Five minutes from Windsor Beach launch ramp and the London Bridge. House is fully furnished. Washer and dryer. Two flat screen TV's with all the premium channels that Direct TV has. Their food was good but you have to eat there since Kingman is the closest town and it is about an hour away or Lake Havasu City is the other direction and it is 45 minutes to an hour drive from the ranch."
