Their food was good but you have to eat there since Kingman is the closest town and it is about an hour away or Lake Havasu City is the other direction and it is 45 minutes to an hour drive from the ranch."

Once you enter the beautiful desert home you will be greeted with all the bells and whistles. In the living room, you will find a fireplace, 50' HD flat screen TV with surround sound that can be heard inside, outside, or both, cable, a DVD player and an iPod outlet (bring your adapter). Enjoy the room on a new (2015) comfortable sectional that seats 6-8 people. The modern kitchen has an island, electric stove, an oven, dishwasher, refrigerator, microwave and all the small appliances, dishes and silverware are included. It is open to the dining area which seats 6 , the bar which seats 2, and the living area. Great for entertaining! The home has a land-line phone with free local calls, and WiFi. Cell phones work great, too.

On one end of the house is the master suite that boasts a full bath with a large tub and separate shower, 2 sinks, a walk-in closet with ample storage, a 42' HD flat screen TV, a cal king bed, 2 nightstands and a dresser. Soo much space. There was a total of 11 and we had plenty of space. There were plenty of cookware and the yard and patio was also very spacious. Communication was great.
