Then it picked up again at 5am. Why they don’t have cameras and security to take care of something like that in the middle of the city, I do not know why. Regardless, I did not get the sleep I hoped for. I would Never stay there again with children."

Private room, exterior entrance, private bath. You can come and go with out disturbing anyone. Wide open parking for almost any vehicle. Read the reviews this is similar to a nice hotel room! Why stay in a dump in town, tranquil rural feel, with quick access to Chandler! Yes we are a little more pricy but it is worth the extra cost. Our check-in time is 4:00 pm, sorry but we can not get the roomed cleaned before that time.

Located on an 1.5 acre county island. Access to I-10, and the 202. We are close to downtown Chandler, Intel, Orbital, and other Chandler business. Not far from Gilbert’s night life. Experience peaceful rural feel and atmosphere while being close to the city. The room has a mini fridge and microwave, we DO NOT provide dishes, or coffee. Water from tap is from our well and is good tasting. Gated home, very safe! The room is located next to our front door. GPS/Maps is putting people a mile east or a mile west of us. We are west of McQueen Road. TWO story White House.

In our far back pasture, we occasionally raise, cows, sheep and chickens , The area is open to you (please close gates). Guests love to just watch the animals as they wander. Our home is located in a small and quiet community close to everything. The house itself is a ranch style home from the 80’s but remodeled and functional. The bedrooms are on the smaller side but we arranged things to maximize the use of space in the rooms. If you need space for a suitcase or anything else that will provide you more space, they can be stored in my garage.

The swimming pool is for guest use as well keeping in mind use it at your own risk, no exceptions. The kitchen is also shared for small meals, there is a mini fridge in the bedroom, I do not have room in the freezer for guests items unless is something small like ice cream etc. use of the fridge is allowed but please be conscious of space as you are sharing this

This is our pet friendly room. It includes a queen bed, a private attached bathroom, a 4 chair dining set and a dresser. Decorated with a modern chic design, this room/bathroom is the only bedroom located on the lower level of the house for extra privacy. A dog door is in the back door located in the room adjacent to this bedroom. Please keep cat litter boxes in the private bathroom/on the tile and please do not let your pet wander around the house without you being present. We have 6ft tall block fencing with a gate to keep furry friends safe. Please note: We have 2 cats and a Siberian Husky. Due to this room being pet friendly for guests and that we also have pets, we HIGHLY recommend not staying here if you have pet allergies.

Note that we have kids at homes, one is 4 at 6 as of 2024, so it may be noisy for some of you, our quite time is from 11pm to 6am

The space
This is a two level building. On the first floor is the living room, an office space, kitchen, a half bath, and the backyard.

On the second floor are three bedrooms, a loft, a full bathroom, and a laundry room. I stay in one of the rooms which is separate from the other two rooms. This listing is for one of the other two rooms. Please note that the second room could be occupied and the bathroom will be shared with the occupant of the second room.

While this listing allows up to 2 guests, second guest is expected to be visiting only. If guests is staying longer than three days then you need to discuss with host. Longer stay of guests will result in extra charges.

I work long hours from home so you probably won’t see me much after check in.

Host’s room and office space are private and not available to guests.

Guest rooms are:
- 1 room with queen sized bed

- Please respect room privacy
- No smoking or vaping allowed
- No pets allowed
- No unregistered guests allowed without approval
- No illegal substances allowed on premises

We've hosted multiple remote workers and ask that work calls/video chats be made in your room or office only, not in the common spaces.
