatman and its such a cool area to take the kids. Old saloon n jail, a bunch of wild donkeys to feed and even a cowboy gun show. We had so much fun and already are trying to plan another trip out there and we definitely will be staying here again. The hosts are amazing and great at responding to any questions. Also i must add this since its Arizona heat, their A.C. works amazing 👏 we wouldnt have made it through that trip without it. GREAT EXPERIENCE AND LOVED STAYING THERE ❤️"

- "Home is excellent" - "This is a new house in a very quiet community. There is a pond connected to the back yard. Close proximity to fueling, food, supplies and a golf course near by. Able to park our 26ft boat on its 30ft trailer attached to our 33ft tow vehicle in front of the house. Also parked our truck and jetskis on the driveway. While cleaning our boat the last night in front of the house we were treat to some fireworks from an event near by. The river is just a few minutes away and the lake is about 30 minutes away. Had a very pleasant and restful stay at a brand new house. Owner of the house is very nice and responsive. This home checks all the boxes of what renters would like see when booking online based on pictures and arriving to: super clean house like pictured, well maintained appliances - in this case everything is new, minutes from being able to get any essentials needed, safe clean and secure neighborhood."
