If I were to have two recommendations for hotel management, they would be 1) offer flatter pillows either on the beds or in the closet, and 2) Offer specials for hotel guests who want to enjoy festivities at Oktoberfest, at the restaurants, etc. I always appreciate it when hotels give that little extra even if it is a voucher for a few bucks off of the tram or kids activities in the area."

- "We visited at the end of December, which is off season. We were the only guests. The staff took us on hikes and made dinner, lunch, and breakfast just for us. They were fully staffed as it is a working ranch. Rooms were excellent directly facing the river. The setting is magnificent with huge mountains and mesas surrounding the property.
