We chose this home as it provided a room & bathroom for us and the same for our grandson. We were happy with our choice. Also I was able to cook us meals. Every morning we walked the neighborhood. It was a nice “home away from home”. Our only negative comment would be with the City of Nampa. The road construction was crazy in Nampa. And I am not a fan of all their round abouts. I am guessing some locals aren’t too happy with them either as we found some drivers not yielding when they were required to do so. We were sent on detours for almost every destination we had to take."

I'm so excited about this house! This little house is perfect for any couple who wants to spend quality time together while in town and enjoy their privacy when they are home. Always better than the hotel experience. Inside the house you'll notice that the house is brightly decorated with a fun southwestern feel through out. The bathroom is a treat! It has a 2 person (high horse power jetted tub) Jacuzzi with plenty of hot water. I've also supplied battery operated candles you can place through out the bathroom or house to enhance the romantic ambiance. There are two 50 inch TV's in the house. There are local channels and SLING TV that allows access to many network channels. Feel free to log in to your NETFLIX or Hulu. The kitchen has all the dishes, pots, pans and appliances you need to cook a meal. I have supplied various spices just in case you need them. If you need anything specific just message me and I'll let you know if I have it or if I can obtain it for your stay. Help yourself to Coffee, tea and coco I have in in the cabinets. Don’t forget to check out the back! The patio is a fun little place to spend some time day or night! The nights in the end summer in Idaho are my favorite and you are welcome to make a fire in the chimney you'll see on the patio. As it gets darker the patio screens/murals are more visible and provides a neat little area to hang out in the evening. The patio area has a propane grill for your grilling needs. The backyard is fully fenced and is spacious with newer landscaping and one day the fruit trees will produce fruit that you're welcome to.

Most pets are welcome but need approval. One time PET FEE $25 which covers 2 animals.

Come enjoy our newly renovated basement apartment that's close to downtown, grocery stores, and NNU. There is also a covered patio for guests to relax.

The doorways are a little short, so not recommended for tall folks unless you're mindful of your head. :) The floor plan is also a little quirky in that the only entrance to the bedroom is through the bathroom. Still a cute space to spend a few nights!

- "I stayed here with by son and 1 of his teammates for their baseball tournament. Perfect location as it was near everything but far enough away to be peacefull. We where here for 6 nights and you can't beat having a 2 bedroom and kitchen for way less than a tiny hotel room. A/C was amazing as it was in the upper 90s all week and quite refreshing after long hot days in the sun for baseball. 2 showers for these teenage boys was also a must! My sister and brother where able to join us in our stay for the last 2 days and also mentioned how nicw it was that we could share this space rather than 2 hotel rooms. Awesome!!!"

The Yale Main House is the perfect combination of convenience and comfort.

The property is only 5 minutes away from the freeway and at the very entrance to the neighborhood; so you won't have trouble finding it. However, once you step inside you'll instantly feel at home with the warm, comforting decor and natural light. The kitchen and living room are connected in an open floor plan featuring double doors which open to a deck, and a wonderfully sized front window to let the sun in.

This house is on a property with a detached mother-in-law suite which is also listed on a travel site. They are completely separate buildings (about 70 ft. or so apart), and the only shared space between the two listings is the backyard. Additionally, there is a vacant basement which is currently used for storage/cleaning supplies.

This area in Nampa is known to experience swarms of box elder beatles which are similiar to a small ant with wings. They live in box elder trees and are active in and around homes at times during summer and fall. This property is maintained on a contract with Affinity pest control who regularly sprays and treats this property to control pests, spiders, ants, bugs, box elder, etc. During active periods of swarms there may be some of these bugs in or around the home in small numbers and usually are dead. They usually only are found near the front door or on kitchen window sill. Cleaners diligently vacuum and sweep to remove any of these. Doors, windows and any access points have been sealed as efficiently as possible. Affinity Pest Control states this property has a mild case of box elder beatles compared with other properties in the area. There are not any trees with box elder infestations on this property.

A private loft located in Nampa, Idaho near the Ford Idaho Center. This location has a private driveway with garage. One room (upstairs) with bathroom (downstairs). Only 5 minutes from I-84. Located in the country, this is the perfect spot to unwind after catching a concert at the Idaho Center or after a long day of traveling! There is a refrigerator, microwave and TV with local channels available for use.

Linda and Steve invite you to our home. Close to outdoor summer and winter recreation, Nampa is located in the SW corner of the Treasure Valley about 30 minutes west of Idaho's capital of Boise and Boise Airport. A growing community, our home is close to I-84, ID45 and ID55 for those traveling.

The space
EverettHaus is located in a quiet community, and as a retired couple, we invite vacationers, or those in the area for perhaps a family or sporting event, relocation, work related needs to stay with us. We are under 10 minutes to NW Nazarene University; 20-30 minutes from the Ford Idaho Center; and 30 minutes from Boise or the airport depending on traffic.

Should you desire to check-in to the EverettHaus, this non-smoking, no alcohol, no pet, one level home provides you with a clean, large, comfortable guest room that awaits you complete with king bed, desk and chair, wifi, cable TV, mini fridge, complimentary snacks, beverages and self serve breakfast bowls to heat in the main kitchen microwave. A sturdy metal frame cot and 5” foam mattress also with bedding, is available for a 3rd guest. Check the listing pictures for additional guest room details.

Your room is in the wing down the hall from the front door. A private bathroom with tub/shower is just outside your bedroom door. The hall of your guest wing is shared with our office. You have use of the microwave in the main kitchen, (and) toaster and coffee areas. Otherwise the kitchen is closed for guest cooking.

Please feel comfortable on the backyard covered patio, the counter with snack bar seating or the kitchen nook for eating, or eat in your guest room. You’re welcome to join us in the Family Room should you desire, or feel free to relax totally in your guest room.

We focus on providing a clean, comfortable, and accommodating experience (and) will continue to do our best to provide a safe and healthy environment by going above and beyond in cleaning and disinfecting.

Our home is NOT toddler proof. We are unable to accommodate toddlers. You will want to find another location should you have children under the age of 5.

We are on a loop. If you come around from the beginning of the loop, you’ll be parking along the street in the right direction. Please park at the curb in front of our home in the direction of traffic.

During your stay
We are available to interact with you as much as you'd like. Totally up to you and your needs. We honor your needs for privacy as well. We like to greet you at the front door upon your anticipated arrival time. However there are times we may be away when you plan to check in. The day before your arrival date, we provide you with front door key code and check-in instructions. You will have front door access to come and go as you please after check in. No required curfew. Please make this your home away from home and get settled into your room. Leave shoes at the front door at the seating bench. Please lock the door upon entering and exiting, and yes- always lock your vehicle. Quiet time: 10pm-7:am.

Free street parking is available for one vehicle, but please ask should you need additional parking space.

Although we don't get many noise complaints, this studio bungalow is near a somewhat busy street. During the remodel, we added extra, hig quality insulation to help eliminate any noise from the outside.

This is a charming upstairs apartment with all new furniture. Blackout curtains in each room with a comfortable chair and queen size bed.

The apartment is 100% accessible to you a the renter. The only shared spaces is the entrance door to the stairwell and a washer and dryer unit located at the top of the stairs in the landing which is shared with one other apartment. There are digital keypad locks at the stairwell entrance and the apartment entrance as well as a security camera in the stairwell for safety.

The home is newly and modernly furnished. Lots of natural light from large egress windows make the space feel warm and cozy. The apartment includes two bedrooms, a living area and a small kitchen with washer and dryer.

The space
We have traveling nurses that live in the upstairs apartment. The flooring is insulated but it’s important to note that you will hear some noise from the upstairs guests. The upstairs guests are mindful that we have guests downstairs. The furnace for the home is in the kitchen/utility area and does make some noise. The door to that room can be shut to make it more quiet.
