Timpanogos and up to Stewart Falls or take the Sundance Ski Lift up to hike the mountain. This cottage is the perfect getaway to enjoy the beauty of Sundance and Mt. Timpanogos and easy access to hiking, skiing, Stewart Falls, picnicking, water rafting/tubing on Provo River, flyfishing on Provo River and all things Sundance. Our place is perfect for 2 couples or a small family of 4 - please note our place is not suited for very small kids as we do have art and small artifacts throughout our cottage.

Our 1,000 square feet "Cottage at Sundance" is a luxurious cottage located in the Pines complex at The Sundance Resort. The Cottage is decorated with luxury western decor and modern amenities akin to an upscale hotel. Enjoy the Sundance Village including the ski-lifts, art classes, Spa, the Sundance General Store and the world-famous Sundance Owl Bar and Tree Room, without having to get in your car.

The Cottage features a kitchen, gas flame pot-belly stove for cozy nights in the living room, 2 LCD TVs (streaming on one TV) and DVD players, stereo with CD player, a large selection of DVDs, high-speed wireless for your laptop to stay in touch with the world, a large luxury slate bathroom with dual sinks and separate large shower, an over-sized 2-person jacuzzi bathtub, and a king-sized bed in the bedroom with luxury linens. The Cottage can sleep up to 5 people (it's cozy with 5!), with 2 in the queen-sized sleeper sofa bed and 1 in the cozy twin-sized sleeping nook. A perfect, romantic stay in the cottage for just two.

- "We stayed here in late August as a long weekend getaway from SLC. A family of four (parents, 2.5 yo and 3mo). The location is excellent, short walk to the restaurants and deli or chair lift for hiking/scenic ride. It was very quiet and we never heard neighbors. The condo is cozy and the kitchen, while tight, is well equipped and is such a nice space to relax and look out the high ceiling windows out into the forest and listen to the nearby creek flowing (in summer). While here we hiked to Stewart Falls (trail is only steps from the condo!), rode the scenic chair lift to the Bear Claw Lodge and also drove to Vivian Park for an evening walk on the Provo bike path, play at the playground and picnic under the trees. Thanks to the hosts for a wonderful stay!"

A wonderful little place for family and friends to gather just a five minute drive from Sundance Resort where you will find restaurants, skiing, live music, art studio, gift shop, spa, horseback riding, snowshoeing, cross country skiing, hiking, ziplining, and flyfishing.

The cottage is unique! A small but well stocked kitchen, quaint little bathroom with shower, living room with lazyboy recliners and a classic 1970s couch, wood burning stove and plenty of books and games. Through a doorway is another large, attached room we call the family room, from here you can access the deck, hot tub and rushing stream from the exterior door.

The enchantment of the Wee Cottage in the Woods will have a lasting memory for anyone who experiences it. The design and setting may be unlike anything you've ever experienced before. It's no more than 750 square feet of cozy perfection. Outdoor living is just as inspiring and enjoyable as all of the indoor space. The unique layout requires a steep ladder in order to access the upper level where the bedroom is located (some agility required and not meant for small children). There is an exterior door from the bedroom making it easier and more accessible Spring, Summer, and Fall.

Hands down the best location at Sundance - this wonderful luxury cottage sleeps 4 and is located on the Sundance Resort property and is a 3 minute walk to the resort's amenities including the new quad resort ski lift, Sundance restaurants, Owl bar & the deli and General Store. The fall leaf views from this cottage are spectacular from every window, looking up the mountain, so book early. This cottage is the epitomy of the Sundance rustic, luxurious style.

The space
Hands down the best Sundance location on the mountain - this wonderful cottage is located on the Sundance Resort property and is within a 3 minute walk of all the resort's amenities including the mountain for skiing and mountain biking, the world famous Owl Bar, the award-winning Tree Room and everything else that the Sundance Resort has to offer. You can literally park at our cabin and not have to use your car for your entire stay at Sundance.

A former favorite offered through the Sundance Resort, our cottage was a top requested unit. Located on the Sundance grounds in the desirable Pines Cottages, our 1,000-sq-ft cabin is decorated with luxurious Native American themed art and rugs that mirror the beautiful mountain setting. It includes a small kitchen with a table for 4, two televisions, a blu-ray player in the living room and dvd/VHS player in the bedroom, lots of games, puzzles and movies for the kids, a vast selection of movies for adults, high-speed WiFi DSL internet, a cozy pot-belly gas stove in the living room and an oversized slate bathroom with dual sinks and a large jetted tub, and shower large enough for two.

In addition to the king-sized bed in the bedroom, the cottage also offers a pull-out queen sofa bed and a twin sized cozy sleeping nook for children. It can comfortably accommodate 4 people.

We have hand selected the unique art pieces in the cottage and take pride in offering a well-equipped, clean luxury experience for our guests.

Please note access to our cottage is limited to the number of guests booked for the stay. Please inform us of any extra visitors or guests during your stay and obtain prior approval.

Other things to note
Please note that our cottage is small & cozy and a perfect overnight getaway for 2-4 people. Occupants are limited to 6 people maximum regardless of the number of overnight guests and parties and events for more than 6 people are not allowed. Our "fireplace" is actually a propane-fueled stove in the living room (see photos) - Airbnb has no provision for a stove under their amenities list. King bed in bedroom, queen sleeper sofa in living room, and twin sleeping nook in living room.
