Havasu Landing Marina is a protected cove with boat slips and a launch ramp with three lanes. The marina offers 24 Hour fuel, boating supplies and sundries.

In case you forgot to bring anything, Havasu Landing offers a fully stocked grocery store that includes a bakery and deli. There is also a hardware store and gas station conveniently located near the marina boat ramp.

When it’s time to take a break from the sun, try your luck at the casino that has over 200 Slot Machines and table games that include Black Jack and 3 Card Poker. The Casino is located next to the marina and faces beautiful Lake Havasu.

The Landing also offers two locations for dining. The TUKUKAN Restaurant located in the same building as the Casino serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. The Sail Inn conveniently located just outside the guard gate also serves breakfast, lunch and dinner. Both locations offer a full bar.

The master bedroom offers a very comfortable full size pillow top bed with private en'suite bathroom w/strand up shower with plenty of storage. Guest room offers a full size set of bunk beds and a queen bed (3 total beds in guest room) with plenty of drawer space. The guest bath is located in the hall and offers a tub/shower combo. This unit sleeps up to 8 comfortably, 10 if you utilize the "L" shape couch. Your welcome to bring a air mattress.

In the community: Havasu Landing Resort and Casino is very safe with 24 hour guard gated security on the premises. There is full service grocery market that offers everything a large super market would offer, also a local Hardware store which also offers DVD rental & 24 hour fuel. The Landing also has a protected marina & marina boat house located near the boat launch for convenience. Just a short 100 yards walk. You can fuel up, load up on snacks, beer, ice or reserve a boat slip for easy access to your watercraft. The Casino offers a waterfront restaurant, live music with dancing on the weekends, as well as video poker, slot machines and card tables. Ferry rides to London Bridge are $4.00/RT. The Sails Inn offers BEST home cooked food at the Landing. ALL within a 5 minute walk.

BEAUTIFUL waterfront Home with private beach located in Needless, CA. Experience River Life at its finest!!! The main home is a 4 bedroom 2.5 bath and the back unit is a 3 bedroom and 2 bathroom. This house is furnished with new furnishing and everything you need like you are in a 5 star hotel. The house is on the river in Needles, just a couple miles from Laughlin and Havasu. The house has its own driveway to load your water toys, and a dock to park them in the water. You will surely enjoy your stay in this beautiful home! We have security cameras outside of both houses. Fan in the living room is not working.
