Beautiful, brand new loft. Full kitchen. Full bathroom. Washer and dryer. Unit is separate from the main cabin with its own entrance. This studio style apartment above the garage sleeps 6 comfortably in 2 queen beds and a sofa sleeper. It has the most beautiful view of the lake in an enclosed deck off of the living room. This property was completed the summer of 2019. Right up the road features National Forest with hiking, snowmobile and ATV trails. Bear Lake marina is 7 minutes away. Garden city attractions is within 10-15 min. This is a beautiful location set on the mountain side of Fish Haven, Id. It is beautiful!

- "We stayed at this property for one night driving from Yellowstone with this as a stop before we went to Salt Lake City. This rental property was amazing!! You can tell that the renovations are new, and the property is beautiful!!! The unit was tastefully decorated, and the gem is the balcony views!!! The sunrise was gorgeous to see!! About 5 minutes down the road driving was a fantastic crepe and coffee shop that we grabbed breakfast from to enjoy on our balcony! The 45 minute wait for the crepes was well worth it! We visited Bear Lake during our stay going to North Beach (about a 15 minute minute drive). You can park right on the sand, the water is turquoise, and very shallow! It is a great place for families! We enjoyed dinner in town at a Mexican restaurant (Cafe Sabor), and it was delicious! We sat outside on their patio and enjoyed the beautiful summer night while watching the busy town across the street with people getting ice cream and burgers. We had 3 adults and 3 kids, and fit comfortably. The beds were comfortable, but the pullout couch was a little springy. The night was warm, but it would have been nice to have a comforter for the pullout bed, in addition to the cotton blanket they gave us. It was lovely to have a washer and dryer to use! That was a bonus, and there was plenty of room in the breezeway nook for shoes and luggage. The towel racks in the bathroom were coming loose (I don't think they were in a stud). The only wish- filtered water! We had a blast!!"

Clubhouse is a 7-10 minute walk down the hill. The pools are outdoor pools, they are typically open from Memorial Day weekend through the end of September. The hot tub is open year round. The clubhouse is open year round for use. If you have a large party needing to use the clubhouse you may to reserve it, especially around the holidays.

Access to Fish Haven Canyon for ATV, snowmobiling (The Sinks), hiking and mountain biking. Beaver Mountain Ski resort is only a 20 minute drive away. Two golf courses within 25 minutes! (Bear Lake Golf Course & Bear Lake West)
Bear Lake West Golf Course is only 10 minutes away.

Moose Point is 5100 sq. ft. with seven bedrooms and seven bathrooms. The floor plan includes three Master Bedrooms, two bunk rooms and two additional bedrooms with sleeping for 30 people. Two Kitchens will give you plenty of room to get the party started. Two family rooms and a loft with plenty of space to entertain relax and enjoy. Put your billiards to the test with an 8ft. pool table located in the daylight basement. Lounge on the main floors covered deck that extends the entire length of the house with beautiful lake views. Two laundry rooms will make cleaning a breeze. We have a private Pickleball Court and Basketball Court at the house that allows you to beat the crowds at the Clubhouse. If you love mountain biking you will be in heaven here, there is access to all the mountain trails right behind our property. We have a large 2000 sq. ft. grass field to play soccer, spike ball, volley ball, cross net or what ever you want! Included is access to a fantastic clubhouse with multiple swimming pools, a hot tub, tennis court, pickle-ball court, basketball court, workout room, foosball and showers. Situated only two blocks from Bear Lake, this 4-bedroom 2 bath vacation home boasts spacious bedrooms with two king size beds and two queen size beds and a comfortable sectional with family room seating for 8. The dining room allows seating for 8 guests. The open floor plan allows for easy access from the kitchen to the dining room and living spaces.
Whether you enjoy the mountain or lake life there is quick easy access to both. North Beach of Bear Lake is only a 10-minute drive North, while The State Marina is a 10-minute drive just South. Fish Haven Canyon gives you access to every outdoor activity you can imagine. There are unlimited trails for 4 wheeling/Razor, snowmobiling, mountain biking and hiking. Fish Haven is also a quick 30-minute drive to Beaver Mountain Ski Resort. Fish Haven is a great central location to be in. You are so close to so many things, secluded on a quite mountain road in a very relaxing and serene area. You get the best of both worlds. Fish Haven is only 2.5 hours from Salt Lake City.

There is a fishing stream that meanders through the back yard and flows into the lake. Enjoy the magnificent mountain views and local wildlife that frequents the neighborhood including bald eagles that return every year to have their babies, elk, moose, deer, and beavers to name a few.

This home is built for comfort and entertainment for your family or group, as well. As you walk through the kitchen, you will find a large family/gathering room with a beautiful fireplace and a large, flat screen TV, surrounded by several comfortable couches and chairs. Upstairs, you will find a ping pong table and a clever loft with a fun “fireman pole” for the little kids. Outside, you will find a beautiful hot tub, covered patio, fire pit, huge lawn, and lighted sports court for basketball or pickleball. There is even a wi-fi audio, surround sound system throughout the home and outside, as well, so you can have your favorite music playing while you are enjoying the company of your family and friends.

Sleeping arrangements are both comfortable and plentiful in the Red Barn Retreat. There is a beautiful master suite with a duel spray tile shower and walk-in closet. Surrounding the family/gathering room are four more spacious bedrooms, each with a queen-sized bed and closet. There are two main bathrooms in the family/gathering area, as well. Upstairs, you will find two additional bathrooms. For sleeping arrangements upstairs, there are four beautifully crafted, custom-built bunk beds with enough space to sleep twelve people in bunks. There are also two queen sofa sleepers in the upstairs, for an additional four people. The "fireman loft" is a favorite with the little ones with sleeping arrangements for 8 or more. In all, the home has beds for 34.

If you are hoping to spend some time at the beaches of Bear Lake, you are only a ten-minute drive from North Beach, and you will be able to escape the crowds of the beach-goers when you return. If you prefer the peace of the mountains, you will be able to go up to Bloomington Lakes or Paris Ice caves in minutes, as well. Bloomington is a beautiful place, and the Red Barn Retreat is a wonderful place to enjoy it!

The kids loved the loft area and the fire pole. The home was immaculately clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook at the house. There are two large fridges and lots of shelving for all our food. We loved the backyard and used the pickleball court, basketball, volleyball, and the hot tub. There was plenty of room in the house for the kids to play when it was raining. We enjoyed exploring the town and the surrounding area. It was so quiet and peaceful. The host was very kind and communicative. I really loved this home and the setting. My kids loved it and are already asking to go back to the red barn. I would love to go back soon!
