Beautiful, brand new loft. Full kitchen. Full bathroom. Washer and dryer. Unit is separate from the main cabin with its own entrance. This studio style apartment above the garage sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It has the most beautiful view of the lake in an enclosed deck off of the living room. This property was completed the summer of 2019. Right up the road features National Forest with hiking, snowmobile and ATV trails. Bear Lake marina is 7 minutes away. Garden city attractions is within 10-15 min. This is a beautiful location set on the mountain side of Fish Haven, Id. It is beautiful!

- "We stayed at this property for one night driving from Yellowstone with this as a stop before we went to Salt Lake City. This rental property was amazing!! You can tell that the renovations are new, and the property is beautiful!!! The unit was tastefully decorated, and the gem is the balcony views!!! The sunrise was gorgeous to see!! About 5 minutes down the road driving was a fantastic crepe and coffee shop that we grabbed breakfast from to enjoy on our balcony! The 45 minute wait for the crepes was well worth it! We visited Bear Lake during our stay going to North Beach (about a 15 minute minute drive). You can park right on the sand, the water is turquoise, and very shallow! It is a great place for families! We enjoyed dinner in town at a Mexican restaurant (Cafe Sabor), and it was delicious! We sat outside on their patio and enjoyed the beautiful summer night while watching the busy town across the street with people getting ice cream and burgers. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, and fit comfortably. The beds were comfortable, but the pullout couch was a little springy. The night was warm, but it would have been nice to have a comforter for the pullout bed, in addition to the cotton blanket they gave us. It was lovely to have a washer and dryer to use! That was a bonus, and there was plenty of room in the breezeway nook for shoes and luggage. The towel racks in the bathroom were coming loose (I don't think they were in a stud). The only wish- filtered water! We had a blast!!"

Clubhouse is a 7-10 minute walk down the hill. The pools are outdoor pools, they are typically open from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. The hot tub is open year round. The clubhouse is open year round for use. If you have a large party needing to use the clubhouse you may to reserve it, especially around the holidays.

Access to Fish Haven Canyon for ATV, snowmobiling (The Sinks), hiking and mountain biking. Beaver Mountain Ski resort is only a 20 minute drive away. Two golf courses within 25 minutes! (Bear Lake Golf Course & Bear Lake West)
Bear Lake West Golf Course is only 10 minutes away.
Garden City is around 9 miles away, about a 10-15 minute drive. There you have access to some restaurants and famous Bear Lake shakes!

Upstairs, you will find two additional bathrooms. For sleeping arrangements upstairs, there are four beautifully crafted, custom-built bunk beds with enough space to sleep twelve people in bunks. There are also two queen sofa sleepers in the upstairs, for an additional four people. The "fireman loft" is a favorite with the little ones with sleeping arrangements for 8 or more. In all, the home has beds for 34.

While you are at your home away from home, take advantage of barbecuing on the deck using the gas grill, cooking in the full kitchen with key tools at your disposal (and dinnerware for up to 24 people), and relaxing while enjoying the view from the couches upstairs and downstairs, or on either the deck or patio. The kitchen also has a griddle, toaster, crock pot, Kitchen Aid, coffee maker, and pots and pans. There is also a high chair included for those traveling with sweet little ones.

Let your kids play at the kids' park within full view of the deck and patio, or let them play in the yard with one of many yard and other games provided for your convenience, including Spikeball, cornhole, giant Jenga, frisbee, card games, board games, puzzles, and dice games. Better yet, play with them--they are only young once, and you're creating memories that will last a lifetime! You can also go to the garage for an intense ping pong tournament as well!

There is a sports court within a 5 minute walk, and we provide pickle ball equipment, basketballs, and tennis rackets/balls for your pleasure. There are also 4 kayaks (2 adult, 2 child) and lots of life jackets. Bring your own infant life jacket to ensure it fits well and your baby is safe. We also have 4 adult bikes for your use. We're working on kids' bikes!

The Chalet is located in The Reserve, a private gated community that provides many free amenities including: private lake access (remember that this is a natural lake that supplies water to the surrounding communities, and water levels fluctuate depending on the time of the year and water use: it is more ideal at some levels), 2 pools, splash pad, hot tub, tennis and pickleball courts, basketball courts, exercise room, kid’s playground, and more (these are all within walking distance). The clubhouse is also within walking distance (approximately 400 meters away), right next to the sports courts, and has many additional amenities including a foosball table, BBQ grill, kitchen, and much more.

The master bedroom on the main floor is very spacious with room for a pack and play (provided) and floor sleepers if needed (king size bed in this room). The other main level bedroom has a queen bed with a child sized bunk for little ones (bunk bed size 27" x 63"). The third bedroom has a queen bed with a twin bunk with a trundle bed. The fourth bedroom has a queen bed with a twin XL bunk. The fifth bedroom has a twin over full bunkbed and a twin bunkbed.

The living room area space is cozy, with lots of opportunity for closeness for large groups if desired! There is also great opportunity for reconnecting on the deck and patio.

Not that you will need it, but the cabin offers 2 televisions with satellite TV, a DVD player, and wireless internet as well.

Our cottage is located in the peaceful community of Bern. We are only 20 minutes from beautiful Bear Lake and just 6 miles from Montpelier where you will find a grocery store, gas stations, eating establishments, Oregon Trail Museum and a hospital. This home comes with a complete kitchen, 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms and a loft with 6 beds. You have 2 smart TVs to enjoy, or just hang out on the deck and do some star gazing. The fire pit area has a propane fire pit and a propane grill for your use. You can ride 4-wheelers in the summer and snow machines in the winter, right from the cottage. Come to Bear Lake, Idaho and enjoy a vacation with family and friends. Our brand new cabin is located in the small town of St. Charles Idaho. The cabin is just over 1,500 square feet. 1,000 square feet on the main floor and 500 square feet in the loft. In the cabin there is a fully stocked kitchen, laundry, 2 family room areas, and 2 full bathrooms. The indoor dining table seats 8 people. There are two private bedrooms. Each private bedroom has a king bed. The third bedroom area is an open second floor loft that serves as the second family room as well as sleeping arrangements for 6 people with 4 twin beds and a queen sofa bed. Additionally, there is a queen sofa bed in the main floor family room. The cabin sleeps 12 people total.
On the front of the house is a deck with a propane BBQ grill and an outdoor dining table which seats 7 people. There is a camera on the porch so I can see the front door.
You will also have private access to 1 acre of property around the cabin. This cabin is a new construction so the landscaping is still in the process of being completed. There are some areas of dirt where grass seed has been planted. Most of the property is covered in wild grass and wildflowers. There is a fence around most of the property.

House Rules
The Guest agrees to abide by the following house rules and understand that any violation of the following rule may result in extra fees and/or cancellation of the booking without refund. Violation of any of these rules may result in an admin fee of $50 added to any other lost item, damage, extra cleaning or incidental fees associated with the violation per violation incident.

Tobacco, Alcohol and Drug Usage
1. No Smoking, Vaping, or use of marijuana at any time anywhere on the property.
2. No illegal substances of any kind anywhere on the premises.
3. Smoking of any kind in or near the property will result in a minimum of $250 cleaning fee and eviction from the property without refund.

Being a Good Neighbor
1. No Parties, events, birthdays, bachelor, or bachelorette stays, get-togethers, hangouts, or the like.
2. Quiet time in our neighborhood begins at 10pm and ends at 8am.
3. Be respectful of neighbors.
4. Do not have more guests than stated on your reservation and no unapproved visitors. There is a $50 per night fee for every guest not listed on the reservation.
5. No loud music or disturbances. Especially after quiet hours which start at 10:00 PM
6. Do not use shared amenities outside of their posted allowed time frames.
7. Do not park in any assigned parking spaces that have not been assigned to the guest. Do not park anywhere parking is not allowed. The owner is not respondible for damage, or costs incurred due to improper parking.

Check-In and Check-Out
1. The check-in form with attached photo government ID an photo of responsible party must be filled out before arrival. The Guest will not be sent the door code at the designated check-in time unless this form is filled out properly. Incomplete check-in forms may result in cancellation of the reservation. Reservations cancelled less than 5 days before check-in due to an incomplete check-in form are not subject to refund.
2. Early check-ins can never be guaranteed prior to the day of check-in at 11:00 AM. Confirmation of early check-in will be sent in writing via SMS, Email or the booking channel’s messaging platform between 11:00 AM and 4:00 PM on the check-in day. The cost for early check-in is $10 for every full hour early that both parties agree on.
3. Standard check-in is any time after 4:00 PM
4. Checkout is by 11:00 AM. Due to cleaning requirements, we cannot offer late check-outs. The owner reserve the right to charge $75 for every 30 minutes after 11 AM for unapproved late check-out.
7. Please follow check-in and check-out instructions as detailed in messages sent via the booking channel, text message and listed in the guidebook.
8. The unit is equipped for self-check-in and the Owner will not be present during the check-in process.

Pets
1. Pets are not allowed.

Caring for the Property
1. Do not leave vomit, blood, or feces in the apartment. Any extra cost for cleaning any of these biohazard substances will be charged to the guest.
2. Do not flush anything other than human waste and toilet paper down the toilet.
3. Do not put oil, grease, bones or any other non-water-soluble items down the drains.
4. Do not wash dishes in the bathroom sink.
5. Run the kitchen sink disposal every time food waste goes down the drain.
6. Plumbing repair costs will be passed on to the guest.
7. If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up. If you move it, put it back.
8. Any items removed from the property, broken, destroyed, or lost will be replaced at the guest’s cost. Some costs include:

$75 - Amenities fob
$10 - Batteries from apartment devices such as door locks, remotes, smoke detectors, security devices, etc.
9. Do not burn candles, incense, or any other open flames.
10. Always lock the door. We want you and your things to be safe.
11. Do not place diapers or other garbage in the hallway or breezeway. Follow all apartment complex rules for garbage disposal.

GENERAL RULES
* Please remove shoes while in the home and wear shoes while outside.
* No smoking within the home OR within 20 feet from the doors. Smoke smell removal will be charged a $50 damage fee. Please be responsible for your cigarette butts.
* The following activities are not allowed on the property: shooting firearms or paintball guns, water balloons, fireworks, confetti, or activities that require extra clean-up.
* Please try to keep the doors and windows (without a screen) closed to avoid unwelcome farm flies, bugs, bats, and skeeters!
* Please do not take our white house towels to the beach or outside. Please do not take mats, bedding, or linens outside.
* WARNING! Please do not leave items in front of electric wall heaters when in use. You are responsible for damages. Please turn off/down heaters and AC units when away from home.
* Please discuss railing safety with young children staying or playing on the balcony. Please use caution on the steps and stairs throughout the home.
* Do not leave the wood stoves, grills, or fire pits burning while unattended.
* Please do not enter the old log outbuildings or old trailers located on the east side of the property. These locations have wild animals, rusty nails, and wasp nests. Please tell your children to STAY AWAY!
* Please respect our neighbors. Sound does carry. Quiet time is between 10 pm to 8 am. No loud music or out-of-control parties. Complaints will result in the termination of the rental. This location has an on-site manager on the east side of the property.

IMPORTANT HOT TUB RULES
Do NOT leave children unattended in or around the Hot Tub. Please have children use the restroom before entry. Urine and feces significantly change the chemistry of the water and will make the hot tub unusable for your stay.

To open the Hot Tub, flip the cover's side edge, closest to the house, backward over the support bar. Use the support bar to lift both sides up so the hot tub cover is vertical along the west edge closest to the road. This will also block wind and views. DO NOT place the hot tub cover on the ground. Please CLOSE the Hot Tub cover to avoid debris, bugs, and accidental drownings when not in use.

Please shower before each use. Please check your swimsuits for sand from the beach before entering. Please wipe feet of dirt before entering to avoid clogged pipes and expensive repairs. Use caution when entering or exiting.

Please add an orange cap of Pool Shock at the end of the day after use. No bubbles, detergent, or other additives should be placed in the Hot Tub.

The Hot tub should stay on and be heated at about 99-101 degrees. If you raise the temperature, please lower the temperature after use. The jets will automatically turn off automatically turn off.

The maximum capacity of the Hot Tub is six people. If excessive water has spilled over the edge where the jets are no longer submerged, please add water after use. A hose is located on the north side of the house.

People with infectious diseases should not use the Hot Tub. Do not use drugs or alcohol before or during the use to avoid unconsciousness and possible drowning. Pregnant or possibly pregnant women should consult a physician before entering. Absolutely no pets in the Hot Tub.

The hot tub is maintained after every rental. If any maintenance or other issues need attention during your stay, please contact us immediately.

PETS
If you bring furry family members, pets should be monitored at all times, especially outside. Please DO NOT leave dogs in the home unsupervised. A dog run is located on the north side of the property. Aggressive dogs should be leashed outdoors at all times. We are not responsible for any animal death, or injury, or escape artist that may wander toward the highway. A water and food bowl is located on the porch for your convenience. North Beach, the BEST beach at Bear Lake, is only 10 minutes away. Or enjoy exploring Minnetonka Cave and several other nearby hiking trails. In the winter enjoy skiing Beaver Mountain or snowmobiling.
The space
As you enter the home the large gathering area is perfect to lounge or prepare meals in the spacious fully equipped kitchen. Meal time can be enjoyed around the large dining table, also great for game night. The home has two on suites. The third room has bunk beds and additional queen bed making it perfect for multiple couples or families to stay.

- "My husband and I recently stayed at this VRBO with our four kids (ages 8-15). We've stayed in our share of VRBO's, and this was one of our all-time favorites. It's new, immaculate, tastefully decorated, and welcoming. The kitchen/living room area is spacious with an extra large kitchen island and a comfortable sectional. Our kids have some food allergies so we cooked all our meals in the well-stocked kitchen. There are 3 bedrooms-a master with a king bed and private bathroom, a second bedroom with a queen bed and private bathroom, and a third bedroom with a queen bed and a triple bunk bed. There's a third bathroom as well. Our kids loved sleeping in a different bed every night. The grill was a nice touch, and we used that as well. There are many homey touches that made our stay more convenient and enjoyable-a large bean bag chair to lounge on, beach towels to borrow, tons of board games to play, a washer and dryer to do laundry, and soft throw blankets to cozy up with. The owner was great to work with and when we accidentally locked ourselves out of the front door, he responded to my husband's text within 10 minutes to give us the code for the door to the garage. Bear Lake Valley is a beautiful rural area surrounded by mountains and graced by a lake famed for its blue waters. Paris has a beautiful stone tabernacle built by Mormon pioneers in the 1880s. Nearby, in Paris Canyon, you can visit Paris Spring and the Paris Ice Caves.

The front room houses our pipe organ of 3001 pipes, 51 ranks and four manuals, a true rarity. It includes pipes from the old organ of the Salt Lake Tabernacle. This home is located at the rear of the property. The front has some RV spots rented during the summer. Private front deck and yard in the back. Bathtubs are clean but have plasic tubs that are stained.

Other things to note
This home is in the country. A habitat for critters and bugs. If doors are left open mice and insect could get in.

Home is not child proof.

4 bedroom 2 bathroom rambler style home. Entire home is included in this rental except the garage and storage under the stairs. Other things to note
Brand new sewer main is less than a year old but it is important that no diapers, tampons, pads, wipes of any kind or anything other that tp is flushed. It could cause the same problem again.

Stay in upstairs bedrooms in the home of an organist and organ-builder, at 6,000 feet in the Rocky Mountains near scenic Bear Lake and the Bear River Mountains. Enjoy the quietness of a rural setting away from traffic, surrounded by fields and farmland, broken occasionally a burst of sound from real organ pipes.

Pipe Piper B & B sits on one acre of ground overlooking the Paris Tabernacle and downtown Paris. Bear Lake is 15 minutes away, and the road to Paris Canyon is one block away.

These are three quiet and cozy upstairs rooms all right next to each, convenient for families. Bathrooms are shared, but two are available, one on the main floor, and one in the basement.

Bear Lake Valley is a beautiful rural area surrounded by mountains and graced by a lake famed for its blue waters. Paris has a beautiful stone tabernacle built by Mormon pioneers in the 1880s. Nearby, in Paris Canyon, you can visit Paris Spring and the Paris Ice Caves.

You are welcome to join us in the kitchen and dining room, which are just at the bottom of the stairs leading to your room, and you may relax in our front room (with cathedral ceilings and eight windows to let in the sun and provide a panoramic view of the town. The house sits on a one-acre lot, surrounded by a large yard, where you may relax and enjoy the cool mountain air.

The front room houses our pipe organ of 3001 pipes, 51 ranks and four manuals, a true rarity. It includes pipes from the old organ of the Salt Lake Tabernacle. Also found here are a Mason and Hamlin grand piano and a large electronic organ. If you are musically inclined, you are welcome to use them.

During your stay
We will be sharing the main floor with you. We keep quiet from 10:30 PM until 7:30 AM. Guest rooms are upstairs, your bathroom is on the main floor -- with a tub room, a toilet room, and a sink in between . Our rooms (including bathrooms) are in the basement. We are home most of the time.

Take it easy at this unique and tranquil getaway. From heading to the lake or snow mobiling or riding trails this is the perfect getaway.
This property is not directly on creek. Quiet driveway so play cornhole or let the kids ride their bikes in cultasac without worry. cute 1880’s little cottage recently renovated. 2 queen masters, 2 separate rooms each containing to twin beds as well as a rollaway. 2 living rooms, 2 separate tvs. 1 full bath 1 half bathroom easily sleeps 8

Downstairs master bedroom right off the front door has a queen size bed, rustic antique furniturefilled this room. Half bath is just on the opposite side of the hall. The living room is bright and airy with a wood-burning stove the kitchen newly renovated is off living room
The mud room and laundry room are behind the kitchen . Full amenities. Xl pantry with extra freezer. Main level full bathroom with bathtub and walking in shower with 2 faucets. Upstairs are one queen bed and 2 kids rooms with twin beds each with a trundle underneath to accommodate 2 kids each room. A roll a way bed is in hall closet. Flat screen tv and WiFi in living rooms. Window mount a/c in upstairs master bedroom. All new appliances, New hot water heater so watch yourself. Heats up fast. We are on a well so you will hear the well pump from time to time. You watch out the windows you’ll see plenty of wild life from silver fox, deer, owls, skunks, cows,rabbits and squirrels.

Bear lake is a favorite place for our family. Each season brings so much more adventure from boating to snowmobiling, there’s a little of everything here. There is little night life in this town but neighboring towns like lava hot springs 45 min drive. Coopers for dinner, drinks and golf. 30 min drive.
The turnoff to bear lake is 10 min down the road best to make reservations with Idaho parks for parking. Fills up fast
