What makes this mother-in-law suite special is that it is charming enough for a weekend getaway, and yet functional enough to stay for an entire month! The space is complete with a washer/dryer, kitchen, bedroom, bathroom, two Fire-stick enabled TV's, and a very comfortable living room.... So make yourself at home!

There are two separate buildings on this property (The Yale Cottage and the Yale Main House), each with its own parking spot. The Yale Cottage parking is located in the back of the property by the alleyway; it will be marked with a sign.
Guests will need to turn into the neighborhood from Yale street, and drive down the alleyway in order to access the parking spot for the Yale Cottage.

Our location is centrally located near NNU, CWI, College of Idaho and The Ford Idaho Center. 30 minutes to the Boise Airport, BSU and Downtown Boise.
The space
The Getaway Guest Suite has it's own private entrance separated from our home. It is a very relaxing, clean and inviting space. It includes a very comfortable brand new englander queen sized bed, 55-in smart TV that includes cable and Netflix.
Complementary keurig coffee maker. Coffee, tea, water bottles and snacks. Microwave and mini fridge. Private bathroom with tub and shower. Outside of your guest suite is a private sitting patio area with an outdoor ceiling fan.
No pets or smoking on the premises
Please park at the curb in front of our guest suite. Please do not park in our driveway. Contact us if you need additional street parking.

Spacious and serene country guesthouse with breathtaking Owyhee views. With a middle-of-nowhere feel, yet 15 min to stores. Convenient location to Lake Lowell, Best of Idaho wineries, Jump Creek, Snake River, Nampa, Marsing and Caldwell. EV Charger onsite. Our Guesthouse is above our garage, but the entrance is completely separate and there is no access from the main house. There is a flight of stairs leading up to the apartment.

The entire guesthouse is available to guests. Plenty of parking if you have multiple vehicles.
Other things to note
We have a very friendly Golden Retriever on our property. She is kind to children and loves to say hello to everyone. If there are concerns about a dog being around we will happily keep here in the back yard during the guest's stay. Just message us ahead of time.
We have some kitties too. They are friendly but please don't let them up into the apartment. They are just outdoor kitties.

Serene restful landscaping with loads of birds to watch. Close to local restaurants, grocery but country feel, safe, quiet upscale neighborhood.
The space
Gated private driveway to enter back yard casita. Off street parking unless vehicle leaks fluid, then street parking is required. During heavy snow days, driveway may be icy. Parking in front of gate may be necessary. Notify owner if you will be checking in after dark. I will turn outdoor lights on.

Smart lock entry. Entire casita and front patio/dining table. There is a small back yard the is undergoing improvements with a gazebo and a small garden dining area under the grape arbor that is restful and serene. We occasionally have a fire pit going in the weekend evenings. Feel free to join us!

Early check in/late check out when available, ask for details. Lots of local wineries/distilleries. Birds of Prey Park. Many close eateries and grocery stores. List of fun things to do in Casita. Owner spends loads of time in the garden, feel free to visit. We love to provide a home baked treat ready for you upon arrival. Please let us know of any food allergies. Although our house is not appropriate for children, we do have a pack and play available for infants.

This lovely space is perfect for a couple but can accommodate up to four guests. The bedroom boasts a queen-sized memory foam bed that promises a restful night's sleep, and there's even a flat-screen TV for your entertainment with local channels. If you have additional guests, we've got you covered with a twin air mattress and a couch that transforms into a double bed in the living room.
Our great room is designed with your relaxation in mind, offering comfortable seating, a bar-height table and chairs, a cozy sectional, and a large-screen TV with a wide selection of channels courtesy of Dish Network. It's the perfect spot to unwind after a day of adventures.
The kitchen is fully equipped with everything you need to prepare meals if you choose to do so. We've got you covered whether you're whipping up a quick snack or preparing a gourmet feast.
Parking is available and will be conveniently indicated upon your arrival. If you happen to be bringing a trailer, just let us know in advance, and we'll make the necessary arrangements to accommodate it.

Guests are able to access the entire unit, assigned parking areas, the lawn to the north of the unit and any of the public roads around the property. In some cases there may be the ability for successful hunters to hang their game in a controlled environment. Please inquire about that should you require such a thing.

House Rules
1. We kindly request that you refrain from smoking indoors, including the use of any tobacco products, vapes, hookahs, or incense. You're welcome to enjoy your smoke outside and please remember to dispose of your cigarette butts responsibly. This helps us maintain a fresh and pleasant environment for all our guests. In case this rule is inadvertently broken, a $750 fee will be applied to the booking guest to cover the cost of odor removal.
2. To maintain a peaceful atmosphere and show consideration for our neighbors, we do not permit parties or events on the premises.
3. Please be mindful that locked cabinets and doors are designated for the owners. Tampering with them will result in a $500 fee for each lock tampered with.
4. We kindly ask that you avoid cooking odorous foods, such as fish, bacon, or sausage, as these odors can be challenging and costly to remove before the next guest arrives. In the event that this rule is unintentionally breached, the guest of record will incur a $750 charge to cover odor removal expenses.
5. We're pleased to welcome visitors, but we kindly ask that no more than 4 individuals be present on the property at any given time to ensure a comfortable and safe environment for all.
6. Please respect our neighbors and keep the volume down between 10pm and 8am.
7. Please use assigned parking only.

Located within walking distance of vibrant, charming, historic downtown Nampa, minutes from the Nampa Civic Center. 10 min. drive to the Idaho Center. This is an entire home that’s connected to our home by a sky bridge. It has a separate entrance, and is a completely private space. Our home was built in 1905 by the first doctor in Nampa, and the Airbnb space was built as a later addition. Beautiful, open space, in walking distance of several restaurants, coffee shops, and a grocery store!
The space
There are two large bedrooms, the master bedroom has a queen size bed and a master bathroom with a large tub. The second bedroom has a triple decker bunk bed with full size mattresses!! Also a connected bathroom with a shower/tub. The living room area has a hide a bed as well. In the downstairs area there is a third bathroom with a shower.
This Airbnb is open, airy, spacious, and almost 2300 square feet.
The kitchen has a large gas stove and double oven.

House Rules and Important Notices:
Parking: There is free parking available for use by guests and visiting company. You can use the parking within driveway, or additional parking on the street in front of the home as needed. Please abide by all local parking laws and avoid parking over any sidewalks as the city is known to cite for cars parked in a way that spills over from the driveway into blocking a sidewalk from normal use.
Pet policy: With the homeowners having severe pet allergies within their family, this home strictly prohibits any pets from visiting or residing within it.
Smoking/Substance Policy: Smoking, vaping or the use of any recreational drugs is strictly prohibited anywhere within or upon the premises – no exceptions.
Reports of failure to comply with the smoking/drug policy, noise curfew cut off time of 10pm and pet policies will result in the loss of your security deposit and additional expenses may be charged to remove odors or repair any damages done to the property that hinder another same day check in.
The home has a coded door lock so no interaction with the host is necessary. You can come and go as you please. As your hosts we are friendly people and are happy to interact and answer questions or requests should you need or want anything. We are available via the platforms message system or text at any time.
