The space
Our place is an upstairs private guest house with an entryway, dining area with dining table for four, full kitchen, living room with pull out queen sized sofa bed and chair, bedroom with queen bed, small room with toddlers bed, full bathroom, large view deck of Baldy and Ketchum with chairs, air conditioning, and heating. The space is 700 square feet and is feels very spacious for the size
The home is a Mesh Art Satellite Gallery showcasing our good friend Jeff Lubbock's photography of our Idaho mountains and Jeff's other favorite place, Kuaui, Hawaii. Most of the space is a homage to our special place in the world with photos of the Sawtooth Mountains, Boulder Mountains, Baldy, and of course Sun Valley. The bedroom invites you to nestle down in Kuaui, Hawaii with the waves crashing at the beach and birds eye views of the Na'Pali Coast.
All of the Jeff's photography in the space is for sale so please ask if you'd like to buy anything you see. We also encourage you to head to Mesh Art Gallery in downtown Ketchum to explore more of Jeff's photography and maybe take a print or full size canvas home.

We're located on West 6th St in the West Ketchum neighborhood, just a few blocks from downtown, bike paths, Atkinson Park, the Big Wood River, Mountain Rides bus stops, and more.
Our neighborhood is quiet but also full of people taking dogs for walks and enjoying the Ketchum lifestyle.
You'll need to go up one flight of stairs and will enter through a shared garage that has your laundry area and ski/bike/gear storage.
This space is above a garage with one side used for storage by the owner and the other used for your entry and shared with tenants who uses it for bike and gear storage. They are super nice and fun if you meet them.
You'll have two free off street parking spots plus free street parking.
We also can provide an inflatable mattress with linens, blankets, and pillows. Included for 5 or more guests or $10/night you have 4 guests or less.
Guest access
The upstairs unit is private with private entrance and all for you.
The garage is shared and will give you access from the parking to the stairs and has your laundry and storage room for your bikes and ski gear.
All items in the garage except the laundry washer and dryer and ski/bike racks labeled for guest use are strictly off limits.
The backyard directly behind the garages is shared since we use it to access the garages but reserved for guest usage.
Other things to note
We live in one of the units (360 6th St) most of the time but are gone about 1/3rd of the year.
We have tenants in the other unit and they live here full time in one of the units (380 6th St). Their names are Nick and Megan and they are super nice and fun if you get to meet them. They are active and love biking and skiing so you'll see them coming and going and using the garage to access and work on their gear.
We both have dogs that are kept indoors or in fenced in yards. They are all friendly so feel free to say hi if you like dogs.

The space
The chalet is an architect designed, luxury, detached guest house blending old world charm with modern conveniences & styling. The furnishings are tasteful, modern French farmhouse with some vintage pieces to add warm and character. There is a cobble stone front porch with amazing ski slope views where skis, poles, snowboards, bikes and fly rods can be stored. A cobble stone rear patio with Adirondack chairs & table provides a peaceful setting to take in the stunning views and sunsets. All the spaces have been designed for comfort and enjoying the awesome setting. In summer time, enjoy the heated community pool and pickle ball/tennis court, 100 yards from the Chalet. In winter time the ski slopes of the world famous Sun Valley Resort are located 200 yards from the Chalet, providing convenient access. Guest access
The chalet has a private on site parking space located to the right of the 2 car garage. At the rear of the parking space is the walkway and steps leading to the front porch and entrance to the chalet. Please be careful when walking on the property as this is a mountain environment with snow, ice and slippery surfaces typical.

The Chalet is a perfect oasis for any outdoor enthusiast or anyone wanting to experience Sun Valley from a locals perspective. The location offers guests convenient access to numerous recreational activities within walking distance of the Chalet. Guests from all over the world can experience the real Sun Valley lifestyle. The Chalet is within a short drive of Downtown Ketchum and the Sun Valley Resort, offering a wide variety of dining and exploring. Sun Valley Resort has a year round outdoor ice skating rink, bowling alley and four golf courses, as well as a free summer outdoor symphony series. A public bus system provides service to Ketchum and departs the nearby Warm Springs lodge twice per hour.
