Our intimate 2 bedroom, 1 bath cabin with hot tub is perfectly sized for a couples retreat or family vacation to the Conde Nast award-winning resort. - "We absolutely loved this place. I most often found myself sitting on the deck overlooking the trees and river, but I loved the indoor space as well. The kitchen was well stocked with tools, and the whole place was very clean and inviting. My family of 4 slept in the loft bedroom with the window open to let the crisp air and sounds of the river in and it was heaven! The bed was very comfortable. In the evenings we played games at the large table and watched movies on the TV. We walked to Sundance Resort a few times and enjoyed the outdoor theatre, restaurants, and live music on Sunday evening. We met the owner and he was so kind and we learned a lot about the area. Come fall in love with our charming Storybook Stone Cottage. Crazy in love. Tucked beneath huge pines and built right on a mountain stream so close, you'll swear it's running through the living room. Just off the main deck, take the bridge over the stream to the hot tub and the “Bird House”, a tiny stone house with a second-story sleeping loft. (Guests old and young have been known to fight for the bed. Only drawback is that there isn't a bathroom).

The main cottage is a perfect retreat for 2, but can easily accommodate 4. Two small bedrooms on the main level with the small bathroom in between. The loft with a full bed has curtains that close off for more privacy. The kitchen is a gourmet cook's delight with a Wolf range and a Sub Zero fridge. There is a small leaf table in the kitchen perfect for two and can be opened and pulled away from the wall to fit 4. Warm your toes on the radiant heated stone floors throughout, build a fire in the stone fireplace and soak in the stream-side hot tub. - "We stayed here for 3 nights and had a great time. The place is clean, nice hot showers, comfortable beds and well stocked kitchen. Loved the fireplace and hot tub ( was a challenge to find due to all of the snow!) a few minor issues that were immediately dealt with by the management company. The cinnamon bread and lip balms were a very nice touch. The 2 bedrooms upstairs are accessed by a spiral staircase , so limit your luggage. The first floor bedroom is nice and has its own bathroom. We could not walk to the resort due to snow, but the house is a 3 minute drive from the resort. We loved our stay here, if this home is available, book it!"

Mountain life in Sundance can be as simple and pure as you make it. Our Ridgetop cabin embodies this concept with the necessities of a happy comfortable life without the fluff. This is the perfect setting to escape the world we all live in. Relax in the hot tub while enjoying the views of Mt. Timpanogos or hang out on the porch with your favorite book and drink. There is a tipi next to the cabin on a wood platform with a full bed inside. The tipi is seasonal and removed in late fall until late spring. Summer nights get chilly but it is still a fun experience to sleep in a tipi in the mountains.
