I get so many compliments on the epoxy floor when guest first check in. Photos do not do it justice.

This is one level with no stairs. It has 3 inch lift rubber threshold ramp. It is not ADA compliant but it is wheelchair accessible. It has one step at entry. It has 2 entryways. Two bedrooms with king-size beds in both rooms. Three TV's one in both bedrooms and one in the living room. A shared zeroscaped backyard and carport.
Fast free wifi. Small pets welcome.
Next door does have dogs that bark sometimes.

It worked really well for our needs and we would stay here again."

A two-bedroom apartment with two separate bedrooms and living room, kitchen, and bathroom. It is great for couples, families, or groups of friends who are looking for a place to stay together. It is capable of sleeping 6 people with the 3 queen beds. 3 Ruko TV's with free WIFI internet. This is a ground level duplex. There is one small step to enter the apartment. You have the option to park right in front of the door.

Many guests have stayed here for medical procedures. The front door is very close to the driveway.

This adorable home is right on the outskirts of downtown Salt Lake City; thus, you may see homeless folks, all ethnicities, and homes that are less cared for than ours. If that bothers you, you may be more comfortable in a suburban setting. I lived in this home as a single woman with my son for 3 years and LOVED IT! It is a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and the location is awesome!

The metal shed/garage in the driveway is not accessible to guests.

Our fenced in yard makes it perfect for furry friends which are welcome with an additional fee. In order to provide an excellent experience for all of our guests we allow responsible dog owners to bring WELL BEHAVED dogs (up to 3) during their stay. A deep cleaning is performed after each pet stay, and an additional fee of $25 per night is assessed.

Please note, we do have exterior security cameras for the safety of our guests and because care for our property deeply.

I just live 10 minutes away so I am available if needed. I love to provide dining, drinking, adventuring, and playing information! Utah has been my home for 35 years!

1- NO SMOKING OR VAPING inside the home or within 10 feet of entrance. There is a $200 fine if this rule is broken.

2- ABSOLUTELY NO PARTIES OR UNREGISTERED GUESTS. Quiet time is from 10 pm-8 am. Be aware that we have outside security cameras for the safety and protection of our property and to monitor guest count.

3- WELL BEHAVED dogs are accepted with a $25 nightly fee. Dogs may not be left unattended and are not allowed on any furniture or bedding. We provide a pet bed, but your pet may be more comfortable with a blanket from home as well. There is a $50 poop scooping fee if poop fairy has to clean up any messes left behind. Please clean up after your fur babies.

4- There is a $25 per hour LATE CHECKOUT/EARLY ARRIVAL FEE. Please message us if you need to make arrangements so we can be properly prepared.

5- HOT TUB RULES ARE POSTED at the property. Guests must fill out Hot Tub Agreement Form at the time of booking and follow all of the rules agreed upon.
There is a $75 cleaning fee and $400 repair fee if necessary.

5- LOCALS MUST MESSAGE US BEFORE BOOKING! We need to get a little more information about your reason for staying with us.

6- LONGER STAYS require more frequent cleanings. Cleanings will be scheduled every two weeks and billed at the time of booking.

7- PLEASE LEAVE FURNITURE AND DECORATIONS as they are! Moving items can cause damages and takes our cleaning team longer to prepare for the next guests. There is a $150 fine for breaking this rule.

I was on the phone with VRBO and him for over 2 hours. The VRBO agent tried to tell him he was in violation of the agreement because I had a screen shot showing the entire house listing, but he refused us to stay unless we paid double and I had to go find a hotel at 11pm for our 3 nights in town! So frustrating and needless. I guess the owner had changed the listing to renting each of the rooms separately instead of the entire house a week before our arrival, but we booked the place almost almost 2 months before!"

Clean, cozy, & modern luxury camper just outside downtown SLC. Our spot is ideal for guests looking for an exclusive glamping experience in Salt Lake City. You’ll be able to relax around the fire pit, watch a movie in our theater-style recliners and hit the city all in one day. Located just ten minutes from the airport and ten minutes from the heart of downtown, this space is sure to be the perfect base camp for your Utah adventure.

The space
The camper is enclosed in a private campground at the back of our property. Complete with camp chairs, a patio table, and string lights, you can sit back, relax, and bask in all the cozy camping vibes without leaving the city. This beautiful 36-foot trailer boasts a fully functional kitchen with a farmhouse sink, two bedrooms, a bathroom, a dining booth, and a living area. Equipped with one queen-size bed, and one full-size bed.

Everything inside the wooden fenced area is your space to enjoy.

Other things to note
We are currently landscaping around the camper, so there is no grass as pictured right now. There are pavers leading up to the camper, but please consider if this will be an issue for you before booking.

We do have backyard chickens that are kept on the other side of the fence away from your space. You may hear them from time to time, but they are generally not too noisy.

We hope this goes without staying, but you will be staying in a trailer, and as such, should book with reasonable expectations. For example, you should expect to potentially encounter a few insects as a result (just as you would while camping.) We are very proud of our cleaning practices, and we do our best to keep them to a minimum. You can avoid attracting them during your stay by keeping the trailer and counters clear of open food or beverages. You will also be limited when plugging in several electrical devices at once, particularly if they are high-wattage, or the breaker will trip. None of these things should be a detriment to having a pleasant stay, but we like to give people a heads up!

We have a very strict no-pet policy. We are unable to make accommodations to this policy due to host’s allergies.

Visitors not included in your reservation are not allowed on the property, no exceptions.

We have a specific amount of toilet paper/paper towels allotted per stay. If you need more than what we have provided, it is your responsibility to purchase it yourself.

I always going to communicate with you very quick to help with your questions or needs. If I am not around I will send some help if you needed. I just need to insist on keep the lights off when you are not home, take a shower before using the hot tube and keep the lid on when not in use. Keep the garbage separate, recyclibe from non recyclable.

NEIGHBORHOOD: This adorable home is right on the outskirts of downtown Salt Lake City; thus, you may see homeless folks, all ethnicities, and homes that are less cared for than ours. If that bothers you, you may be more comfortable in a suburban setting. I lived in this home as a single woman with my son for 3 years and LOVED IT! It is a safe neighborhood with friendly neighbors and the location is awesome!

The metal shed/garage in the driveway is not accessible to guests.

We offer early check-in and late check-out for $25 per hour. Please schedule in advance.

If you prefer a scent-free environment, please request plug-in removal before your stay, and we’ll ensure your space is prepared accordingly during cleaning!
