Our basement apartment has 2 bedrooms, one bathroom, and a couch in the living room that will convert to a futon bed. The master bedroom has a queen bed with a washer and dryer in one of the closets. The spare bedroom has a full bed. The futon bed is a twin size when laid down.

The bathroom has all of the essentials including towels, toilet paper, makeup towels, shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and some toiletries and feminine products. The body wash is a baby shampoo/body wash so it is tear-free and safe for kids and babies to use as well as adults.

There is a full-size kitchen with an oven, stove, fridge, freezer, and dishwasher. You will also find cups, plates, bowls, pots, pans, baking sheets, coffee machine, blender, utensils, can opener, bottle opener, cooking utensils, toaster, and more! If there is something you need and aren’t sure if we have, just ask! We might have it or could get it for you.
Please keep in mind that there is a family with young kids that stay in the upstairs portion of the house. Rarely, if ever, do they make noise during the night but they may be noisy during the day. Please feel free to reach out if it is disruptive to you during your stay and we will do our best to mitigate to the best of our abilities!

Much fun awaits you inside and out. There is a sauna in the laundry room for you to enjoy. 50" Roku Smart TV with complimentary YouTube TV and many other options for you entertainment. Feel free to sign into any streaming account you desire. Board games are available inside the cabinets underneath the TV.

Backyard: Enjoy the hot-tub, grill, fire pit and seating area outside on the patio. The lower patio area is reserved for you. The remainder of the back yard is a shared space with my family and our family dog. He is a Cockapoo named Floki, and weighs about 25 lbs. Floki is an indoor, hyper allergenic shed free pup. He's usually only outside when we let him out. Feel free to allow the kids to play in the large grass area, play volley ball, Frisbee golf or jump on the trampoline. This is a basement apartment and we do live above you. We will respectively try our best to keep the kiddos tame and try to prevent the noise coming from above. If at anytime you feel bothered, please let us know. On school nights, it is quiet after 9:00 pm and on weekends or holidays it will be quiet after 11:00 pm.

We were there on leisure but we still had to work so it was the perfect blend. Within walking distance are our favorite local bars, restaurants and shopping. This home is located in South Weber in a great family friendly nieghborhood. Lagoon is located 15 min south of home. Bus stops are within walking distance. Supermarkets, convient stores and shoping malls are within 5 mile radius. 15 min from Weber State University. 30 min from Snowbasin ski resort. Living area is very spacious. 1300 total squar ft. of living space.
Beautiful fenced in private yard with grass and plenty of shade. Private kitchen, living room, and laundry room. Fully furnished. There are flat screen smart TVs in every room all with internet access along with PlayStation 4s (3 total) with headsets if guests are into gaming. Maverik is just down the street with in walking distance where you can rent games from the Redbox there.

- "This was probably one of my most favorite stays. My daughter loves science and all the informational posters throughout the house was like a mini museum that kept my 8 yr old entertained. It was a quirky little space cowboy environment and I loved it. The kitchen is well stocked with appliances, pots, and pans which were perfect for cooking. Small cons which were totally manageable for us: shower is extremely small. I’m a larger person, I wish it had more space. Second, one of the bedrooms did not have a door but they placed privacy curtains. Lastly if you don’t have a car, groceries are a bit far but there is a few walking distance restraunts and gas station. Overall, I’m very happy with the stay and I would recommend it my friends. Excellent hosts!!"
