Come stay at my 2 bedroom unit with king memory foam beds.

I get so many compliments on the epoxy floor when guest first check in. Photos do not do it justice.

This is one level with no stairs. It has 3 inch lift rubber threshold ramp. It is not ADA compliant but it is wheelchair accessible. It has one step at entry. It has 2 entryways. Two bedrooms with king-size beds in both rooms. Three TV's one in both bedrooms and one in the living room. A shared zeroscaped backyard and carport.
Fast free wifi. Small pets welcome.
Next door does have dogs that bark sometimes.

You have the option to park right in front of the door.

Many guests have stayed here for medical procedures. The front door is very close to the driveway.

This adorable home is right on the outskirts of downtown Salt Lake City; thus, you may see homeless folks, all ethnicities, and homes that are less cared for than ours. If that bothers you, you may be more comfortable in a suburban setting. I lived in this home as a single woman with my son for 3 years and LOVED IT! It is a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and the location is awesome!

The metal shed/garage in the driveway is not accessible to guests.

Our fenced in yard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $25 per night is assessed.

Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

I just live 10 minutes away so I am available if needed. I love to provide dining, drinking, adventuring, and playing information! Utah has been my home for 35 years!

1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.

2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.

3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a $25 nightly fee. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.

4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.

5- HOT TUB RULES ARE POSTED at the property. Guests must fill out Hot Tub Agreement Form at the time of booking and follow all of the rules agreed upon.
There is a $75 cleaning fee and $400 repair fee if necessary.

5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.

6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.

7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.

I was on the phone with VRBO and him for over 2 hours. The VRBO agent tried to tell him he was in violation of the agreement because I had a screen shot showing the entire house listing, but he refused us to stay unless we paid double and I had to go find a hotel at 11pm for our 3 nights in town! So frustrating and needless. I guess the owner had changed the listing to renting each of the rooms separately instead of the entire house a week before our arrival, but we booked the place almost almost 2 months before!"
