The house is approximately 100 yards off highway 89 and is nestled up against a hill. With plenty of seating on the wrap-around front porch, you’ll find the sights and sounds of the country irresistible! In the mornings and evenings, you’ll likely see deer; and maybe some other critters, in the hayfields. At night, you’ll be completely awestruck by the stars! In fact, if you can keep your eyes open long enough after such a fun-filled day; you’ll get to make a wish on a shooting one!

The space-
This 3 bedroom and 2 bath home will be your private space. In the living room there are incredibly comfy couches with 4 built-in recliners. There is also a table with a cabinet in it that has some games, cards, and a few toys inside to entertain your crew while dinner is being made. The smart TV only accesses a few local channels so Roku and a Netflix account has been set up for guests to enjoy. You may also use your personal login to any apps you may have. The full kitchen has seating and dinnerware for 10. (a main table for 6 and side table that seats 4 with extra chairs by request) There are pots/pans, a crockpot, griddle, toaster, mixing bowls, kitchen utensils, can opener, grater, knives, cutting board, basic seasonings, and plenty of pantry space for your groceries. There’s a bbq outside and inside the back door, you’ll find bbq utensils hanging on the wall. This is also the laundry room where there’s a washer and dryer with detergent, liquid fabric softener, bleach, and dryer sheets for your use. You’ll also find an iron and ironing board and vacuum. A broom is located next to the refrigerator in the kitchen.

Guest access-
The Sevier River is approximately 100 yards behind the main home and is accessible by taking a short stroll down the dirt road on the north side of the house. From there you’ll have to open a gate and climb over a fence but, as long as you remember small town rule #1: ~Always close a gate that you open behind you~ you are welcome to explore! From the top of the hill behind the ranch house you will see Taylor’s Pond, the horse track, the city park, and most of the town!

Interaction with guests-
We live in town and are available to answer any questions or requests you may have. The front door has a keyless entry with a code that will be given to you after you book so you will be able to check-in at your convenience. If privacy is what you’re after, this is the place for you; although, if you would feel more comfortable meeting us, just let us know!

Other things to note-
In the closet of the master bedroom there are 2 twin rollaway beds with linens ready to go. You’ll also find extra blankets and pillows, a pack-n-play that can be used as a crib, and a safety gate if there’s an area you’d like to keep a toddler out of.

- "This home was exactly as advertised. It was within extremely close proximity to anything you could need, & right down the street from the ball fields which was the purpose of our stay. My only complaint was that there was not a broom or vacuum to clean up any messes left on the hardwood flooring." - "The only thing on description missing was hot tub or sauna. We had nice hot water for our entire stay. It was nice to have a fridge and a stove and microwave, although we did not use the stove top. We were glad we brought some disposable dishes and utensils as there was not a dishwasher and you were asked to wash the dishes before you leave. Not a huge deal, but made me want to wash the dishes before I used them as well since it’s hard to know how well the last people there would have washed the dishes."

- "This was the perfect home for a family reunion. We needed a place for 40 people of all ages and this totally fit the bill! Enough beds and chairs at the table for everyone. The kitchen is very spacious and has everything we needed and more. The home is beautiful and the property is too! The kids loved the little play area and were out there for hours! The view of the river and the mountain is gorgeous and with a well maintained property and a fence in the back, it’s obvious where kids should stop by the river to stay safe. We felt like the kids were safe the whole time. When we weren’t playing in the house, we took a trip to Fremont Indian state park and there was plenty for all the family to do there. We could have also hiked other trails, or played on the river. There are plenty of options for everyone! The host was also gracious and kind, and really helpful for everything we needed. One note I have is it would be really helpful if all the drawers and cabinets in the kitchen were labeled for easy finding and easy putting away. We would love to come back for another family reunion someday!"

Our home is a two story with a finished basement. The master bedroom has a California king with a 32" smart TV. The two guest rooms upstairs have a full bed and a queen. There is a queen bed located in the basement.The basement has a 55" SmartTv and a 24" flat screen TV above the bar and a mini fridge below the bar.

The kitchen is fully stocked with all the amenities you need ( coffee maker with filters and coffee grounds included, pots, pans, griddle, waffle maker and all necessary utensils)

We have chairs and tables for the front patio and propane gas grill located in front of the home.

We didn't spend any time there during the day. The town is quite small. If you arrive after 6 PM during non-summer months, there is no grocery or restaurant open. But there is in town 25 miles south. Highly recommend if the location works for you."

Circleville has a grocery store and a small restaurant with good food. (Hours vary throughout the year. Message us for current hours.)

Thirty miles south, in Panguitch, you can find a larger grocery store, a hospital, a hardware store, and fast food places. (No national brands except Subway.)

In Junction, 6 miles north, is a gas station with mini store and some fast food. They are open all year from 7 am until 9 pm.

Junction also has a small grocery store open all year usually from 7 am to 9 pm as well.

This is a rural area and hours can change randomly.

The Paiute ATV Trail has two access points close to Circleville. One on each side of the valley. To visit Butch Cassidy’s boyhood home take the highway south of Circleville.

There are state parks in the southern Utah area, Fremont Indian, by Cove Fort, Piute Reservoir, and Otter Creek Reservoir in Piute county. Kodachrome Basin is south of Cannonville, Anasazi Indian Village is in Boulder, Escalante Petrified Forest by Escalante and, Goblin Valley, north of Hanksville. Bryce Canyon National Park is about an hour away. Zion National Park is 1 hour and 34 minutes south. Fish Lake is an hour away, and Capitol Reef National Park is 1 hour and 30 minutes away.

We are in a country setting. The mountains provide beautiful views around the house. Animals may be in the area at times with their different sounds. Sometimes, you may encounter their enthusiastic aroma as you go outside.

All efforts have been made to keep country pests away from the house. lol You may hear noise from traffic, barking dogs, crickets, birds, or other things out of our control.

This is a luxurious, brand-new three bedroom condominium located in downtown Richfield! It is within walking distance of several restaurants (including the brand-new Black Bear Diner). We are also two blocks away from a major grocery store and a quick drive to Wal-Mart and Home Depot. This unit has great access to Main Street and all the fun in the heart of Richfield.
Each room has an unbelievably soft King-Sized bed with comfortable pillows and sheets for one of the best sleeps ever! In the living room, the couch can convert into a full-sized sleeper. We also provide two unique chair that folds out into a twin sleeper, and it’s actually really comfortable – allowing this room to sleep up to 9 people!
There are two bathrooms in this unit, each stocked with travel sized toiletries, clean towels, and a blow dryer. There is a stunning walk-in shower in the main bathroom and a shower/tub combo in the guest bathroom – perfect for the whole family! There are also extra towels and linens provided in our Laundry closet. We provide a couple laundry pods and dryer sheets for your convenience so that you are able to do your own laundry if needed!
The kitchen comes equipped with all the basics you need for a fabulous home cooked meal! Brand new appliances such as a blender, toaster, and coffee maker are included. There are cooking utensils, pots and pans, bakeware and beautiful glass dishware (and plastic ones for the kiddos!).
This is a third story unit with stunning views and access is very simple. You will receive a unique code to your door. Located Right in the heart of the famous Puite Atv trail. A few steps away from Hoovers great food ,delicious dole whip great for special treat. They also rent Atv for a day of fun on the trails. The kids will love the tree swings or old school merry go round they don't make them these anymore! Plenty of family space inside the cabin enjoy a movie together on a large power sectional. I bought a historic Motel in Downtown Richfield, I remodeled most of the rooms as apartements, but I developed two units as airbnb's, This one Number 25 is a small studio with access to a shared kitchen. New fixtures, bedding and paint, wifi access and a clean comfortable but small work space. There is a queen bed,and a work desk. There is a small mini fridge in the room that can be opened with any card, ( like a room key at the a large hotel)

You are right across the street from the grocery store and adjacent to the laundramat. close to restaurants and the theater.

Guest access
You have access to the shared kitchen number twenty. there are 5 rooms rented to college students who use the kitchen. Your key ring has one key to the kitchen and one key to your room.

Other things to note
There are three steps up from the ground floor to your unit, you can park right in front of your unit.

The space
With this cabin located in the city, you are located within walking distance from Bar 86, Sandis, the Bowling Alley, and others shops.

The cabin is furnished with a plush Queen size bed and a brand new reclining couch. The sleeping arrangements will comfortably sleep three adults. Or the combination of two adults and two kids. There is also access to a twin sized air mattress and extra bedding.

The flat screen tv is a roku. This means that you can login to apps like Disney +, Hulu, Netflix, ABC, TNT, etc. The tv entertainment is endless! With some of these streaming services, you will need to login using your own login credentials. There is also a DVD player with an HDMI cable and computer adapter. You will have access to free Wi-Fi during your stay.

The bathroom is newly renovated. The glass surround shower is dreamy. The shower is so spacious and relaxing after long days of fun and traveling. Plush towels will be available for your use.

There is a brand new heating and cooling unit that you will have full access to. There is a spacious mini fridge and freezer available. Along with a microwave, toaster, coffee maker, and waffle maker.

Located in downtown close to grocery's, dining, laundry and shopping. Great for company parties, groups of friends, family get togethers or if you need lots of room for a work vacation. The beds roll into the corner so you can sleep the whole family and then play red rover.

The listing indicates that it's the 'entire place' as there is no option for a basement apartment. Our basement does have plenty of windows for natural light, however, and is fully furnished with a kitchen, laundry, wifi, TV and two comfortable queen beds. It also has two full couches which can be used as beds and a travel play pen. The bathroom is clean and nice but small and only has a shower. Feel free to bring your bikes into the backyard behind the gate for safe keeping.

Cozy and quiet, fully remodeled gem. KING bed in the master bedroom. Second bedroom sleeps 4 with twin over full bunk bed plus trundle bed. Comfy new furniture in living room. Roomy kitchen and dining area. Fenced yard and covered carport/patio with outdoor dining table. Locking shed with 6-bike rack. 2 miles from Pahvant MTB Trailhead and ATV Trails. Perfect hub for visiting all 5 UT National Parks . Great place to stay when attending events at the Sevier Valley Center (1.5 miles).

The space
Maxine's still needs some work on the outside, but the inside has been completely remodeled.

We designed the living room to feel like home with lots of comfy chairs and pillows. So we hope you make yourself at home and get comfy. The TV has lots of free channels that run off of an antenna. There is a Roku hooked up to the TV with more free shows on the Roku channel, or you can log in to your favorite subscriptions. We also provide free Wi-fi that is fast and reliable.

The dining area is roomy and free of clutter with a table that seats 6 and an island that seats 2.

The kitchen includes a large refrigerator, full size stove, microwave, and toaster. We have a Keurig coffee maker for making a single cup of coffee or for simply heating water for cocoa or tea. Enjoy a few complimentary packets/pods to get you started.

We have a washer and a dryer for our guests that want to do laundry. So feel free to use the complimentary laundry pods to run a quick load. Or bring some soap for those extended stays and keep up on laundry so you don't have to do it all when you get home. BE AWARE there is a 2 inch step down from the kitchen into the laundry room (and bathroom).

The bathroom includes a tub/shower combo and a vanity with a large mirror. If we could change anything about the house it would be to make the bathroom a bit more roomy. But, the house is over 100 years old and the bathroom was added on after the house was built, so we've tried to update the space and make it the best that we can.

The larger bedroom has a comfy king bed and huge closet with luggage racks. There is a full length mirror which you could use for getting ready and take some pressure off the bathroom. The nightstands have USB as well as regular outlets, plus an alarm clock. There is an air mattress and a pack n play in the closet which you are welcome to use as needed.

The small bedroom has a twin over full bunk bed with a twin trundle. Since the bedroom is small the trundle cannot be pulled all the way out but it is still big enough for a big kid to sleep on. The extra bedding is in the closet along with a luggage rack. There is a nightstand with USB and regular outlets and an alarm clock.

Maxine's is located just one block off of one of the main roads through town, so it is very easy to find and it is very easy to get places. There is a Mexican restaurant just 2 blocks away (we love their tacos) and a gas station with convenience store 3.5 blocks away. Maxine’s is also within 5 blocks of Main Street and two city parks.

And yet, the neighborhood is VERY quiet and private. Because it is on the corner there is plenty of available parking if you are hauling ATV's or pulling a trailer. Enjoy a spectacular view of Cove and Monroe Mountains out the front windows.

The yard is fully fenced which is nice if you have small children that want to play outside. We also have a bike rack for storing your bike(s) in the back yard. Feel free to open the gate and park under the carport. You can move the patio table as desired. Shed has 2-outlets for charging e-bikes or other uses.

Richfield is the perfect place to stay if you are visiting the national parks. Maxine's is within a 2.5 hour drive from all 5 Utah National Parks. Richfield is also home to the Rocky Mountain ATV Jamboree. The Paiute Trail System boasts over 2000 miles of trails to ride and is the longest in the US. Richfield has also constructed a network of mountain bike trails (Pahvant Trail System) that are beginning to attract people from all over the country. If you stay at Maxine's you will be 2 miles from the Pahvant Trailhead. In addition, the Sevier Valley Center hosts several weekends of volleyball, wrestling and basketball tournaments as well as dance competitions, concerts, plays, and more.

We understand that hotels have to keep people moving in and out on a schedule, but we have a little more flexibility than that. So feel free to ask for an earlier check-in or extended check-out time and we will do our best to accommodate you. We want to make your stay as pleasant as possible.

Enjoy this darling 2 Bedroom upstairs Marysvale Apt. This former boarding home, the "Lucy Deluke" house, holds interesting stories and a spot in the hearts of old old timers in town. We've added some modern touches, a full kitchen, a fantastic second floor patio off of the Master Bedroom and kept the great views. Near Bullion Canyon and Falls, the Piute Trails system and walking distance to the best NY style pizza in Utah, this is the perfect spot to enjoy your Marysvale stay.

This entire home has been recently remodeled and is the ideal place to spend time escaping the hustle of city life. All beds have memory foam mattresses, so that you can get the rest you need at night and be ready for the next day. The vintage kitchen has been kept as close to how it was when I visited grandma. There is an additional refrigerator in an adjacent utility room since the 1950’s icebox isn’t very large. All furniture is new, and high speed wifi is available along with a smart TV.

The space
If you need more room for food outside of the small refrigerator in the kitchen. There is a full size fridge and freezer you can use in the utility room. Along with a washer and dryer. There is a gas grill and propane available for your use, and a nice back patio with a picnic table.
Even though the house has been remodeled and is beautiful. It still has old bones, so you may notice some subtle flooring slants in the bathroom and master bedroom. No pets allowed.

Marysvale is a great little town nestled in the mountains. Our establishment is located on Highway 89.
We offer a great little place to stay while you are in Marysvale enjoying the Paiute ATV Trails, hiking, river rafting, family vacation, or just traveling on Highway 89. This is a great spot for your vacation; only three hours from Salt Lake, and three and a half hours from Las Vegas!

The space
Our establishment is a family owned business that was built in the 1950s. The rooms have been renovated, but the exterior still looks like it did in 1955!
Each room has a private bath, microwave, small refrigerator, television, table and two chairs, and heat/air. Towels, bedding, shampoo, and soap are provided. We have an ironing board, hairdryer, and coffee pot upon request.

The beds are comfy, the room is cozy, and we keep the rooms clean. We strive to make your visit comfortable!

You will have a private room and bathroom at our establishment. You will have a private entrance to your private room, and you can usually park directly in front of your door. You will have a key to your door, and there is a deadbolt inside for added security.
We do not offer a laundry facility at this location.
There are chairs and ashtrays provided in front of your room for resting, smoking, and enjoying the mountain view.

We are usually available on location while we have guests. We live and work in this small community, so we are happy to help with questions and concerns about our area.

Our rooms are non-smoking and no pets. There are ashtrays outside and chairs for smoking.
There is a small store in town that sells groceries and just about everything that you might need, however, they close at 6:00 pm and open at 8:00 am. They sell gas with a credit card 24 hours a day.
There are no open restaurants in town during the winter months, except on weekends.

Our newly finished basement apartment is minutes off of I-70 in Richfield Utah! Richfield is an ideal centrally located place to stay being within 2.5 hours of 4 of the “MIGHTY 5” National Parks! The large Master bedroom includes a king size bed, walk in closet, tv, and a full private bathroom. The kids room has a two twin size beds and is located right next door to the master bedroom. The front bedroom includes a queen size bed, small closet and dresser. All our guest love to relax on the super comfy couch in the living room, complete with a large tv and electric fireplace. The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker and coffee, dishwasher, stove, microwave, fridge and large dining table. Complimentary clothes washer and dryer are available in the basement laundry. Fast and reliable Wi-Fi is easy to connect for work or entertainment.

We transformed our home into two separate units, with individual entrances. The Guest Suite has a an Old West feeling while surrounded by mountains and enough amenities to cook a small Thanksgiving Dinner. Some amenities need to be requested prior to arrival. Equipped with refrigerators, coffee makers, and a microwave. Located on Highway 89, Circleville's main street. Butch Cassidy childhood home is near by, our only claim to fame here. By the way, Butch Cassidy never slept here but you can.

The space
Experience Living in a décor set in a barn style atmosphere on the main floor with all the modern comforts. For instance, a King size bed, walk in shower, indoor plumbing, Roku TV internet, air cooler, loaded kitchenette on the main floor. Heck, we even have a Tea Kettle & Rice Cooker, along with a coffee maker, microwave and a modern day ice box. (Refrigerator)

Our lower level décor is set in a Outlaw Hide Away theme with artificial rocks for a ceiling, which are held in place by wood timbers, plenty of memorabilia to take you back in time. While enjoying the comforts of a queen bed in both bedrooms. Lighting is provided by modern Lanterns and Candles with overhead lighting for those who are timid of dark places.

Indoor plumbing is also provided, along with an unique old fashion shower and sink. Heck, the sink will even drip if you do not twist it off tight enough, how fun is that. Out in the common area you will find a mini ice box, along with a washer/dryer and internet bar. Sorry, no bartender on duty.

The backdoor on the main floor takes you back to modern living but in a peaceful country setting with a firepit, (bring your firewood) picnic table and chairs. All accessible to you to enjoy a morning cup of coffee while listening to the sounds of nature and the beauty of the our mountains or just watching the sunset as it slowly drops out of sight but still illuminates the sky above them. Sometimes, horses may greet you over the fence.

Upon your arrival, you will park on the street. We have 22 feet deep by 70 feet wide of frontage parking by the highway. A sidewalk from the street leads to the house. You will enter the lobby through the main front door by using the keypad on the door. Inside you will see a welcome sign and directions pointing you to the door on the right. Please enter the same code you used on the main door but you will need to press the unlock button located on the bottom left side of that key pad. FYI, neither of these two doors lock automatically. Please lock the main door to the lobby when leaving for the day, when you retire for the night, and upon checkout. The back door does not have a keypad on it for outside entrance into your place but it is equipped with a deadbolt from the inside.

***Access roads to Eagles Mt. Ski Resort are closed during the winter. ***

Circleville has a grocery store and a small restaurant with good food. (Hours vary throughout the year. Message us for current hours.)

Thirty miles south, in Panguitch, you can find a larger grocery store, a hospital, a hardware store, and fast food places. (No national brands except Subway.)

In Junction, 6 miles north, is a gas station with mini store and some fast food. They are open all year from 7 am until 9 pm.

Junction also has a small grocery store open all year usually from 7 am to 9 pm as well.

This is a rural area and hours can change randomly.
