This log cabin has 6 bedrooms, 2 large lofts (kids love the upper loft), and a game room in the basement. Completely remodeled in July 2013, including all new high-end finishes (granite counter tops, travertine flooring, all new stainless appliances, extra plush carpet, etc).

One of the best parts about our cabin is that it includes access to Ideal Beach, which has swimming pools, tennis & basketball courts, & tons of huge open grassy areas. If you know Bear Lake, you know that Ideal Beach is where everybody wants to be. Perfect for large family reunions!

The grill was dirty so I suggest bringing your own camp chef or grill to cook on outside. Overall it was a perfect spot for a multi-generational family event! The lower level features a bedroom that can sleep two in a queen bed, and three in a full sized plus twin bunk bed. The second bedroom has a queen sized bed and three additional twin mattresses that can be pulled out if needed (in addition to the total number the house can sleep). The backyard features a lifetime play set, climbing dome, airplane teeter totter and a smokeless fire pit.

This property features 2 living areas, a small loft area upstairs, 2 fireplaces, dining room, and a fully equipped kitchen with 12 foot island and double oven. As you gather for dinner sit at the island and chat or sit back and relax with the 65 inch smart flatscreen TV in one of the three viewing areas. The central A/C will keep you cool when you return from a hot day hiking or playing at the beach. This property does have a doorbell camera and a garage door opener camera to help us with security for the property.

When you're ready for bed, no need to fight over who gets the "good room"! There are 7 bedrooms with KING size beds that are beautifully styled and extremely functional. Each located close to one of the five bathrooms in the house. This property features two primary suites with attached bathrooms. One is on the main floor and one is downstairs.

There is a pack n' play available for use and toys for small children and children’s books for nightly story time. The house is stocked with board games and puzzles for hours of fun.

Keep towels, linens, and swimsuits clean throughout your stay with the washer and dryer located just off of the kitchen.

There is an extra refrigerator/freezer in the garage for your use as well.

2 stand up paddle boards and a lifetime kayak are available for your use during your stay.

There is also a smokeless fire pit just off of the deck for you to hang out in the evenings or bring some hot dogs/s'mores for a fun dinner. *Please bring your own firewood.

To ensure the safety of both guest and property, we’ve installed exterior security cameras located on the garage door opener and the front door bell. These cameras are actively recording the driveway/opening of the garage and the front porch as well as sound. We are notified whenever there is excessive use of any entrance to the property and will briefly monitor to ensure that both property and our guests & neighbors are safe and secure. Any tampering or otherwise intentionally disabling of our security equipment and/or wifi including, but not limited to guest repositioning, covering, or unplugging of this equipment may be immediate grounds for eviction of our guests with a forfeiture of guest rights to use the property with absolutely no refund to the guest for remaining night(s) stay including the possibility of loss of guest deposit for any and all damages to the property, including interior and exterior damages, in the event that the guest has violated house and safety rules. The Neighborhood:

Located just 1.5 miles from the closest public beach and about 10 minutes from Rendezvous beach.

The hiker/snowmobiler/ATVer will love the close proximity to the Hodges Canyon Trailhead. No need to even get in your car. You can hike/snowmobile/ATV right from the house. The road to the Hodges Canyon trailhead is just a few hundred yards from the driveway. The city has also recently opened up the trailhead parking lot for overnight overflow parking for our neighborhood!

The golfers of the group will be pleased with the short 6 minute drive to Bear Lake golf course, which is only 1 out of the 3 golf courses in the area. Book a tee time and show off your putting skills to your family and friends.

Hit the slopes at Beaver Mountain Ski Resort which is a short 24 minute drive away, or if your new to winter sports check out the local tubing spots for some family shenanigans! Also enjoy the Beaver Mountain music festival in mid August for a taste of the local music scene.

- "Our family of 15 had an amazing time here. We went for Labor Day Weekend and there was no shortage of activities both in Garden City and at the house. The house was well equipped for cooking meals. We prepared and cooked every meal for 4 days and have everything we needed in the kitchen. The BBQ and Blackstone was perfect for cooking for a large group. We loved the pickle ball court and ping pong table. There was plenty of parking for cars and our boat. The sleeping arrangements were awesome and everyone had their own space. Beds were very comfortable. Very easy lake access whether you’re boating or just spending a day on the beach. We also used the paddle boards which was a nice bonus. The extra fridge and deep freeze were also very useful. This was our favorite rental in Bear Lake this far and we will use it again when we have a big group. Highly recommended!"

Wheel chair accessibility: while not a true ADA accessible property, we are wheel chair friendly in the sense that we have a portable ramp available, and the master bathroom has a low threshold shower that with some help, could be used by a wheel chair bound individual. During good weather months, the basement can be accessed by going around the North end of the property

- "Rented this property for our trip to snowmobile in Logan Canyon. The house is on the hill with a great view overlooking Bear Lake, with awesome sunrises and sunsets. The driveway is a little tricky to pull into with a longbox truck and 35' trailer but its managable. We also had a shortbox with 24' trailer and another pickup. All fit in the driveway without issue. The house is a great size with ample room to spread out for a group of 9 with snow gear. Plenty of bathrooms, beds, and areas to dry gear in the garage. Great kitchen setup for big breakfasts and dinners as well as entertainment in the garage with ping pong, basketball, the hot tub outside, and theater room. Overall great experience and would stay here again."

Main Level
The kitchen includes everything you will need to prepare and serve meals, a counter with bar stools, and a round dining table. You will find several kitchen appliances available including a Keurig Coffee maker (a limited amount K-pods are provided).

Connected to the kitchen/dining area is a living room so everyone can hang out together. This room has large vaulted ceilings, a TV, and an electric fireplace to enjoy. The deck is adjacent to the living room and offers a beautiful view of the Bear Lake Valley.

During the warmer months, the large deck is the perfect place to finish eating your raspberry shake after spending the day in the sun. There is a picnic table, BBQ grill and additional seating outside for guests to spread out. The living room has large windows all around to invite the sunshine and gorgeous turquoise lake color in.

Each bedroom was designed with guests in mind; the rooms are spacious to accommodate luggage, portable cribs, and to avoid feeling crammed. Each room has new furniture that is very comfortable. The two private bedrooms in the home are conveniently located on the main level. The first bedroom has a king bed with a smart TV and a full en-suite bathroom. This bathroom also connects to the hallway for other guests to access easily. There is a fully functioning washer and dryer in this bathroom. The next bedroom also has an en-suite bathroom and a large closet. A queen bed is located in this room. A pack-and-play is available.

Upstairs
A short walk up the carpeted stairs is a fun and spacious loft with four built-in snug beds. There is also a TV, futon, bean bag and coffee table to enjoy games with your friends or family. The futon in the loft folds down for an extra place to sleep. After an eventful day at the beach, send the kids upstairs to play and relax on the deck with a Bear Lake raspberry shake!

The Property
Trees surround the entire home so there is plenty of shade and privacy. It is not uncommon to have deer or moose visit the yard! Don`t miss out on the new private hot tub that overlooks the lake! It is located just a few steps from the deck. A paddleboard is available at the home for guest enjoyment.

Plenty of parking space for everyone`s vehicles, trailers, ATVs, etc in the pull-through driveway. For winter guests: 4WD or AWD is strongly recommended in the winter. This driveway and surrounding roads will be plowed after a snow storm but driving conditions can be unpredictable so guests are encouraged to drive with caution. No camping, including RV camping, allowed in this HOA.

A new grocery store, hardware store, and gas station were recently built in Garden City to better serve visitors.

The space

Quiet tucked away cabin at the end of the street! 2 Huge trex decks with amazing views of the marina, bbq on the deck, full kitchen and a washer/dryer. A nice family room space with queen sleeper sofa, and 65" Smart tv. Each bedroom has a queen sized bed. One bedroom also includes a twin sized bunk bed. Each bedroom has access to a second upper deck which overlooks the lake and marina with the beautiful mountains in the backdrop. Extra bedding in the closet in one of the bedrooms. Large yard with trampoline, plenty of parking.

Guest access

Guests will have a private access to two bedrooms and a full bathroom and the full kitchen space with living room, yard and both decks. Keep in mind that the large driveway connects two houses and can be booked together if both are available.

Kick back and relax in this stylish 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom Bear lake cottage- Located just minutes from Bear Lake, and the heart of Garden City, with quick access to Pickleville Playhouse, & paved bike trails. It's 4 miles South of Bear Lake Marina, 2 miles North of Epic Marina. Rendezvous Beach State park is just a 10 minute drive (south).

The kitchen was well-stocked and the house was very comfortable." - "Kimberley is responsive and the cottage was ready and super easy to check into. Great location with easy access to the marina and the busy part of town, but just far enough off the busy main street to feel quiet. We loved being able to park our wakeboard boat and two cars right next to the cottage. The kitchen is well stocked. The cottage is a little snug for five adults: there are double bunks, but a double bed is tight for two adults. We ended up using the sleeper couch, which was massively uncomfortable, but what sleeper couch is not? The water heater also is small for five adults and the towels are a little threadbare. We thought the Ideal Beach resort pass was well worth the extra fee and enjoyed using the pickleball courts, beach access, and free toy rentals. We gladly would stay here again. - "We loved our stay at big bear. The yard was absolutely fantastic with a playground and nice green soft grass. Plenty of Parking. The location was perfect for going all around bear lake and close to great places in garden city. Our host was quick to respond whenever we needed anything and everything really went well. Only complaints (and it wasn't a huge deal) was that some of the rooms require you to walk through other rooms, which was slightly awkward if you aren't with strictly family only. Also there was a signal tower right next to us, two of our guests were sensitive to that, so just something to be aware of. The place was clean, had a pool table and a nice theatre room. Huge kitchen that can host a large crowd. Overall fantastic place, would stay again and recommend to anyone."

Before you book, we wanted to share a couple of property quirks to make sure we’re the right fit for you:

The two bedrooms upstairs are conjoined. It works perfectly for families/friends who don't mind sharing space.

Our space is cooled by an evaporative cooler (aka - swamp cooler). It operates differently than central A/C, but is just as effective at keeping you cool.

Also, the two twin mattresses are XL sizes to help accommodate taller adults.

We have a blink security camera that overlooks our drive and doubles as a flood light for late night check-ins.

Enjoy quiet country comfort in the heart of town! This one bedroom cabin was built in 2012 with great attention to detail. It has an additional sleeping loft and a fabulous porch next to a seasonal stream.

The casita is located across the street from central park and a short walk to downtown theaters, restaurants, bars, farmers market & shops. Utah State University and Logan Canyon are just 5 minutes away.

Please note there is no TV, so bring a good book or your laptop. :)

Sweetwater golf course community is made of dirt roads that can be steep so we recommend you are aware of dust, dirt and rocks associated with such an environment and prepare with the correct vehicle. We have an asphalt driveway and round about to access the property but as we are on a hill the road to get up to us is on a slope and could require certain vehicles to traverse. Likewise certain trailers and boat trailers may be unable to make the turn to get up the road.
Winter access you will want 4x4 drive vehicles! The weather here in the winter can be unpredictable. We keep the asphalt paved driveway and parking areas plowed when we can but the driveway is on a slope that can be slippery. If you are here in Bear Lake in the winter you will want to be prepared with that 4x4 vehicle.

Other things to note
- Plenty of parking for at least 5 vehicles and a round about driveway for easy access for towing your boat or ATV's. Driveway is steep and may not accommodate all boat trailers and vehicles.
- The jacuzzi and sauna are available to use at Ideal Beach in the off-season but the pools are closed.
-We have one exterior camera that shows us the driveway for security.

With two large Trex decks overlooking the marina and mountains, this is the ideal spot for relaxation. Enjoy BBQs on the deck, a fully updated kitchen, and the comfort of a family room with a queen sofa sleeper and 65" Smart TV.

Each bedroom features a charming queen-sized log bed, and private access to a second upper deck with panoramic lake and mountain views. One of the bedrooms also has a twin sized bunk bed. Extra bedding is available in one of the bedroom closets.

Outside, the spacious yard has plenty of room for fun, with a trampoline and ample parking for boats, trailers, or campers. If you're staying in the guest house, please park on the west side and respect the main house driveway.

The main/larger cabin parking is the driveway. Guest house parking is on the west side of the Guest house. Please don't park in the main log house parking area. Keep in mind that the larger house may have other guests staying there as well. If you are interested in booking the main house, ask me for the link to book it.

Guests can bring their own propane tanks for the grill or, we have propane bottles for the grill on site. If the on site propane bottle is empty guests can refill them at Ace hardware in Garden City. Send me the receipt and I can reimburse you.

There is a cat that lives on the property. It is not allowed in the home. If you want to bring your pets you may, but they are to stay outside as well. No pets are allowed inside the home. No Smoking is allowed in the home and cigarette butts must be disposed of outside.

Nestled Inn the Pines is the perfect, cozy retreat for your next family or friend vacation. It includes a private volleyball court and private hot tub all surrounded by beautiful, mature pine trees. Our family cabin sits on a double lot--there is lots of room for playing games.

The cabin is walking distance to the following: Harbor Village and the paved bike path (1-2 minutes), Marina and beach (5-8 minutes), and the grocery and hardware stores (15 minutes).

No animals due to allergies.

The space
When you're done with your day at the beach or on the lake, the large deck, open lawn, private hot tub, fire pit and private sand volleyball court will keep everyone entertained from sun-up to sun-down.

The interior of the cabin is approximately 1,600 sf of mainly tongue and groove style wood paneling and new wood floors and tile in 2022. You will be nestled in pine both inside and outside the cabin. There are 4 private bedrooms that are perfect for families. 3 of the bedrooms have queen beds and the last bedroom has two twin over queen bunk beds. There are two bedrooms that have lofts overhead (3 total) with ladders (the lofts are not included in the overall bed count).

There are two bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom has a shower only, and the upstairs bathroom has a claw tub with a shower (please be careful with the wood). There is a washer and dryer in the upstairs bedroom.

A large half circle paved driveway (two entries) is perfect for multiple cars, toys, or a vehicle with a trailer. There is year-round access.

We have games, games and more games! Board games and puzzles for inside and outside games as well (giant jenga, horse shoes, volleyball, bad mitton).

Our cabin is perfect for the entire family and friends from young (infants and babies) to old! Come enjoy a relaxing vacation!

"Two Cub Cabin" is located in the heart of the Sweetwater community, just off the 9th hole tee box. From the deck, enjoy stunning views of Bear Lake's turquoise waters, mountains, and golf course. Your stay will come with access to a private beach (Ideal Beach Resort), which includes pools, hot tubs, saunas, mini-golf, tennis courts, picnic areas, rentals, and much more.

Our rambler-style cabin has four bedrooms (one King and three Queens) and a den downstairs with a bunk bed and pullout couch.

The space
When you arrive you will be welcomed by the breathtaking views of the lake, surrounding mountains, and valley. Our "Two Cub Cabin" is a rambler-style home with a large wrap-around deck, Central Air conditioning and heat, 240V EV charger, 4 spacious bedrooms, fireplace, a fully stocked kitchen, and a walk-out basement. You will enjoy the mature trees that provide great shade, plenty of parking, and a large grassy yard great for playing and relaxing on. You will enjoy "meals with a view" on the 2 outdoor picnic tables and patio furniture we provide. There's also a great chance you will see wildlife (Moose, Elk, Deer, Turkey, Rabbit, Squirrel, etc.). Please be respectful, do not feed them, and enjoy them from a distance.

*NEW PRIVATE HOT TUB FOR DECK DELIVERED MARCH 2021** Space Haven has 5 bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms. Sleeps 20 people in bedrooms (please note that 6 of those beds are in bunk beds) has 3 hide-a-beds located in loft and basement family room to sleep an additional 6 as well as a brand new self-inflatable queen mattress. The cabin can comfortably sleep 26 guests. There is also a new crib in the master bedroom and two pack-n-plays for use. Large kitchen with plenty of seating for everyone and includes two refrigerators as well as two picnic tables on the deck. There is room to park 6 cars at the cabin; 4 on driveways and 2 on our vacant lot directly south of home. All others will need to be parked at Harbor Village. There are now brand new paddleboards and kayaks on site available for you to enjoy.

"The Lakehouse" is the ideal getaway, offering beautiful views of the lake and the adjacent golf course. It is perfectly situated to maximize your enjoyment of all that Bear Lake has to offer. This spacious 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom cabin comfortably accommodates 10 guests, with a total of 8 beds (Please note that the 4th bedroom is a closet connected to the master bedroom, equipped with 2 full beds). As an added bonus, guests will have access to Ideal Beach Resort with includes pools, beach, etc.

The entire house is at your disposal during your stay. Please note that the owner's closet is located at the top of the stairs, and the garage is reserved for the owner's outdoor storage.
