The bed sheets made me happy because I didn’t find one hair on them that happens so frequently at hotels. Although, the pillows could use a swapping out for new ones. As I threw them in the floor/corner I could feel they were past their prime. But hotel pillows are always gross to me. Just imagine what all has absorbed into the fluff that no amount of clean pillowcases will ever make them something I would put my face on. Nothing personal to PH. My only complaint was check-in. It is all done on a kiosk. (*that I never saw wiped down) They were too difficult to use and asked questions like what is your country code? Say what? I don’t know, but my passport was in the machine and surely that answer could be found there. It also kept trying to time out. I mean like if you didn’t touch it for like 3 seconds it was trying go close out. I feel for the older generation, they don’t stand a chance. There happen to be a hotel employee who hates them as well!"

If the room is ready when you arrive then you will get it right away (so try to check in when you arrive) if not then you can store your bags free with the valet and use the amenities or wander the strip while you wait. You will check in with a reservation number we give you. The room is assigned at that time. When you check in, you can request a view room, however it is not guaranteed. If the view room is available at check in they will give it to you.

You are renting a condo with a stocked kitchen so save $$ and hop on the free shuttle that takes you to the grocery and liquor store.
