The laundry is a shared space and the basment renters do not have access to the upstairs VRBO. We ask that there is quiet time from 10pm to 8am. Being so close to the University of Utah, and in a college area, there may be some late night celebrating nearby in the neighborhood. This is noticeable especially after the Utes win a football game! :)

In Utah we have an invasive bug, the elm seed bug, that is especially prevalent during July & August. It arrived here in 2012. It is benign. It doesn’t bite. But please be aware it will often enter homes during the hot months. Please know that we are doing our best to keep it at bay. We are happy to come vaccum it up as often as daily if it enters the room. We have even removed all of the trees from our property that provide a food source for it. Nonetheless, we live in a forest of the invasive Siberian elm tree which is its host. We can share a link about it.
